Sue Bierman Park, also known as Ferry Park, is a park in San Francisco, California in the Financial District. Sue Bierman Park replaced off-ramps just north of the Embarcadero Center, and next to the park Ferry Plaza was constructed in front of the San Francisco Ferry Building, which itself was remodeled into an upscale gourmet marketplace in 2003. The park is named after Sue Bierman, a San Francisco civic activist and Supervisor.

The skyscraper, completed in 1977, stands 126 m (413 ft) with 31 stories. Three Embarcadero Center stands at the same height as Two Embarcadero Center, although this building has one more floor.

Embarcadero Center sits on a 9.8-acre (4.0 ha) site largely bounded by Clay Street (to the north), Sacramento Street (to the south), Battery Street (to the west), and the Embarcadero (to the east), in the financial district of San Francisco.Developed by Trammell Crow, David Rockefeller and John Portman, construction began with Tower One in 1971, with the last off-complex extension, Embarcadero West, completed in 1989. The two extension buildings are west of Battery. Boston Properties sold the Embarcadero West building to Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA-CREF) in December 2005 for more than US$205 million.The 4.8 million square feet (445,900 m2) complex accommodates offices for 14,000 people along with mixed-use areas accommodating retail, dining, entertainment and cinema functions. The cinema’s operator closed its doors permanently in February 2022.

Two Embarcadero Center is an office skyscraper located off The Embarcadero in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The 126 m (413 ft), 30-story tower, completed in 1974 is part of the Embarcadero Center, a complex of seven towers, of which two are hotels. Twin-tower Three Embarcadero Center is the same height, but has one additional floor.

One Maritime Plaza is an office tower located in San Francisco's Financial District near the Embarcadero Center towers on Clay and Front Streets. The building, built as the Alcoa Building for Alcoa Corporation and completed in 1964, stands 121 m (398 feet) and has 25 floors of office space. The surrounding plaza was finished in 1967. This is one of the earliest buildings to use seismic bracing in the form of external trusses and X-braces.

The Apollo is a historic storeship that is buried at a location in downtown San Francisco, California, at the site of the Old Federal Reserve Bank. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. Parts of the ship have been uncovered, most recently in 1921 and 1925. Photographs from the 1921 uncovering exist. The 1925 excavation revealed coins from 1797, 1825, and 1840, a gold nugget, and assorted navigational pieces. One of numerous buried ships within San Francisco, it is an archeological site, listed at least partially for its potential to yield information in the future.The ship was acquired by Moses Yale Beach of the New York Sun in 1848 for the California Gold Rush, and was later converted into the "Apollo Saloon", serving alcohol, donoughts and coffee.

50 California Street (also known as the Union Bank Building) is a 148 m (486 ft), 37-story office tower completed in 1972 at the foot of California Street in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. There is a plaza located at the base of the building. The building is owned and managed by affiliates of Shorenstein Properties.

Four Embarcadero Center is the tallest building out of the entire complex, standing at slightly taller than One Embarcadero Center, which is the second tallest in the complex without its flagpole.

Old Waldorf was a music venue located in San Francisco, California. The famous club was located at 444 Battery St, and was originally opened by Jeffrey Pollack in 1976 before selling it to Bill Graham who closed it in 1983. During its time Old Waldorf hosted some of the biggest names in the music industry, such as Warren Zevon, AC/DC, Devo, Dire Straits, Blue Öyster Cult, Iggy Pop, Blondie, Rory Gallagher, Cheap Trick, Metallica, Pat Benatar, Journey, R.E.M., Television, Spirit, Poco, Afrika Bambaataa, Gary Moore, U2, Dead Kennedys, Albert King, The Tubes, Elvin Bishop, Les Paul, Peter Tosh and many more The Punch Line comedy club now occupies part of Old Waldorf's location.

150 California Street is a 24-story, 101 m (331 ft) office tower skyscraper located on California Street in the financial district of San Francisco, California.

Punch Line San Francisco is a comedy club located at 444 Battery St in San Francisco's Financial District. It has a sister club in Sacramento, California, and is also associated with Cobb's Comedy Club, now in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. It is San Francisco's oldest running comedy club. The club was originally a restaurant during the day and the backstage hangout for The Old Waldorf nightclub next door at night.
