Aragón (Spanish pronunciation ) is a Mexico City Metro station within the limits of Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, in Mexico City. It is an at-grade station with one island platform, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Eduardo Molina and Oceanía stations. Aragón station serves the colonias of Casas Alemán and Simón Bolívar. The station is named after the San Juan de Aragón Park, and its pictogram represents the silhouette of a squirrel. Aragón station was opened on 19 December 1981, on the first day of the Consulado–Pantitlán service. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 7,547 passengers, making it the 172nd busiest station in the network and the eighth busiest of the line.

Consulado (Spanish pronunciation ; Spanish lit. transl. "Consulate") is a transfer station of the Mexico City Metro in Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. It is a combined elevated and at-grade station, along Lines 4 (the Aqua Line) and 5 (the Yellow Line). Consulado is located between Bondojito and Canal del Norte stations on Line 4, and between Valle Gómez and Eduardo Molina stations on Line 5. It serves the colonias of 7 de Noviembre, 20 de Noviembre, Felipe Ángeles, and Mártires de Río Blanco. The station is named after the Consulado River, which runs below Río Consulado Avenue, and its pictogram depicts a water duct, representing the ducted part of the river. Consulado station opened on 29 August 1981 with service northward toward Martín Carrera and southward toward Candelaria on Line 4. Southeast service on Line 5 toward Pantitlán started on 19 December 1981. In 2019, the station had an overall average daily ridership of 9,337 passengers, making it one of the least used stations in the network.

Colonia Valle Gómez is a colonia or neighborhood in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City, just north of the city’s historic center. The boundaries of the colonia are marked by the following streets:H.Congreso de la Unión to the east, Ferrocarril Hidalgo to the west, Río Consulado to the north and Platino Street to the south. Schools include Campanitas Preschool (public), Cendi Gdf Mapimi Primary (public), Centro de Estudios Tecnologicos Manchester Technical School (private), Cideco Preschool (private), Felipe Carrillo Puerto Primary (public), and Joaquin Miranda Carreon Primary (private).The colonia was founded in 1894 when Modesto del Valle and Rafael B. Gomez decided to subdivide the land for housing, using their surnames to name the new development. Prior to then, the land was part of an area known as Potrero de la Villa. Legal problems arose with the development as half of the land was located in the Mexico City municipality and the other in the jurisdiction of Guadalupe Hidalgo (or La Villa). For many years, the Mexico City council did not acknowledge the existence of the colonia. Neighboring Colonia Felipe Pescador and Colonia Maza, also owned by Valle and Gómez, had similar problems. Today, the main issue in this and neighboring colonias is crime, with neighborhood groups pressing the city for more police services and security cameras. The most common crimes include muggings, auto theft, prostitution, and corruption.

Valle Gómez (Mexican Spanish pronunciation ) is a Mexico City Metro station within the limits of Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, in Mexico City. It is an underground station with two side platforms, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Misterios and Consulado stations. Valle Gómez station serves the colonias of 7 de Noviembre and Valle Gómez; the station receives its name from the latter. The station's pictogram features an agave plant. Valle Gómez was opened on 1 July 1982, on the first day of the La Raza–Pantitlán service. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 4,416 passengers, making it the 190th busiest station in the network and the least busy of the line.

The 31st federal electoral district of the Federal District (Distrito electoral federal 31 del Distrito Federal) is a defunct federal electoral district of Mexico. Occupying a portion of what is today Mexico City, it was in existence from 1978 to 1996. During that time, it returned one deputy to the Chamber of Deputies for each three-year legislative session by means of the first-past-the-post system, electing its first in the 1979 mid-terms and its last in the 1994 general election. Votes cast in the district also counted towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the country's electoral regions. The 31st to 40th districts were abolished in the Federal Electoral Institute's 1996 redistricting process because the capital's population no longer warranted that number of seats in Congress.

Encuentro Oceanía is a super-regional mall in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City, around 5 km east of the Zócalo. It is located along the main thoroughfare, Avenida Oceanía, around 1 km west of the Circuito Interior inner ring highway, and around 2 km west of Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport. It is across the street from Romero Rubio metro station. Anchor stores include the first IKEA store in Mexico, which opened in April 2021. The store measures 23,000 square meters (250,000 sq ft) across 3 levels with entrances off all 3 floors of the mall. Other anchors include Chedraui hypermarkets, Cinemex multicinemas, Energy Fitness, and Forever 21. The center as a whole held its soft launch in October, 2021. There is a total of over 200 stores and 75,000 square meters (810,000 sq ft) leasable area. The center cost around 1.5 billion Mexican pesos to build, according to its spokesman.

The Palacio de Lecumberri is a large building, formerly a prison, in the northeast of Mexico City, Mexico, which now houses the General National Archive (Archivo General de la Nación). Known in popular culture as The Black Palace of Lecumberri, it served as a penitentiary from 1900 to 1976. It was inaugurated by President Porfirio Díaz. The building was decommissioned as a prison in 1976 and turned over to the country's National Archive in 1980. The National Archive is one of the oldest historical archives in the Americas.

The Archivo General de la Nación (Spanish for "General Archive of the Nation"; abbreviated AGN) is charged by the Mexican state to "be the governing body of the national archives and the central consultative entity of the Federal Executive." The writer Edmundo O'Gorman was its general director from 1938 until 1952. It is considered the most important among its class in the Americas and one of the most important in the entire world.Since 1980, the archives have been housed in the Palacio de Lecumberri in Mexico City, a former prison.
