Yeshiva Derech HaTorah is an Orthodox Jewish elementary school and high school for boys in Brooklyn, New York. Yeshiva Derech HaTorah is chartered by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York.The school is dedicated to the teachings of Orthodox Judaism, and has a fully approved New York State general studies curriculum as well. It enrolls students from K through 12th grade. The nursery program was discontinued in 2015. Food (season 2).Their Roast Beef sandwich has been named one of the “23 Iconic Dishes to Try in New York” and is the city’s answer to “LA’s fabled French dipped sandwiches.”One of the signatures of Brennan & Carr is their beef broth, which consists of the leftover drippings from the oven-roasted beef, poured into a heated vat, and is then used as part of the sandwich-making process. Regular customers know of 3 separate varieties of broth to use with their ordered sandwich: The "Dingle-Dangle", which is just the beef of the sandwich dipped into the broth, leaving the roll dry; the "Double Dip", where the entire sandwich is dipped into the broth; and the "K.F.J.", or "Knife and Fork Job", where an entire ladleful of broth is poured onto the entire sandwich, making the result so messy, customers have to use a knife and fork to eat it.

Flatlands Dutch Reformed Church, also known as Flatlands Reformed Church, is a historic Dutch Reformed church at Kings Highway and East 40th Street in the Flatlands neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The complex consists of the church, administration building, and cemetery. The congregation was founded in 1654. The church was built in 1848 in the Greek Revival style. The Greek Revival administration building was constructed in 1904; it was enlarged in the 1920s. The cemetery contains about 1,500 burials dating to 1660.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

James Madison High School is a public high school in the Madison subsection of Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. It serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is in Region 6 of the New York City Department of Education. Established in 1925, the school has many famous graduates, among them the late United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, two sitting U.S. senators, Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY), former Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN), and other famous authors, musicians and athletes. New York Community Hospital is a hospital in Brooklyn, NY that was founded in 1929 by two brothers, both doctors. The hospital has been renamed several times before becoming part of New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 1997. They more recently partnered with Maimonides Medical Center. The hospital, which was described as "One Address, Many Hospitals" due to changing names, offers Kosher meals to patients.
