4th Avenue/Wayne Hultgren station is an at-grade light rail station on the Blue Line of the Sacramento RT Light Rail system operated by the Sacramento Regional Transit District. The station is located in an exclusive right-of-way alongside the Union Pacific Railroad's Sacramento Subdivision at its intersection with 4th Avenue, after which the station is named, in the city of Sacramento, California. It is located southeast of the 21st Street and Freeport Boulevard intersection, and serves the residential areas of Land Park and Curtis Park, commercial development along Freeport Boulevard, and C. K. McClatchy High School. The station is named in honor of Wayne Hultgren, a community activist who was essential in the establishment of light rail in Sacramento.

Land Park consists of mainly single-family dwellings in the area between Interstate 5 to the west, Broadway to the north, Sutterville Road to the south and Freeport Blvd to the east. William Land Park is its namesake, a major city park south of Highway 50 and east of Interstate 5 in South Sacramento. Charles C. Hughes Stadium (commonly referred to as Hughes Stadium) is an outdoor stadium in the Western United States, located at Sacramento City College in Sacramento, California. The stadium opened in 1928 and was initially known as Sacramento Stadium and Sacramento College Stadium. It was renamed in November 1944 in honor of Charles Colfax Hughes, the first superintendent of the Sacramento City Unified School District, who died a month earlier.In 2012, the stadium underwent a major overhaul, installing an artificial turf field surface, a new track surface, and a major refurbishment of the facilities documented in this video. Its present seating capacity is 20,311.

City College station is an at-grade light rail station on the Blue Line of the Sacramento RT Light Rail system operated by the Sacramento Regional Transit District. The station is located in an exclusive right-of-way alongside the Union Pacific Railroad's Sacramento Subdivision and a small rail yard, on the campus of Sacramento City College, after which the station is named, in the city of Sacramento, California. The station is located northeast of Charles C. Hughes Stadium on campus. In addition to serving the college this station also serves William Land Park and Curtis Park. This 60-foot (18 m) wide station provides bus service, drop-off areas, and walkways to the stadium, campus, and parking lots.The land west of the station has been the site of transit-oriented development community named Crocker Village. The remediated brownfield land was formerly part of a larger Union Pacific rail yard. Early construction includes a bridge over the light rail platform and the remaining rail yard and a 91-unit senior housing development called Curtis Park Court.Altamont Corridor Express and San Joaquins services are planned to stop at the station when those lines are extended to Sacramento. A new platform will be constructed along the main line by 2027 to facilitate the commuter rail and inter-city trains.

William Land Park, frequently referred to as simply "Land Park" is a major city park in Sacramento, California. The park is located between Interstate 5 and State Route 160. William Land was a pioneer who built the Western Hotel at the NE corner of 2nd and K St in 1875 (California Historical Landmark #601). There is an elementary school named after him. He is buried in a Greek temple mausoleum within East Lawn Memorial Park in Sacramento. William Land was a founder of the East Lawn Memorial. There are several city attractions located within the park including: The Sacramento Zoo Fairytale Town, a park which has play equipment designed to represent articles from various fairy tales and nursery rhymes (there is a small admission fee). The William Land Golf Course Funderland, a small park with several carnival like rides primarily for very young children."Land Park" can also refer to the surrounding neighborhood. Broadway is a side platformed Sacramento RT light rail station in Sacramento, California, United States, served by the Blue Line. The station was opened on September 26, 2003, and is operated by the Sacramento Regional Transit District. It is located south of Broadway near Freeport Boulevard, and was the initial station of the Phase 1 south side extension. In addition, it is the southernmost station in the Central City service area (the former fare zone).

The Tower Theatre, built in 1938, is a Sacramento, California landmark and the oldest remaining, continuously running picture palace.The theater was designed by California theater architect William B. David in the Streamline Moderne style of architecture. The original owner was Joseph Blumenfeld, a second generation theatre owner. At the time, there was only one movie screen. The first movie shown was Algiers. The theatre was renovated in 1972 and divided into a three screen cinema.They were bought by the Reading International theater chain in 1998, who, upgraded the theater in 2012 with digital projectors. In 2016, it was sold to an endowment fund as a long-term investment.

The Anne Hathaway Cottage located in Sacramento, California is a historic house, in the Tudor Revival architecture style built in the 1923. It was one of several homes designed by Dean & Dean, a local architectural firm started by brothers James and Charles Dean. Their firm designed several stately homes in Sacramento prior to the Great Depression The Anne Hathaway Cottage is part of the South Curtis Oaks housing tract developed by builder J.C. Carly, associated with the Better Homes in America movement. It was built for drugstore manager Ernest Kimberlin and was advertised as the "Anne Hathaway Cottage" due to its intended similarity to the home of William Shakespeare's wife, located in Warwickshire, England. The Anne Hathaway Cottage was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

The Sacramento Zoo is a zoo located in William Land Park in Sacramento, California. It opened on June 2, 1927, with 40 animals. At that time, it occupied 4.2 acres (1.7 ha), which remained the case until the early 1960s when the zoo expanded to its current 14.3 acres (5.8 ha). As of December 2012, the zoo had just over 500 animals on site.
