Likavka is a village and municipality in Ružomberok District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.

Jasenová (Hungarian: Jaszenova) is a village and municipality in Dolný Kubín District in the Zilina Region of northern Slovakia. It has population of 401 people.Its name comes from the Slovak word Jaseň, which is a kind of tree often found in the area. There is a church built in 1836 and an old elementary school from the 19th century. A hill named Choč (altitude 1611 m) can be seen from the village.

Štadión pod Čebraťom (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈʂtadijɔːn pɔt ˈtʂebracɔm]) is a multi-purpose stadium in Ružomberok, Slovakia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of MFK Ružomberok. It is named after the hill Čebrať, adjacent to which it is located, and the name of the stadium literally means "Stadium under the Čebrať Hill." The stadium holds 4,876 people. The intensity of the floodlighting is 1,400 lux.

Catholic University in Ružomberok (CU) is a public university with religious character. The Conference of Slovak Bishops and National Council of the Slovak Republic took part in its foundation in 2000. CU performs its activities especially in the areas of the humanities, historical, pedagogical, and social and health sciences, as well as in the areas of art, economics, management, and law. Catholic University has been the associate since 2004 and in 2010 it became the member of International Federation of Catholic Universities. University has also been the member of Fédération des Universités Catholiques Européennes (FUCE) since 2007. Since 2016 vice-rector prof. František Trstenský is member of Board of FUCE. Ružomberok (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈruʐɔmberɔk] ; German: Rosenberg; Hungarian: Rózsahegy; Polish: Rużomberk) is a town in northern Slovakia, in the historical Liptov region. It has a population of around 27,000 inhabitants (45,000-57,000 with nearby villages).

St Catherine's Church, Dolný Kubín, is a Roman Catholic church in Slovakia. The present Gothic church was built on the remnants of the first church of Dolný Kubín in the 14th century. The interior of the church was painted by "Slovenske umenie manifacture" in 1939. Paintings made by Edmund Maszanyi are from the same year. The 1622 epitaph of Job Zmeskal and his wife from 1622 is placed here as well as a picture of Saint Catherine from 1764. In 1886, the church was renovated.

Lisková (Hungarian: Liszkófalu) is a village in the Ružomberok District of north-central Slovakia. It lies at an elevation of 484 m and has an area of 15.95 km². It had a population of 2,077 in 2011.
