Brooklyn High School is a public high school located in Brooklyn, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Brooklyn City School District.The school colors are royal blue and gold. The sports teams are named the Hurricanes or the 'Canes (Hurcs was also used as a nickname in the past). Athletically, the school is a member of the Chagrin Valley Conference (CVC), and a member of the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League (GCHSHL) for Hockey. The school was designated a Historic Rock and Roll Landmark in 1998 by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

Holy Name High School (HNHS) is a private, Catholic, co-educational high school in Parma Heights, Ohio, US. It is a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. Holy Name is a member of the Great Lakes Conference with Fairview, Buckeye, Parma Senior, Normandy, Valley Forge, Elyria Catholic, Bay Village, and Rocky River High Schools.

The Parma MFD (Metal Fabricating Division) is a General Motors stamping and metal assembly plant located on the south side of Cleveland, Ohio in the suburb of Parma and a key part of the town's economic vibrancy. The plant supplies stamped metal parts and metal assemblies to numerous GM assembly plants located across North America, including specialized parts which have allowed it to continue to exist despite the downsizing of other auto industry plants.

Memphis Kiddie Park is an 11-ride amusement park located in Brooklyn, Ohio, designed specifically for children and families. Memphis Kiddie Park opened on May 28, 1952. The park was one of several designed and opened by Stuart Wintner, who eventually closed all but the Memphis Kiddie Park to focus on his chain of indoor movie theatres. Though Mr. Wintner has since died, the park remains in operation and is owned by his son. The height limit for those rides is UNDER 50". In addition to the rides, the park also has a miniature golf course for both kids and adults to enjoy.

The Little Dipper is a junior steel roller coaster located at Memphis Kiddie Park in Brooklyn, Ohio. The coaster was built by The Allan Herschell Company and began operating in April 1952, making it the oldest continuously operating steel roller coaster from its original location in North America. It was not in operation for the Summer 2020 season, as the park was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic shortening the season. In the 1970s, the original train was replaced with one that had silver with blue accents. For the 2006 season it was repainted red with white accents. The coaster has one three-car train. Riders are seated two across with two rows per car, giving the coaster a capacity of 12 riders.

James Ford Rhodes High School is located in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, in the west-side neighborhood known as Old Brooklyn. It is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and is commonly referred to as "Rhodes High School." The school was named for the American industrialist and historian James Ford Rhodes. Drew Carey, actor and current host of The Price Is Right; Les Horvath, 1944 Heisman Trophy winner; and poet d.a. levy are alumni of Rhodes.

Parma Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States and a western suburb of Cleveland. Parma Heights is surrounded on the north, east and south by the larger city of Parma. The cities of Brook Park and Middleburg Heights form most of the western border. The city's population is 20,718 as of the 2010 census.

The Shoppes at Parma, formerly known as Parmatown Mall, is a shopping plaza located in Parma, Ohio, approximately 10 miles (16 km) south of Cleveland. It is located at the southwest corner of State Route 3 and Ridgewood Drive in southern Cuyahoga County. It is anchored by Walmart, Burlington, Marc's and Dick's Sporting Goods. The plaza opened as a shopping plaza in 1956 and was enclosed in the mid-1960s and has become an outdoor plaza once again. Its original anchors were Higbee's (1967) and May Company (1960). Higbee's became Dillard's in 1992, and closed in 2000. The old Higbee's structure was demolished and replaced with a new Walmart in 2004. May Company became Kaufmann's in 1993 and Kaufmann's became Macy's in 2006. A Kresge also served as a fourth anchor store until it was closed in the early 1980s to make way for an expansion. Parts of the original plaza remain open-air, with Chuck E. Cheese's and Marc's as major tenants. The mall was renovated in the early 2000s and was renovated to be an outdoor shopping center in 2017, with the interior demolished.

Byers Field is a 12,750-capacity multi-purpose stadium in Parma, Ohio, located on Day Drive next to The Shoppes at Parma. The stadium can host football, track and field, and soccer events. The three high schools and three middle schools of the Parma City School District share this venue with Saint Ignatius High School.
