The Colisée, formerly Androscoggin Bank Colisée, Central Maine Youth Center, Central Maine Civic Center and Lewiston Colisee, is a 4,000 capacity (3,677 seated) multi-purpose arena, in Lewiston, Maine, United States that was built from 1956 to 1958 and opened in the latter year to replace the Dominics Regional High School Arena and was initially constructed and operated by the Catholic parish of SS. Peter and Paul. Currently, it is the home of the Maine Nordiques of the North American Hockey League. The Colisee is also used for concerts, conventions and trade shows. There is 17,000 square feet (1600 m2) of exhibit space. For conventions, the Colisee can accommodate up to 4,800 patrons.

Lewiston High School (LHS) is a public high school in Lewiston, Maine, United States. The school was founded in 1850 and has occupied its current building since 1973.The school mascot is the Blue Devil and the colors are blue and white. The new principal is Jonathan Radtke. From the 1930s to 1973 the high school was located on Central Ave and that building currently serves as Lewiston Middle School.

The Dr. Louis J. Martel House is a historic house at 122–124 Bartlett Street in Lewiston, Maine. Built in 1883, it is a fine example of Queen Anne Victorian architecture executed in brick, and is historically notable as the home of Louis Martel, Maine's first Franco-American politician to achieve statewide prominence, and a major benefactor of the Lewiston community. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Agora Grand Event Center is a large event venue in Lewiston, Maine. It is also the second-tallest building in the state. The Agora Grand was created by renovating the former St. Patrick's Church, a Roman Catholic church whose cornerstone was laid on July 24, 1887, by the Right Reverend Bishop Healy and last Mass was held in October 2009. At 220 feet to its taller spire, it is the second-tallest building in Maine, based on the definition of "height to architectural top" by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.It was purchased in March 2014, by developer Andrew Knight, who opened the Agora Grand in May 2016. Knight received an award from the Lewiston Historic Preservation Board for his work in reviving the building; his wedding was the first held at the renovated building.In 2014, Knight converted the former St. Patrick's Church Rectory, also known as the Albert Kelsey Mansion, into a boutique hotel. The former church contains a mortuary chapel and basement crypt in which the church's original builder and priest, Monsignor Thomas Wallace, was buried from 1906 to 2007, when his body was exhumed and moved to Mt. Hope Cemetery. In 2015, Knight converted the former crypt into a novelty annex of the Inn at the Agora, purportedly the world's first "crypt hotel room."

Trinity Episcopal Church is an historic church building at 247 Bates Street in Lewiston, Maine. It is a modestly sized yet handsomely decorated Gothic Revival building, designed by C.C. Haight of New York City and completed in 1882. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Dr. Milton Wedgewood House is a historic house at 101 Pine Street in Lewiston, Maine. Built in 1873 for a local doctor, it is a distinctive local example of Second Empire, and an important work of local architect Charles F. Douglas. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Jordan School is a historic school building at 35 Wood Street in Lewiston, Maine. Built in 1902, it is an important local example of Italian Renaissance architecture, designed by the architect William R. Miller. It served as the city's first purpose-built high school, and has been converted to residential use. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Lewiston, Maine, also known as Ss. Peter and Paul Church, is a church which is a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland.

The Androscoggin Mill Block is an historic tenement house at 269-271 Park Street in Lewiston, Maine, United States. The two-story brick building was one of several built in 1866 by the Androscoggin Mill Company to provide housing for workers with families, and is one of only three such 19th-century buildings to survive in the city. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Marcotte Nursing Home is an historic elder care facility at 102 Campus Avenue in Lewiston, Maine. Built in 1927 and opened the following year, it was the largest facility of its type in New England, representing a major step forward in the region's elder care. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is now part of the d'Youville Pavilion of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.

The Healy Asylum is an historic building in Lewiston, Maine. It was built in 1893 as an orphanage for boys, a role it served until about 1970. It is now known as Healy Terrace, and is used for affordable senior housing. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, where it is listed as Healy Asylum. It was named for Msgr. James Augustine Healy, the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland at the time of its construction.

The Maine Supply Company Building is an historic commercial building at 415–417 Lisbon Street in Lewiston, Maine. Built in 1911, this Renaissance Revival building is the best-preserved local work of Miller & Mayo, and is also notable as housing the first known automotive service center in the state. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
