The Sarajevo Youth Theatre (Bosnian: Pozorište mladih Sarajevo / Позориште младих Сарајево) is a children's and youth theatre in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 1950 under the name Pioneer Theatre. It is the largest theatre of its kind in the country.

The Eternal flame (Serbo-Croatian: Vječna vatra, Вјечна ватра) is a memorial to the military and civilian victims of the Second World War in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The memorial was dedicated on 6 April 1946, the first anniversary of the liberation of Sarajevo from the four-year-long occupation by Nazi Germany and the fascist Independent State of Croatia. The memorial was designed by architect Juraj Neidhardt and is located in the former Landesbank building at the center of Sarajevo at the junction of Mula Mustafa Bašeskije, Titova and Ferhadija streets.The attendees of the memorial come every April 6 to lay flowers and pay their respects in memory of liberators of the city and victims of both World War II and the 1992–1996 Siege of Sarajevo, which began around this date.

The Sarajevo National Theatre (Bosnian and Serbian: Narodno pozorište Sarajevo, Народно позориште Сарајево, Croatian: Narodno kazalište Sarajevo) was founded in November 1921.The opening ceremony was led by Branislav Nušić, then Head of the Art Department of the Ministry of Education. On November 9, 1946, the Sarajevo Opera House commenced its artistic activity with the premiere of B. Smetana's The Bartered Bride. The Sarajevo Ballet was also founded in 1946, but its first independent performance, The Harvest by B. Papandopulo, was postponed until May 25, 1950. This performance marked the beginning of its professional development within the national Theatre.The building was designed by architect Karel Pařík, who designed over 160 other buildings in Sarajevo.

The JU Center for Culture and Youth of the Center Municipality Sarajevo, commonly known as the Jelićeva Theatre, established by the Center Municipality in 1965, is an institution focused on enriching the lives of children, youth, and adults through a range of cultural and educational programs, with a particular emphasis on theatre and the performing arts.

Open Stage Obala (Bosnian: Otvorena scena Obala; Serbo-Croatian Cyrillic: Отворена сцена Обала) is an alternative theatre affiliated with the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as both a teaching venue and a platform for presenting student projects from acting, directing, and dramaturgy exams, as well as hosting professional theater productions and film screenings.

Čemaluša mosque (Bosnian: Čemaluševa džamija / Turkish: Cemaluşa camii) also known as Havadža Kemaludin mosque was a mosque located between the Ferhadija street and the Maršala Tito street and was located at the corner of the street with the same name, Čemaluša. The modern day residential and business building also named after Havadža Kemaludin (simply known as JAT building) stands there.

Il Kal Grande, also spelled Il Kal Grandi (Judaeo-Spanish: The Great Synagogue) was the place of worship of the Sephardi community in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The large synagogue was constructed in the Moorish Revival style in 1930, by a design of the architect Rudolf Lubinski. It was acknowledged as the largest and most ornate synagogue in the Balkans. It was heavily damaged by the Nazis in 1941 during World War II, and the majority of the Jewish community was murdered in the Holocaust. After the war, all the Jews of Sarajevo used the synagogue of the Ashkenazi community. The exterior of "Il Kal Grande" was restored in a simplified secular form in 1965, and the former dome was replaced with a flat roof. The building was initially used as the Đuro Đaković Workers' University Center and currently as the Bosnian Cultural Center.

The Čobanija Bridge is an iron bridge, located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which crosses the River Miljacka. It was erected in 1887. The bridge stands on a site previously occupied by a wooden bridge, known as the Šejhanija bridge, which had been built in the 16th century.

Villa Mandić is an eclectic-style villa located in the Petrakijina Street in Bosnia and Herzegovina's capital Sarajevo. Together with the nearby villas (villa Reiter, villa Rädisch, villa Miklau) it was declared National Monument in 2009.

The Sarajevo Winter Olympics Museum is a museum dedicated to the XIV Winter Olympic Games and the XIV European Youth Olympic Winter Festival that were both held respectively in 1984 and 2019 in Sarajevo. It was founded by the decision of the Organizing Committee of the XIV Winter Olympic Games with the desire to permanently preserve the memory of the organization and the Olympic event. The museum opened on February 8, 1984. The museum realized more than 300 thematic programs from 1984 to 1992. The museum was destroyed on April 27, 1992, during the Siege of Sarajevo. Saved artifacts were transferred to a new Olympic museum that opened in 2004 on the 20th anniversary of the Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo which is located in the Zetra Olympic Hall. On October 8, 2020, the museum was reopened and had new features from the 2019 Winter Olympic youth festival that was held in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo.

The University of Sarajevo Faculty of Law (Bosnian: Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Sarajevu), also known as the Sarajevo Law School, is one of the leading schools of the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The school is located in Sarajevo's downtown district next to the Latin Bridge and not far from Baščaršija, the city's historical and cultural center.

The 1992 Yugoslav People's Army column incident in Sarajevo occurred on 3 May 1992 in Dobrovoljačka Street, Sarajevo, when members of the Bosnian army (ARBiH) attacked a convoy of the Yugoslav army (JNA) troops that were exiting the city of Sarajevo according to the withdrawal agreement.
