Brno-Ořešín is a city district on the northern edge of Brno, Czech Republic. It consists of the municipal part and cadastral territory of Ořešín, originally a municipality, which was annexed into Brno in 1971. It has an area of 3.06 km2 and about 600 inhabitants. It is the smallest city district of Brno in terms of population. It is located on the southern slope of the Horka hill and its surroundings consist mainly of the forested area of the Soběšice uplands, which are used for tourism and recreation by the locals. The city district has a chapel and several small sights.
