Pylaia-Chortiatis (Greek: Πυλαία-Χορτιάτης) is a municipality in the Thessaloniki regional unit, Central Macedonia, Greece, consisting of three suburbs of Thessaloniki. The seat of the municipality is Panorama. The municipality has an area of 155.63 km2.

Anatolia College (Greek: Κολλέγιο Ανατόλια, pronounced [koˈleʝio anaˈtolia], also known as the American College (Greek: Αμερικάνικο Κολλέγιο, pronounced [ameriˈkaniko koˈleʝio]), is a private, non-profit, educational institution located in Pylaia, a suburb of Thessaloniki, Greece. The school has five subdivisions: Anatolia Elementary School, Anatolia High School (which includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, IBDP), Pinewood International School, CTY Greece (Center for Talented Youth) and ACT (the American College of Thessaloniki), the tertiary division of the institution.As of 2021, it is the only school in Greece with a full boarding program

Thermi (Greek: Θέρμη) is a Southeastern suburb and a municipality in the Thessaloniki regional unit, Macedonia, Greece. Its population was 53,201 at the 2011 census. It is located over the site of ancient Therma.

Thessaloniki Science Center and Technology Museum (NOESIS) is a science and technology located at the outskirts of Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece. The museum is actively engaged in the protection of the Greek technological heritage. NOESIS has a 150-seat digital planetarium, a 300-seat Cosmotheatre with the largest flat screen in Greece, a 200-seat amphitheatre, as well as a motion simulator theater with three platforms, 3-D projection, and 6-axis movement. Elena Paparizou, a Greek pop singer, filmed part of a videoclip for her song "Number One", that won the Eurovision Song Contest 2005.In 2017, the museum was awarded a special mention at the Mariano Gago Ecsite Awards for welcoming refugee families and providing educational and social programming.

Exochi (Greek: Εξοχή) is a village and a community of the Pylaia-Chortiatis municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Chortiatis, of which it was a municipal district. The 2011 census recorded 1,280 inhabitants in the community. The community of Exochi covers an area of 2.575 km2.

Anastaseos tou Kyriou (Greek: Αναστάσεως του Κυρίου, English: Resurrection of Lord) is a public cemetery in Thessaloniki, Greece. It is located about 10 km East from the center of Thessaloniki and belongs to the Municipality of Pylaia. It is divided in two parts (left and right) and in the middle there is a Greek Orthodox church as well as small funeral rooms.

The American Farm School (Greek: Αμερικανική Γεωργική Σχολή) is an independent, nonprofit educational institution located in Thessaloniki, Greece. The school was founded in 1904 by American missionary John Henry House to serve the rural population of Greece and the Balkans. Sedes Airport is a military airport 15 km east of Thessaloniki, Greece, and 3 km northeast of Thessaloniki's Makedonia International Airport. Sedes airport started operating during the Balkan Wars and has since been exclusively used by the Hellenic Air Force. Nowadays it also houses an aviation museum, displaying a variety of old aircraft types. Sedes is home to the Air Force's 350th Guided Missile Wing and hosts Guided Missile Maintenance Squadron Guided Missile Training Squadron 23rd Guided Missile Squadron - operating MIM-104 Patriot PAC-3 batteries

Chortiatis (Greek: Χορτιάτης) is a suburb and a former municipality in the Thessaloniki regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 Kallikratis local government reform it is part of the municipality Pylaia-Chortiatis, of which it is a municipal unit. It lies at 600 metres altitude on the slopes of the Mount Chortiatis, from which it takes its name. The municipal unit Chortiatis has an area of 109.934 km2, and the community Chortiatis has an area of 57.315 km2.
