St. James Meeting House is a historic church building at 375 Boardman-Poland Road in Boardman, Ohio. It was built as St. James Episcopal Church in 1828, deconsecrated in 1971, relocated to Boardman Park in 1972, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

It was built in the 1930s and added to the National Register in 2018.Notable burials at Forest Lawn include MLB infielder Floyd Baker (1916–2004) and actress Elizabeth Hartman (1943–1987).

Deep Freeze Ice Arena is located in Boardman, Ohio, a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio. Deep Freeze Ice Arena has one Olympic-sized ice sheet. New owners have taken over. The rink used to be called The Ice Zone but has been bought by the owner of the Boardman Extreme Air and is now renamed, Deep Freeze Ice Arena. It currently serves as the USHL Youngstown Phantoms practice facility.Controversy emerged after the owners of Extreme Air purchased the Ice Zone, when the freon from the ice compressor machines was stolen, possibly by associates of Bruce Zoldan, the previous owner. Also, the ice was melted before possession was transferred to the new owners. This resulted in an interruption of operations at the Ice Zone; youth programs such as ice hockey and figure skating lost ice time as a result. According to Zoldan, the new owners bought the building, not the equipment.

Woodworth is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in northern Beaver Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,784 at the 2020 census. It lies along State Routes 7 and 626, bordering the communities of Boardman to the north and North Lima to the south. It is part of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area.

Newport Village Historic District is a neighborhood in Boardman, Ohio. The neighborhood is bordered by the City of Youngstown, Ohio to the north and east, Glenwood Avenue to the west, and Forest Glen Estates Historic District to the south. Newport Village is known for its quaint tree-lined residential streets and early twentieth century Tudor revival and colonial revival architecture.

Its studios and transmitter are located at "The Radio Center" in Youngstown. The station has a large coverage area and can be picked up fairly well even in Akron, and as far away as Erie, Pennsylvania. Within the large coverage area, WYFM competes with WNCD in Niles, WONE in Akron, WRQK in Canton, WFXJ in Ashtabula, WNCX in Cleveland, WRKT and WQHZ in Erie, and WDVE in Pittsburgh.

It is one of seven radio stations in the Youngstown market owned by Cumulus Media. It carries syndicated shows from Adam Bomb on afternoons and Carson Daly on Sunday mornings. The studios and transmitter are on Simon Road at Mayport Avenue in Boardman, using a Youngstown address.
