AXA Tower

Skywaters Residences is a 63-storey mixed-use building under construction in the Downtown Core district of Singapore. The skyscraper is expected to replace Guoco Tower as the tallest building in Singapore upon its completion in 2028. The 305 m (1,001 ft) tall building will house offices, retail stores, residential units and a hotel.

Tanjong Pagar Park, formerly known as Tanjong Pagar RICOH Park, is an urban park situated around the Guoco Tower (formerly Tanjong Pagar Centre) in Singapore. The entire complex is located above Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

Springleaf Tower (Chinese: 春叶大厦) is a 37-storey, 165 m (541 ft) office and residential skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore located on 3 Anson Road and near Prince Edward Road, The development is in the zone of Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar near other skyscrapers, such as 8 Shenton Way, MAS Building, International Plaza, and Anson Centre, all of which are roughly 100 metres away. It is a Grade A office building.

The former CPF Building was a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The tower was located on 79 Robinson Road, in the Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar zone. The building was near several other skyscrapers such as OUE Downtown, Robinson 77 and Capital Tower, which are all about 100 metres away from the building's former site.It housed the headquarters of the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF).

Tanjong Pagar MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line located at Maxwell Road between the junctions of Peck Seah Street and Cecil Street in Downtown Core, Singapore. The station was built in the 1980s, and was opened in December 1987. Taking its name from Tanjong Pagar Road, which is located near the station, it is located near Tanjong Pagar Complex, the AXA Tower and International Plaza.

International Plaza is a high-rise commercial and residential building at 10 Anson Road in Tanjong Pagar, within the Downtown Core of Singapore, next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station on the East West line. It currently houses the Honorary Consulate of Malta on the 15th floor and the Honorary Consulate of Tuvalu on the 25th floor of the building.

OUE Downtown or 6 Shenton Way, formerly DBS Building Towers is a high-rise skyscraper complex at 6 Shenton Way in the central business district of Singapore. Tower 1, at 201 metres (659 ft) and 50 storeys, was completed in 1975 and is one of Singapore's oldest skyscrapers. Tower 2, at 150 m (490 ft) and 36 storeys, was completed twenty years later in 1994. The former headquarters of DBS Bank was located in the complex. Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) acquired the complex in 2010 and renamed it 'OUE Downtown'.

Guoco Tower is a mixed-use development skyscraper in Tanjong Pagar of the Downtown Core district of Singapore. With a height of 283.7 m (931 ft), it is currently the tallest building in Singapore, breaking the record held jointly by UOB Plaza, One Raffles Place and Republic Plaza for more than 20 years.

Capital Tower is a 52-storey, 254 m (833 ft) skyscraper completed in 2000 in the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial district of Singapore, located at Robinson Road next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. It is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city. Formerly planned as the POSBank's headquarters, ownership of the building was transferred to CapitaLand, and became the company's flagship building and was then named after the company. The building was officially opened on 16 May 2001.Capital Tower has 52 floors, served by five shuttle double-deck lifts. The lifts can load 3,540 kg and travel at a speed of 10 m/s. The building stands out visually at night as the logo and some parts of the building would change its lights once in every few seconds. The top floor of the tower is occupied by the China Club. Only club members have access. The club features a bar, restaurant with private dining rooms and meeting rooms. The club opened on 19 May 2001.Capital Tower's anchor tenant is GIC Private Limited.

The Singapore Conference Hall is a multipurpose building located in the heart of the financial district of Shenton Way in Downtown Core of Singapore. The first building to be constructed along Shenton Way, it was a place for conferences and exhibitions in the 1960s and 1970s. Today, it is refurbished and modernised into a concert hall, home to the Singapore Chinese Orchestra since 2001. Completed in 1965 at a cost of S$4 million at that time, it was an example of the nation's urban architecture then. The building is situated on a three-acre site at the junction of Shenton Way and Maxwell Road. It was gazetted as a national monument on 28 December 2010.

Icon Loft is a twin tower residential complex at 10 Gopeng Street in Tanjong Pagar in the Downtown Core Planning Area of Singapore. Tower I is 122 m (400 ft) with 41 storeys, and the taller, Tower II, is 46 storeys with 163 m (535 ft). The project was launched in 2001 by developer Far East Organization and received overwhelming response from the public — Resulting in the development fully booked within days. Construction on the towers started in 2002 and was completed in 2007. Until the completion of The Sail @ Marina Bay in 2008 it was Singapore's tallest condominium. The first floor is lined with restaurants and shops.

Robinson 77, formerly SIA Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The building is located on 77 Robinson Road, just next to DBS Building Tower One and Two. The SIA Building was the flagship building for Singapore Airlines. The airline head office is not located in this building; it is and has been located at Airline House in Changi.The building has a net floor area of around 27,400 m2 (295,000 sq ft). It has a total of 180 car park lots.
