Victoria Island is an island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, 20 km (12 mi) southwest of Stockton. The 7,200-acre (2,900 ha) island is bounded on the north by North Victoria Canal, on the northeast by Middle River, on the southeast by Victoria Canal, and on the south- and southwest Old River. It is crossed by California State Route 4. It is in San Joaquin County, and managed by Reclamation District 2040. It appears on 1913 and 1952 United States Geological Survey maps of the area.

Woodward Island is an island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, twenty kilometres east of Antioch, and twenty kilometres west of Stockton. The 725 ha (1,790-acre) island is bounded on the west by Old River, on the north by Bacon Island, on the east by Middle River, and Woodward Canal on the south. It is in San Joaquin County, and managed by Reclamation District 2072. It appears on 1913 and 1952 United States Geological Survey maps of the area.

Salisbury Island (also known as Salsbury Island) is an island in the Old River, in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta. It is named after its original owner, tugboat operator Leslie Salsbury, who purchased it in 1945. It is in Contra Costa County, in northern California. Its coordinates are 37°51′00″N 121°32′13″W.

Indian Slough is a slough, tributary to the Old River, an old channel of the San Joaquin River in California. Its mouth is at an elevation of 7 feet (2.1 meters), at its confluence with the Old River. Its source is at its confluence with Kellogg Creek at an elevation of 7 feet (2.1 meters) at the location 37°54′58″N 121°36′18″W.

Coney Island is a small island in the San Joaquin River delta, in California. It is part of Contra Costa County, and managed by Reclamation District 2117. Kings Island (formerly Bra's Island) is an island in the Old River in the south Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta in San Joaquin County, California, 9.3 miles (15 km) southwest of Stockton. The small 8.6-acre (3.5 ha) island is the smallest of a cluster of delta islands including Eucalyptus Island, Widdows Island, Victoria Island, and Coney Island, adjacent to Clifton Court Forebay. At 3 feet (0.91 m) above sea level with the surrounding waters kept a bay by a levee system, the island is accessible only by the one road from the Clifton Court levee or by boat. It appears on a 1978 United States Geological Survey map of the area.

Eucalyptus Island is a small island in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta. It is part of Contra Costa County, California. Its coordinates are 37°51′35″N 121°34′15″W, and the United States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 3 ft (0.91 m) in 1981. It appears on a 1978 USGS map of the area.

Widdows Island is a small island in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta along the Old River distributary of the San Joaquin River. It is part of San Joaquin County, California. Its coordinates are 37°51′40″N 121°34′27″W, and the United States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 0 ft (0 m) in 1981. It appears on USGS maps of the area as dry land up to 2018; the latest 2021 topographic map shows the island now mostly flooded, with the old levee surrounding it still above water.

The Orwood Tract is an island in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta. It is part of Contra Costa County, California. It, along with Palm Tract to the north, are managed by Reclamation District 2024 (Orwood and Palm Tracts). Its coordinates are 37°55′42″N 121°35′00″W, and the United States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 13 ft (4.0 m) in 1981. It appears on 1913 and 1952 United States Geological Survey maps of the area.

The Jones Tract is an island containing Lower Jones Tract and the Upper Jones Tract in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, fifteen kilometres west of Stockton. The 4,900 ha (12,000 acres) island is bounded on the north by Empire Cut, on the northeast by Whiskey Slough, on the southeast by Trapper Slough, and on the west, Middle River. The tracts are bifurcated by the parallel running Mokelumne Aqueduct, West Lower Jones Road, and a railroad originally built by the Achison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, which now carries freight trains of the BNSF Railway and Amtrak California's San Joaquin. It is in San Joaquin County, and managed by Reclamation District 2039. It appears on 1913 and 1952 United States Geological Survey maps of the area.
