The Institute of Mental Health in Belgrade (Serbian: Институт за ментално здравље / Institut za mentalno zdravlje), established in 1963, is the first social-psychiatric institution in Southeast Europe. It is a tertiary care institution that specializes in the fields of psychiatry, addiction diseases, clinical psychology, epileptic medicine, clinical neurophysiology, psycho-pharmacology, psycho-therapy and mental illness. Treatment is based on the concepts of social psychiatry with the goal of rehabilitation and re-socialization of patients. The Institute serves as a teaching facility for the Belgrade Medical School and several other schools in Belgrade. On 18 November 2009, the Institute of Mental Health received a nomination to be inducted into the WHO Collaborative Centre for Mental Health Care by Serbian Minister of Health, Tomica Milosavljević. This nomination was approved by WHO. Belgrade's Institute of Mental Health also publishes pertinent articles on behalf of the World Health Organization.The Director of Institute is Sc.D. Dušica Lečić Toševski. The Assistant Director is Doctor Smiljka Popović Deušić.

Cerak Vinogradi (Serbian Cyrillic: Церак Виногради) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in the municipality of Čukarica. Completed by 1988, in January 2019 it became the first modern neighborhood of Belgrade which was declared a cultural monument. It is registered at the Docomomo International and is represented at the permanent exhibition in the New York's Museum of Modern Art.

Rupčine (Serbian Cyrillic: Рупчине) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Čukarica. Rupčine is actually the southwesternmost part of the Žarkovo neighborhood, bordered by Bele Vode to the north, Cerak Vinogradi (that is, Ibarska Magistrala road) to the east, and the Vodovodska Street and Makiš to the west. On the south, Rupčine borders with the open fields of Stari Lanci and Novi Lanci, which stretch all the way to Železnik. Quite contrary to its eastern bordering neighborhood, Cerak Vinogradi, Rupčine is not built according to urban plans and is highly unattractive in either urban, visual or sense of communal order. Atop of all that, it has quite unattractive name too (rupčine, Serbian for big holes).

The Rakovički Creek (Serbian: Раковички поток / Rakovički potok, "Rakovica Creek") is a short stream in north-central Serbia, an 8,5 kilometer-long right tributary to the Topčiderka river. During its entire flow it runs through the southern outskirts of the urban section of Belgrade. It is one of the 40 rivers, streams and creeks that flow or used to flow through Belgrade, but as the majority of them is completely or partially conducted underground into the city sewage system, Rakovički potok avoided such faith. Even though it is short, the creek flows through a number of Belgrade's neighborhoods and gave its name to two urban neighborhoods of Belgrade, one municipality and a monastery.
