Pembury

Tunbridge Wells Hospital is a large district general hospital in Pembury near Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England, run by the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The hospital is located on Tonbridge Road, around 0.5 kilometres (0.31 mi) to the north-west of Pembury, close to the A21 trunk road. It is surrounded by woodland on three sides.

Forest Explorers Nursery is for girls and boys from rising 3 years, boys can join Reception Class and Year 1, and from September 2023 Year 2 as the Prep School becomes a co-ed school. The Senior School and Sixth Form are girls only from 11-18.

Pembury Cutting and Pit is a 1.6-hectare (4.0-acre) geological Site of Special Scientific Interest east of Tunbridge Wells in Kent. It is a Geological Conservation Review site.This site exposes rocks of the Tunbridge Wells Sand Formation, dating to the Early Cretaceous around 140 to 100 million years ago. There are many fossils of Lycopodites, an extinct plant.This site is in three separate areas, and a lane and a footpath run along the side of two of them.

The Skinners' Kent Academy (formerly Sandown Court then later renamed to Tunbridge Wells High School) is a secondary school with academy status in Royal Tunbridge Wells, England. The academy is rated outstanding by Ofsted.Tunbridge Wells High School became The Skinners' Kent Academy in September 2009, when the school became an academy, and independent of local authority control.

Brenchley Wood is a 15-hectare (37-acre) nature reserve south of Paddock Wood in Kent. It is managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust, and it is part of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.This ancient wood is dominated by mature beech and oak trees, with birds such as nightingales and tawny owls. A former pine plantation in the north of the site is now being restored to heathland.There is access at the junction of Romford Road and Foxhole Lane.

Capel is a hamlet and civil parish in the borough of Tunbridge Wells in Kent, England. The parish is located on the north of the Weald, 3 miles (4.8 km) to the east of Tonbridge. The southern part of the parish lies within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, whilst most of the land also falls within the Metropolitan Green Belt. As well as Capel itself, the parish includes the communities of Castle Hill, Colts Hill, Five Oak Green, Postern, Tudeley and Whetsted.

The Church of St Thomas à Becket is a redundant Anglican church in the village of Capel, Kent, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. Capel is located 4 miles (6 km) east of Tonbridge, off the B2017 road. It is said that Thomas Becket preached either in the church, or under a yew tree in the churchyard.

Beechwood School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for children aged 3–18, which comprises a Nursery, Preparatory School and Senior School, with boarding for children aged 11–18. Tudeley is a village in the civil parish of Capel, in the Tunbridge Wells borough of Kent, England. The village is home to All Saints' Church, the only church in the world that has all its windows in stained glass designed by Marc Chagall. The East window was commissioned by Sir Henry and Lady D'Avigdor-Goldsmid in memory of their daughter Sarah, who died aged 21 in a boating accident in 1963. The other windows were added later, the final ones being installed in 1985, the year of Chagall's death. Today the church also hosts the Tudeley Festival, an Early Music event which has been running since 1985.In 1881 the civil parish had a population of 549. On 25 March 1885 the parish was abolished and merged with Capel.Somerhill House, which houses The Schools at Somerhill, lies within the bounds of Tudeley.

Dunorlan Park is a park and grounds in Royal Tunbridge Wells, UK. Totalling approximately 78 acres (32 ha) and containing a 6-acre (2.4 ha) lake, the grounds were landscaped by Robert Marnock for Henry Reed, the merchant and philanthropist who owned the estate and the now-demolished house that once overlooked it.
