Chudleigh railway station was a railway station in Chudleigh, a small town in Devon, England located between the towns of Newton Abbot and Exeter. The station opened on 9 October 1882 and was met with high expectations. It had one platform, which served the Teign Valley Line. There was a wooden building situated on the Chudleigh side of the line: the River Teign was on the other side. There was a goods siding next to the station. The station was host to a GWR camp coach in 1939. A camping coach was positioned here by the Western Region from 1956 to 1958.The station was busy at peak hours, with commuters using it to travel to Exeter. Chudleigh town centre was over a mile away up the hill. The station closed to passengers on 9 June 1958 when passenger trains were withdrawn from the Teign Valley Line, and goods facilities were withdrawn on 4 December 1967, although for the last two years only coal traffic was handled here. The station was later demolished and the A38 road took its place a few years later. The Chudleigh Flood Platform was a wooden structure on higher ground on the line towards Trusham that was used when Chudleigh station was flooded, this being a regular seasonal occurrence. The only trace of the station is when leaving Chudleigh towards Newton Abbot, the dual carriageway junction is called "Chudleigh Station". The bridge remains in place just after the river bridge.

Chudleigh Cavern is a limestone cave outside the town of Chudleigh in Devon, England. The cave is deep and contains stalactites. A small part is open to the public as a show cave. The rest is open only to experienced cavers.

Teignbridge contains part of the south Devon coastline, including the Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve. Some of the inland western parts of the district lie within the Dartmoor National Park. It is named after the old Teignbridge hundred. The neighbouring districts are Torbay, South Hams, West Devon, Mid Devon, East Devon and Exeter.

Chudleigh () is an ancient wool town located within the Teignbridge District Council area of Devon, England between Newton Abbot and Exeter. The electoral ward with the same name had a population of 1,488 at the 2011 census.

Chudleigh Knighton Halt was on the Teign Valley Line serving the small village of Chudleigh Knighton, Devon, England. The halt, built by the Great Western Railway at a later date than most of the other stations on the line, was located on the west side of Pipehouse Lane off the B3344, to the south of the village. The first station was constructed of timber with a small corrugated iron pagoda shelter and a simple nameboard, at a cost £300. After WW2 a concrete platform was provided. A level crossing was located at the platform end. The track was still in situ in 1969, but goods facilities were withdrawn on 4 December 1967. Passenger numbers reached their peak in the 1930s with seven daily services provided each way between Exeter and Heathfield. During World War 2 this was reduced to four trains in each direction, still with no trains on a Sunday. This was increased to five daily trains after the war.The A38 road now runs over the site of the halt and nothing remains of the station.

Chudleigh Abbey was an abbey in Chudleigh, Devon, England. St Bridget's Abbey of Syon had existed since 1415, returning to Spetisbury in Dorset in 1861 after 300 years and in Flanders and Portugal following the dissolution of the monasteries. In 1887 their monastery was built in Chudleigh and they occupied it until 1925 when they moved to Marley House, Rattery (Devon).The building was then converted into 6 residences.

Chudleigh Knighton Heath, near Chudleigh Knighton, Devon is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, so designated because of its rare lowland heath vegetation. It is a habitat for many rare species including the ant, Formica exsecta. This is one of only two wild colonies in England, the other being at Bovey Heath.The site is leased by the Devon Wildlife Trust from Sibelco formerly WBB Minerals. The Trust have created several ponds noted for 12 breeding species of dragonfly including the scarce Keeled Skimmer.The Heath was once the village's main football pitch and was the venue for many sports days for Chudleigh Knighton Church of England Primary School. However the pitch fell into disrepair and was unsuitable for sporting activities, so the School opened its own private sports field opposite to the village play park. The football pitch is now used by local dog walkers, the football posts are still standing today, though they are a little rusty.

Trusham Railway Station was a railway station in the parish of Chudleigh, serving the villages of Trusham and Hennock in Devon, England, on the Teign Valley line between Newton Abbot and Exeter.

The River Bovey rises on the eastern side of Dartmoor in Devon, England, and is the largest tributary to the River Teign. The river has two main source streams, both rising within a mile of each other, either side of the B3212 road between Moretonhampstead and Postbridge, before joining at Jurston.The river flows for about two miles northwards from source before turning to a generally south easterly direction. It passes the village of North Bovey, flows through the Lustleigh Cleave between the villages of Manaton and Lustleigh, and then through the town of Bovey Tracey. It joins the River Teign on the boundary between the parishes of Teigngrace and Kingsteignton, about a mile south of the village of Chudleigh Knighton.

Ugbrooke House is a stately home in the parish of Chudleigh, Devon, England, situated in a valley between Exeter and Newton Abbot. The home of the Clifford family, the house and grounds are available for guided tours in summer and as an event venue.
