Centre de perfectionnement aux affaires
The Centre de perfectionnement aux affaires de Paris (CPA Paris) is a French private higher technical education establishment created in 1929 by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the name Centre de perfectionnement aux affaires. Its original mission was to pragmatically train business management professionals using new teaching methods, in particular those of Harvard University with the help of Georges Doriot, one of the first French graduates.In 1999, the CPA was integrated into the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris and has been running the “Executive MBA” program since 2002. The CPA is headquartered in Paris but offers its programs in Jouy-en-Josas.Following the model of the CPA Paris, other CPA have been created by chambers of commerce and industry from other regions of France (Lyon, Nice, Toulouse, Lille, etc.). Since 2006, at EM Lyon and Toulouse Business School, joined by CEPI Management for the CCI Grand Lille in 2011, the CPA has delivered an Advanced Management Program (AMP), in order to continue to promote the training of leaders by leaders while benefiting from academic support from Business Schools.In 2002, EMBA HEC obtained accreditation from the Association of MBAs.The CPA Paris delivers a diploma recognized by the State at a Master's degree level.
