Oceanía (Spanish pronunciation ; Spanish lit. transl. "Oceania") is a transfer station of the Mexico City Metro in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. It is a combined elevated and at-grade station, along Lines 5 (the Yellow Line) and B (the Green-and-Gray Line). Oceanía is located between Aragón and Terminal Aérea stations on Line 5, and between Deportivo Oceanía and Romero Rubio stations on Line B. It serves the colonias of Pensador Mexicano and Aquiles Serdán. The station is named after Oceanía Avenue and its pictogram depicts a kangaroo, a representative animal from Oceania. Oceanía station opened on 19 December 1981 with service northward toward Consulado and southeastward toward Pantitlán on Line 5. West service on Line B toward Buenavista and northeast toward Villa de Aragón started on 15 December 1999. The station facilities are partially accessible for people with disabilities as there are tactile pavings and braille signage plates. Since it was opened, Oceanía station has had some incidents, including two fake bomb threats and a train crash, where one person indirectly died and twelve others resulted injured. In 2019, the station had an overall average daily ridership of 18,953 passengers.

Western Airlines Flight 2605, nicknamed the "Night Owl", was an international scheduled passenger flight from Los Angeles, California, to Mexico City, Mexico. On October 31, 1979, at 5:42 a.m. CST (UTC−06:00), the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 operating the flight crashed at Mexico City International Airport in fog after landing on a runway that was closed for maintenance. Of the 89 people on board, 72 were killed, in addition to a maintenance worker who died when the plane struck his vehicle.Flight 2605 remains the deadliest air accident to have occurred in Mexico City. The event is the third-deadliest aviation accident to occur on Mexican soil after the crashes of two Boeing 727s: the 1969 crash of Mexicana de Aviación Flight 704 and Mexicana de Aviación Flight 940 in 1986. The crash was one of three fatal DC-10 accidents in 1979, having occurred just over five months after the crash of American Airlines Flight 191 at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and less than a month before the crash of Air New Zealand Flight 901 on Mount Erebus in Antarctica.

It is an at-grade station with one island platform, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Eduardo Molina and Oceanía stations. Aragón station serves the colonias of Casas Alemán and Simón Bolívar. The station is named after the San Juan de Aragón Park, and its pictogram represents the silhouette of a squirrel. Aragón station was opened on 19 December 1981, on the first day of the Consulado–Pantitlán service. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 7,547 passengers, making it the 172nd busiest station in the network and the eighth busiest of the line.

Encuentro Oceanía is a super-regional mall in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City, around 5 km east of the Zócalo. It is located along the main thoroughfare, Avenida Oceanía, around 1 km west of the Circuito Interior inner ring highway, and around 2 km west of Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport. It is across the street from Romero Rubio metro station. Anchor stores include the first IKEA store in Mexico, which opened in April 2021. The store measures 23,000 square meters (250,000 sq ft) across 3 levels with entrances off all 3 floors of the mall. Other anchors include Chedraui hypermarkets, Cinemex multicinemas, Energy Fitness, and Forever 21. The center as a whole held its soft launch in October, 2021. There is a total of over 200 stores and 75,000 square meters (810,000 sq ft) leasable area. The center cost around 1.5 billion Mexican pesos to build, according to its spokesman.

Romero Rubio is an elevated station on Line B of the Mexico City Metro system. The station serves the Colonia Moctezuma 2a Sección and Colonia Romero Rubio neighborhoods of Venustiano Carranza borough in Mexico City.The logo for the station is a bust of Manuel Romero Rubio, who was Secretary of the Interior under President Porfirio Díaz and a founding member of the Científicos – a group of advisors to the President, as well as Díaz's father-in-law.The station was opened on 15 December 1999.From 23 April to 28 June 2020, the station was temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Mexico.

It is an underground station with two side platforms, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Oceanía and Hangares stations. The station serves colonias (neighborhoods) of Peñón de los Baños and Moctezuma 2ª sección. Terminal Aérea station was opened on 19 December 1981, on the first day of the then Consulado–Pantitlán service. The station's pictogram features an airliner and a control tower, and its name is on account of its proximity to the check-in areas at Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport. There are six murals painted by David Lach inside the station. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 18,389 passengers, making it the 96th busiest station in the network and the fourth busiest of the line.

Villa de Aragón is a station on Line B of the Mexico City Metro system. It is located in the Gustavo A. Madero municipality, in the limits with the State of Mexico. In 2019, the station had an average ridership of 14,456 passengers per day.

The 31st federal electoral district of the Federal District (Distrito electoral federal 31 del Distrito Federal) is a defunct federal electoral district of Mexico. Occupying a portion of what is today Mexico City, it was in existence from 1978 to 1996. During that time, it returned one deputy to the Chamber of Deputies for each three-year legislative session by means of the first-past-the-post system, electing its first in the 1979 mid-terms and its last in the 1994 general election. Votes cast in the district also counted towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the country's electoral regions. The 31st to 40th districts were abolished in the Federal Electoral Institute's 1996 redistricting process because the capital's population no longer warranted that number of seats in Congress.

Eduardo Molina (Spanish pronunciation ) is a Mexico City Metro station within the limits of Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, in Mexico City. It is an at-grade station with one island platform, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Consulado and Aragón stations. Eduardo Molina station serves the colonias (neighborhoods) of 20 de Noviembre and Malinche. The station is named after Eduardo Molina Arévalo, an engineer who helped to solve the problem of water scarcity in the Valley of Mexico in the mid-20th century, and its pictogram represents two hands holding water, as featured on the mural El agua, origen de la vida (lit. transl. Water, Origin of Life), painted by Mexican muralist Diego Rivera in the Cárcamo de Dolores, in Chapultepec, Mexico City. Eduardo Molina station was opened on 19 December 1981, on the first day of the Consulado–Pantitlán service. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 6,811 passengers, making it the 176th busiest station in the network and the ninth busiest of the line.
