PwC Tower at Commercial Bay is a mixed-use office tower and retail development in Auckland, New Zealand, completed and officially opened in June 2020.The development consists of a 41-floor office tower with leasable floors, three mechanical floors, one floor reserved for meeting suites/pods, and a SkyLobby, and a retail precinct with 18,000 m2 (190,000 sq ft) of retail space, replacing the Westfield Group Downtown Shopping Centre, which was previously located on the site.The PwC tower is the currently tallest building in New Zealand and the second tallest structure in Auckland behind the Sky Tower.

Commercial Bay Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in the Auckland CBD, Auckland, New Zealand. It is situated at 11–19 Customs Street West between Lower Albert Street and the Britomart Transport Centre. The centre was known as Downtown Shopping Centre, formerly Westfield Downtown, as a smaller shopping centre with 12,417 m2 gross lettable area In late 2012, it was sold by Westfield to Precinct Properties Holdings New Zealand Limited, formerly AMP NZ Office Limited (ANZO). The building closed on 28 May 2016 after 41 years, and by 23 November had been demolished. A high-rise and new mall building was built on the site, with the future City Rail Link tunnels going through the foundations of the building. The development is named "Commercial Bay", referring to the area's previous name in the 1900s. The first shop of the new Commercial Bay development, an H&M store, was opened in August 2018. Following multiple delays, the main shopping mall of the new Commercial Bay development was completed in June 2020.

The ANZ Centre is an office skyscraper in Auckland, New Zealand. Located at 23 Albert Street, the tower stands at 151 metres (495 ft) in height and has 35 levels of office space, with a total of 33,187 m2 (357,220 sq ft) floor space. It was formerly known as the Coopers & Lybrand Tower and before that the Robert Jones Tower and it was the tallest building in New Zealand during the years 1991–1999, until it was surpassed by the Metropolis building. Today, it stands as the fifth tallest building in Auckland.

The First World War Memorial Beacon is a war memorial on Quay Street in Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand. New Zealand's first built World War I memorial, it was first unveiled in 1915, before being lost in the 1960s. It was rediscovered and restored in 1999–2000, at which time it was placed outside the New Zealand Maritime Museum. It was further restored in 2021–2022 and returned to its original, and present, location. The memorial was designated a category 1 historic place by Heritage New Zealand in 2023.

The Tepid Baths is a public indoor pool complex in Auckland, New Zealand. The baths opened in 1914 on a site that had previously been occupied by a small drydock and were very well-received by the public, with the new baths attracting 30,000 visitors in the first two months after opening. In 2010 the baths closed for a major refurbishment, re-opening in mid-2012 after a two year re-build. The main pool is 1.1m in the shallowest end, and 2.1m in the deepest end.

The Dilworth Building is a heritage mixed-use (residential apartments and shops on the ground floor) building at the corner of Customs Street and Queen Street in the Auckland CBD, New Zealand. The building by William Gummer & Reginald Ford was constructed between 1925 and 1927, and is listed as a "Historic Place - Category I" by Heritage New Zealand.At the lower entry to Queen Street, the building was once envisaged as one half of a 'gateway' to the city, and hailed as a visionary concept. However, the mirroring building on the opposite side of Queen Street was never constructed.

The former Imperial Hotel is located at the corner of Fort and Queen Street in Auckland, New Zealand. It was built in 1883 and is now a notable example of Victorian architecture. The building was registered as a category II heritage structure by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust (now Heritage New Zealand) in 1987. The building's current use is as a backpackers hostel, pub, and communal lounge.
