Eastgate is a neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington, United States. The population was 4,958 at the 2010 census. It was annexed by Bellevue in 2012. Based on per capita income, one of the more reliable measures of affluence, Eastgate ranked 38th of 522 areas in the state of Washington.

The Seattle Washington Temple (formerly the Seattle Temple) is the 21st constructed and 19th operating temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Located in the city of Bellevue, east of Seattle, it was the first to be built in the state of Washington. The temple has a modern single-spire design. Due to its proximity to the Bellevue Airfield, the proposed height of the spire was reduced, and a red strobe warning light was installed at the base of the angel Moroni statue. The airfield closed in 1983, and the light was shut off.

Music Works Northwest is the non-profit community music school located in Bellevue, Washington, USA. Music Works Northwest is one of the largest non-profit community music schools in the Pacific Northwest. It is a member of the Washington Music Educators Association, the Eastside Arts Coalition, and the Bellevue Arts Commission. The school also has partnerships with Northwest Pianos, 4Culture of King County, United Way of King County, the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County.

Bellevue Airfield (BVU) was a private airfield in the northwest United States, located in what is now the Eastgate Neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington, a suburb east of Seattle. It was situated east of 156th Avenue SE and north of Interstate 90 near Phantom Lake. The 2,300-foot (700 m) asphalt runway's elevation was at 345 feet (105 m) above sea level, and ran southwest to northeast (marked 2/20). Part of the airport's land was used as a landfill from 1951 till 1964, and featured a landfill gas venting system. Closed in 1983, today the area is an office park. When the LDS Seattle Washington Temple opened in 1980, the airfield was still in operation and the temple spire included a strobe light.Sometime after the airport closed, a new heliport was added at the north end of runway named Bellevue Business Park Boeing Company Services Headquarters Heliport with the designation of 71WA. It was reportedly used as a private heliport for the nearby Boeing Eastgate campus. The heliport was closed and the final visible remnants of the north end of the old runway were removed during construction of the Advanta Office Commons buildings leased by Microsoft. The disused heliport is still visible and is occasionally used as a basketball court. The remaining 27 acres north of the Advanta Office Commons was sold to City of Bellevue from Boeing who plans on developing it into Bellevue Airfield Park. However, design and construction is expected to take some time as renovation of the landfill gas system is required. Boeing sold the remainder of its Eastgate Office Park in 2021 and is expected to leave the campus entirely by 2023. The only remnants still visible is the heliport and the red and white lamp posts with two red strobe lights on top situated on the nearby overpasses to the south.

Bellevue College (BC) is a public college in Bellevue, Washington. It is the largest of the 34 institutions that make up the Washington Community and Technical Colleges system and the third-largest institution of higher education overall in the state (behind the University of Washington and Washington State University). The institution offers transfer associate degree programs that cover the first two years of a college education, bachelor's degree programs, professional-technical degrees and certificates, a large continuing education program, and pre-college programs. The college also has a variety of distance education and online learning options. BC's service district includes the public school districts of Bellevue, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Skykomish and Snoqualmie Valley. The current President of Bellevue College is former Governor of Washington and US Secretary Commerce Gary Locke.

Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart is a private, Roman Catholic, all-girls middle school and high school in Bellevue, Washington, USA. The school is a member of the Society of the Sacred Heart schools and is part of the global Network of Sacred Heart Schools. Forest Ridge educates girls in grades 5 through 12.

Phantom Lake is a small lake inside the city limits of Bellevue, Washington, east of Seattle. A 2.6-mile (4.2 km) pedestrian trail circles the lake, and according to the city government, Bellevue's oldest and largest trees are there. Located about a mile (1.6 km) north of Interstate 90 and west of nearby Lake Sammamish, its surface elevation is approximately 250 feet (76 m) above sea level. Historically, Phantom Lake once drained to the north through the Kelsey Creek basin. Nineteenth-century farmer Henry Thode redirected the Phantom Lake outlet to Lake Sammamish, creating Weowna Creek in the process. Today, Phantom Lake has a surface area of 63 acres (0.25 km2) and a maximum depth of 45 feet (14 m).Bellevue Airfield, closed in 1983, was nearby to the southwest; the approach to runway 20 was along the lake's southeastern shore.

The Newport Corporate Center is a 5-building and 969,986 square foot complex in Factoria, Bellevue, Washington that notably houses T-Mobile US' Headquarters. It also houses the Washington Headquarters of AAA, and the commercial radio stations of KPNW-FM, KKNW and KQMV.

Somerset is a neighborhood in Bellevue, Washington. It contains Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, Eastgate Park, and Somerset Elementary School. The hill called Somerset tops out just under 1,000 feet. Somerset began construction of the first of its 22 divisions incorporating more than 1,200 homes in the early 1960s. The last division was completed in the late 1970s. Somerset has nationally recognized schools, and the Somerset Recreation Club, which provides recreational and competitive swim and tennis programs. The Somerset Community Association is a group representing neighborhood interests and offering various interest groups, including a singles group for those 50 and older, a "Sunshine Committee" to send cards and fix meals for ailing residents, and a covenant review committee. The neighborhood has an active landscape program, a Block Watch and an Emergency Preparedness Program. Most of Somerset was annexed by Bellevue in 1967. Other neighborhoods in the Somerset area including Hilltop, Horizon View, and Tamara Hills, were unincorporated until they were annexed by Bellevue in 2012.

Factoria is a mixed-use suburban neighborhood in south Bellevue, Washington and is one of the city's significant commercial districts. Originally timberland from the 1890s to 1920s and later envisioned as an industrial center, Factoria has since the 1960s evolved into commercial and residential development. Factoria was annexed into Bellevue in 1993. The core neighborhood is bounded by Interstate 90 to the north, Interstate 405 to the west, Newport Way to the east, and Coal Creek Parkway to the south.

Lake Hills is a neighborhood in Bellevue, Washington. It lies to the south of the Crossroads and north of the Eastgate neighborhoods.In the early 1900s, Japanese immigrants farmed the part of Lake Hills between present day Larsen Lake and Phantom Lake. This agricultural activity was abruptly curtailed following the Japanese American Internment in 1942, and was eventually replaced by suburban housing. Lake Hills was annexed into Bellevue in 1969.Today the Lake Hills neighborhood contains Bellevue College, the Lake Hills Greenbelt Urban Demonstration Garden (also known as the Bellevue Demonstration Garden), and Larsen Lake.
