The Latin American University of science and Technology-Laureate International Universities (in Spanish: Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología) (ULACIT-LIU) was a private university located in Panama City, Panama. Through Resuelto (Legal Order) N°3 del 7 de mayo de 1991, the Ministry of Education of Panama, under supervision of the University of Panama, approved the foundation of ULACIT.

San Francisco is a corregimiento within Panama City, in Panamá District, Panamá Province, Panama with a population of 43,939 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 34,262, and its population as of 2000 was 35,751.On 20 March 1998, San Francisco recorded a temperature of 40.0 °C (104.0 °F), which is the highest temperature to have ever been recorded in Panama.

Fernández de Córdoba is a Panama Metro station on Line 1. The tunnels to the station were completed in August 2012 and it was one of the first 11 stations when the metro began operations on 6 April 2014.The station serves the Vista Hermosa neighbourhood. In April 2016, the network's metro library was opened in the station. In its first year of operations, it was the seventh most used station of the twelve on the network at that time, carrying 12% of the system's users at peak times.

Atlapa Convention Centre (Spanish: Centro de Convenciones de Atlapa) is located in Panama City, Panama. The convention centre was opened in June 1980. Run by the Panamanian tourist authority, it contains 19 meeting rooms, some of which are capable of hosting up to 600 people.

El Ingenio is a Panama Metro station on Line 1. It was originally scheduled to open in August 2014, but opened on 8 May 2015. The station cost US$30 million and was officially opened by ministers Roberto Roy and Álvaro Alemán. It was the thirteenth station opened on the network and is the final underground station before the elevated 12 de Octubre station.It serves the neighbourhood of El Ingenio, the major thoroughfare of Avenida Transístmica and also provides access to many colleges located nearby.

Pueblo Nuevo is a corregimiento within Panama City, in Panamá District, Panamá Province, Panama with a population of 18,984 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 21,289; its population as of 2000 was 18,161.

The Faros del Panamá is a skyscraper complex currently cancelled in Panama City, Panama. The complex, designed by Chapman Taylor, includes Torre Central (Central Tower), an 84 floor building with a planned height of 346 metres (1,135 feet). Like its name states, Torre Central is in the middle of Faros de Panamá's three tower complex. Torre Central will be the tallest of the three, rising from a common podium with the other two towers. The two smaller towers, rising on either side of Torre Central will be similar in design. They are named, very simply, Torre Oeste (West Tower) on the west and Torre Este (East Tower) on the east. Despite being small compared to Torre Central, the East and West Tower will still be 290 m (951 feet) tall and have 73 floors. The name of the complex, Faros del Panamá, translates into English as Lighthouses of Panama. The project was paralyzed by financial problems and has now been cancelled. It is extremely unlikely that the complex will ever be constructed. Had it been constructed, the Central Tower would likely have been the tallest building in Latin America. In 2010 the project's foundation was completed, however construction has not progressed since then due to financing problems. It would have cost US$600 million to build. It is currently undergoing debt liquidation.

The Credicorp Bank Tower, also known as the PH Plaza Credicorp is a high-rise office building in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, Panama. Completed in 1997, the tower stands at 146 m (479 ft) tall with 42 floors and is the 51st tallest building in Panama City. It also serves as the headquarters of the Panamanian filiale of the Credicorp Bank.

The Torre Banco General also known as Plaza Banco General is a high-rise office building in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, Panama. Completed in 1998, the tower stands at 122 m (400 ft) tall with 32 floors, and is the 55th tallest building in Panama City. It serves as the headquarters of the Banco General Panamá.

Vía Argentina is a Panama Metro station on Line 1. It was one of the metro network's first 11 stations, opened on 5 April 2014 and commencing operations the following day.The station serves the neighbourhoods of Obarrio and El Cangrejo, providing access to the city's financial and banking district.In its first year of operations, it was the sixth most used station of the twelve on the network at that time, carrying 18% of the system's users at peak times.

The Torre Global Bank is an office skyscraper in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, Panama. Built between 2002 and 2005, the tower stands at 176 m (577 ft) with 43 floors and is the 32nd tallest building in Panama City It was the tallest building in the country between 2005 and 2007.

Pacifica Salud is a hospital in Panama City, Panama. It is the only hospital in Central America to be affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine International. Attracting medical tourism is a major component of its operating plan.
