Woodworth is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in northern Beaver Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,784 at the 2020 census. It lies along State Routes 7 and 626, bordering the communities of Boardman to the north and North Lima to the south. It is part of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area.

Deep Freeze Ice Arena is located in Boardman, Ohio, a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio. Deep Freeze Ice Arena has one Olympic-sized ice sheet. New owners have taken over. The rink used to be called The Ice Zone but has been bought by the owner of the Boardman Extreme Air and is now renamed, Deep Freeze Ice Arena. It currently serves as the USHL Youngstown Phantoms practice facility.Controversy emerged after the owners of Extreme Air purchased the Ice Zone, when the freon from the ice compressor machines was stolen, possibly by associates of Bruce Zoldan, the previous owner. Also, the ice was melted before possession was transferred to the new owners. This resulted in an interruption of operations at the Ice Zone; youth programs such as ice hockey and figure skating lost ice time as a result. According to Zoldan, the new owners bought the building, not the equipment.

Boardman High School is a high school in Boardman Township, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Boardman Local School District. Athletic teams compete as the Boardman Spartans in the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a member of the All-American Conference.

DeBartolo Corporation in 1970, and is now owned by Washington Prime Group. The mall, which is the largest shopping destination in Mahoning County, has approximately 1,018,400 square feet (94,610 m2) of space. Its anchor stores are JCPenney and Macy's, with junior anchors H&M, Shoe Dept. Encore, and Planet Fitness.

Evans Lake is a private lake in southeastern Mahoning County, Ohio, owned by Aqua Ohio, a subsidiary of Aqua America (formerly Consumers Ohio Water Company). It is located about five miles from the Pennsylvania border at an elevation of 1,071 feet. At normal levels, it has a surface area of 582 acres. Evans Lake was created in 1948 when construction was completed on the Evans Lake Dam on Yellow Creek. The lake is used for drinking water, fishing and recreation.

It was built in the 1930s and added to the National Register in 2018.Notable burials at Forest Lawn include MLB infielder Floyd Baker (1916–2004) and actress Elizabeth Hartman (1943–1987).
