Capital Tower is a 52-storey, 254 m (833 ft) skyscraper completed in 2000 in the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial district of Singapore, located at Robinson Road next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. It is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city. Formerly planned as the POSBank's headquarters, ownership of the building was transferred to CapitaLand, and became the company's flagship building and was then named after the company. The building was officially opened on 16 May 2001.Capital Tower has 52 floors, served by five shuttle double-deck lifts. The lifts can load 3,540 kg and travel at a speed of 10 m/s. The building stands out visually at night as the logo and some parts of the building would change its lights once in every few seconds. The top floor of the tower is occupied by the China Club. Only club members have access. The club features a bar, restaurant with private dining rooms and meeting rooms. The club opened on 19 May 2001.Capital Tower's anchor tenant is GIC Private Limited.

Maxwell Chambers is an integrated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) complex located in Singapore. It provides hearing rooms and facilities for the conduct of ADR hearings in Singapore, as well as the regional offices of a number of ADR institutions, arbitrators, and international arbitration practitioners.Maxwell Chambers was established with seed money from the Singapore Government. The intention is for ownership to transfer to the private sector in due course.On 5 January 2017, the Ministry of Law announced plans to triple the size of Maxwell Chambers with Maxwell Chambers Suites to boost Singapore's position as an international dispute resolution hub. The facility officially opened on 8 August 2019.

McCallum Street (Chinese: 麦卡南街) is a one-way street located in Chinatown, Singapore and the financial district of Shenton Way in the planning areas of both Outram and Downtown Core respectively. The street starts from Shenton Way and ends at the junction of Telok Ayer Street which then continues to Amoy Street. The Chinatown part of the street links the junction of Telok Ayer Street and Amoy Street towards Cecil Street, and for the Shenton Way part linking from Shenton Way to Cecil Street.

Robinson 77, formerly SIA Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The building is located on 77 Robinson Road, just next to DBS Building Tower One and Two. The SIA Building was the flagship building for Singapore Airlines. The airline head office is not located in this building; it is and has been located at Airline House in Changi.The building has a net floor area of around 27,400 m2 (295,000 sq ft). It has a total of 180 car park lots.

A Noodle Story is a street food stall in the Amoy Street Food Centre in Singapore. The food stall was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2017. A new outlet in the Guoco Tower was opened in 2021.

Guoco Tower is a mixed-use development skyscraper in Tanjong Pagar of the Downtown Core district of Singapore. With a height of 283.7 m (931 ft), it is currently the tallest building in Singapore, breaking the record held jointly by UOB Plaza, One Raffles Place and Republic Plaza for more than 20 years.

The former CPF Building was a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The tower was located on 79 Robinson Road, in the Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar zone. The building was near several other skyscrapers such as OUE Downtown, Robinson 77 and Capital Tower, which are all about 100 metres away from the building's former site.It housed the headquarters of the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF).

OUE Downtown or 6 Shenton Way, formerly DBS Building Towers is a high-rise skyscraper complex at 6 Shenton Way in the central business district of Singapore. Tower 1, at 201 metres (659 ft) and 50 storeys, was completed in 1975 and is one of Singapore's oldest skyscrapers. Tower 2, at 150 m (490 ft) and 36 storeys, was completed twenty years later in 1994. The former headquarters of DBS Bank was located in the complex. Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) acquired the complex in 2010 and renamed it 'OUE Downtown'.

Maxwell Chambers Suites, formerly known as the Traffic Police Headquarters or the Traffic Police Building, and later as the Red Dot Traffic Building, is a historic building on Maxwell Road in Chinatown, Singapore. It initially served as the Police Barracks and the headquarters of the Traffic Police branch of the Singapore Police Force, which moved into the building in 1930. In 1941, the first driving test centre in Singapore was established within the building. It ceased operations in 1978 to relieve congestion in the area. Following the Traffic Police's move to a new complex in 1999, the building was left vacant. It was acquired by the Red Dot, which established the Red Dot Design Museum in the building in 2005. The building was then officially renamed the Red Dot Traffic Building. In 2017, the museum moved elsewhere, after which the building was taken over by the Ministry of Law, which intended to convert it into an extension of the neighbouring Maxwell Chambers at 32 Maxwell Road. It then underwent restoration and renovation, which also involved the construction of a new annexe building and a linkway to Maxwell Chambers, before reopening in 2019 as the Maxwell Chambers Suites.

Tanjong Pagar Park, formerly known as Tanjong Pagar RICOH Park, is an urban park situated around the Guoco Tower (formerly Tanjong Pagar Centre) in Singapore. The entire complex is located above Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

Masjid Al-Abrar (Malay for Al-Abrar Mosque; Jawi:مسجد الأبرار) is a mosque located along Telok Ayer Street in Chinatown within the Central Area, Singapore. It is one of the earliest mosques in Singapore. The mosque is also known by two other names – Kuchu Palli and Masjid Chulia. Al-Abrar is its official name, while Kuchu Palli, meaning "hut mosque" in Tamil, is a reflection of the mosque's first modest structure. Its location in Telok Ayer Street, in the heart of Chinatown, was where Chulia immigrants from the Coromandel Coast of South India, among the earliest immigrants to Singapore, settled when they came to Singapore, hence, Masjid Chulia. Note however that another mosque, Masjid Jamae, is also commonly called Masjid Chulia.The building was gazetted as a national monument on 19 November 1974.

Tanjong Pagar MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line located at Maxwell Road between the junctions of Peck Seah Street and Cecil Street in Downtown Core, Singapore. The station was built in the 1980s, and was opened in December 1987. Taking its name from Tanjong Pagar Road, which is located near the station, it is located near Tanjong Pagar Complex, the AXA Tower and International Plaza.
