OUE Downtown or 6 Shenton Way, formerly DBS Building Towers is a high-rise skyscraper complex at 6 Shenton Way in the central business district of Singapore. Tower 1, at 201 metres (659 ft) and 50 storeys, was completed in 1975 and is one of Singapore's oldest skyscrapers. Tower 2, at 150 m (490 ft) and 36 storeys, was completed twenty years later in 1994. The former headquarters of DBS Bank was located in the complex. Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) acquired the complex in 2010 and renamed it 'OUE Downtown'.

The former CPF Building was a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The tower was located on 79 Robinson Road, in the Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar zone. The building was near several other skyscrapers such as OUE Downtown, Robinson 77 and Capital Tower, which are all about 100 metres away from the building's former site.It housed the headquarters of the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF).

Robinson 77, formerly SIA Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The building is located on 77 Robinson Road, just next to DBS Building Tower One and Two. The SIA Building was the flagship building for Singapore Airlines. The airline head office is not located in this building; it is and has been located at Airline House in Changi.The building has a net floor area of around 27,400 m2 (295,000 sq ft). It has a total of 180 car park lots.

AXA Tower, also known as 8 Shenton Way and formerly The Treasury and Temasek Tower, is the 16th-tallest skyscraper in the city of Singapore, at 234.7 m (770 ft). The tower is currently the tallest cylindrical building in the world.

The UIC Building (United Industrial Corporation Limited Building) was a former 40-storey, 152 m (499 ft) skyscraper in the city-state of Singapore.

Capital Tower is a 52-storey, 254 m (833 ft) skyscraper completed in 2000 in the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial district of Singapore, located at Robinson Road next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. It is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city. Formerly planned as the POSBank's headquarters, ownership of the building was transferred to CapitaLand, and became the company's flagship building and was then named after the company. The building was officially opened on 16 May 2001.Capital Tower has 52 floors, served by five shuttle double-deck lifts. The lifts can load 3,540 kg and travel at a speed of 10 m/s. The building stands out visually at night as the logo and some parts of the building would change its lights once in every few seconds. The top floor of the tower is occupied by the China Club. Only club members have access. The club features a bar, restaurant with private dining rooms and meeting rooms. The club opened on 19 May 2001.Capital Tower's anchor tenant is GIC Private Limited.

Shenton Way MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson-East Coast Line in Downtown Core, Singapore. It will be located around Asia Square, V on Shenton and Shenton House. The station is named after the nearby Shenton Way, a major one-way street in the financial district of Singapore. It will be directly connected to Downtown station on the Downtown line via Marina One when the station opens later in 2022.

Shenton Way is a major trunk road serving Singapore's Central Area and is most commonly known for the commercial skyscrapers flanking both sides of the road. The road is a one-way street that starts at the junction of Boon Tat Street, Raffles Quay and Commerce Street before ending at Keppel Road.

Tanjong Pagar Park, formerly known as Tanjong Pagar RICOH Park, is an urban park situated around the Guoco Tower (formerly Tanjong Pagar Centre) in Singapore. The entire complex is located above Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

The Gan Eng Seng School's Founding Site (Chinese: 颜永成学校创校地点), marked by twin commemorative plaques at present, is located at the junction of Telok Ayer Street and Cecil Street in the southern part of Singapore, near the Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church. On 30 August 1997, the site was designated as a national historical site along with five other schools by the National Heritage Board (NHB), being one of the oldest educational establishments in Singapore. The others are Raffles Institution, Raffles Girls' School, St Margaret's Secondary School, Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Anglo-Chinese School.

It is a Grade A office building.
