The Little Dipper is a junior steel roller coaster located at Memphis Kiddie Park in Brooklyn, Ohio. The coaster was built by The Allan Herschell Company and began operating in April 1952, making it the oldest continuously operating steel roller coaster from its original location in North America. It was not in operation for the Summer 2020 season, as the park was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic shortening the season. In the 1970s, the original train was replaced with one that had silver with blue accents. For the 2006 season it was repainted red with white accents. The coaster has one three-car train. Riders are seated two across with two rows per car, giving the coaster a capacity of 12 riders.

Memphis Kiddie Park is an 11-ride amusement park located in Brooklyn, Ohio, designed specifically for children and families. Memphis Kiddie Park opened on May 28, 1952. The park was one of several designed and opened by Stuart Wintner, who eventually closed all but the Memphis Kiddie Park to focus on his chain of indoor movie theatres. Though Mr. Wintner has since died, the park remains in operation and is owned by his son. Beverly Rose Potts (April 15, 1941 – disappeared August 24, 1951) was a ten-year-old American girl who disappeared while walking home from a neighborhood festival event held in a park less than a quarter of a mile from her Cleveland, Ohio home. Despite intense publicity and repeated, exhaustive efforts to locate the child both at the time of her disappearance and in more recent decades, no trace of Potts or definitive leads as to the circumstances surrounding her disappearance have ever materialized. Foul play is strongly suspected, although no definitive suspect has ever been identified.The disappearance of Beverly Potts implemented the largest manhunt to locate a missing person in the history of Cleveland at the time. The case itself is regarded as one of the most infamous missing persons and cold cases in Ohio and has been described by one author as "one of the most haunting and heartbreaking mysteries" in the history of Cleveland.

West Boulevard is a neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. A notable neighborhood attraction is Ray's MTB Indoor Park, the world's first multi-terrain indoor bike park. The neighborhood is home to the St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, completed in 1903.

Brooklyn High School is a public high school located in Brooklyn, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Brooklyn City School District.The school colors are royal blue and gold. The sports teams are named the Hurricanes or the 'Canes (Hurcs was also used as a nickname in the past). Athletically, the school is a member of the Chagrin Valley Conference (CVC), and a member of the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League (GCHSHL) for Hockey. Triskett is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. It is located off Triskett Road between West 139th Street and Berea Road. The station includes a large parking lot accessible from Triskett Road. Northwest of the parking lot is the Triskett bus garage, and the station is also accessible from Lakewood Heights Boulevard by driving past the Triskett garage. Despite the fact Interstate 90 passes directly over the Triskett garage, the station is not readily accessible from the freeway. To reach the station from Interstate 90, drivers must exit at West 140th Street, drive south to Triskett Road, east on Triskett Road, and then north on the access road to the station. The station headhouse is located on the eastern side of the parking lot adjacent to the tracks and includes a bus loading area. The headhouse is connected to the platform by a bridge extending over the westbound track.

The Parma MFD (Metal Fabricating Division) is a General Motors stamping and metal assembly plant located on the south side of Cleveland, Ohio in the suburb of Parma and a key part of the town's economic vibrancy. The plant supplies stamped metal parts and metal assemblies to numerous GM assembly plants located across North America, including specialized parts which have allowed it to continue to exist despite the downsizing of other auto industry plants.

West Park is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. It is located off Lorain Avenue just west of West 143rd Street in the West Park neighborhood. The station includes a large parking lot accessible from Lorain Avenue. The access road has been named Lloyd Peterson Lane. A station lobby building is located on the southeast side of the parking lot adjacent to the tracks. The station headhouse includes bus loading areas and also houses a training facility, which opened in 1983. The headhouse is connected to the platforms by a tunnel extending underneath the westbound track.

Cudell is a neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. Named after Frank E. Cudell, the neighborhood has been a part of Cleveland since 1904, upon the completion of municipal annexation of the land by the city.In 2014, the Cudell Recreation Center was the site of the shooting of Tamir Rice. For Cleveland City Council, the Cudell neighborhood is split between the 11th and 15th wards, and is represented jointly by council members Brian Mooney and Jenny Spencer.

West 117th–Madison is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. It is located on the border between Cleveland and Lakewood. The station is located on the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and West 117th Street. The border between Cleveland and Lakewood runs down West 117th Street. As originally constructed, it included a bus loop adjacent to West 117th Street and a parking lot to the east. The station has undergone renovation and reconstruction, making it ADA accessible. In 2006–2007, the station recently underwent rehabilitation, and the renovated station was opened on October 16, 2007. Upon rededication, the name of the station was to be changed to Highland Square at West 117th Street, but the West 117th–Madison name had been retained with Highland Square name attached. Highland Square refers to a neighborhood name used in the 19th century. As of 2017, the Highland name has been removed.
