The Spalding Building, formerly the Oregon Bank Building, is a historic office building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States on the northwest corner of SW 3rd Avenue and Washington streets. Since 1982, it has been on the National Register of Historic Places.Architect Cass Gilbert worked on the American Renaissance-style Spalding building while also working on the Woolworth Building in New York City. Completed in 1911, it was considered a skyscraper.The 103,824-square-foot (9,645.6 m2) building contains 12 above-ground floors, and its construction mimics a classical column: A base, a shaft, and a capital.In spring 2016, Squarespace, a website-design company based in New York City, moved its Portland office to the Spalding Building, in newly renovated space used by around 150 employees.

The Dekum or the Dekum Building is a historic office building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.With its rusticated sandstone base, over-scaled arches at street level, and stone carvings, the eight-story building is a strong example of Romanesque Revival architecture. It was made completely from materials found in Oregon. Completed in 1892, it is named after Frank Dekum, a German immigrant who opened Portland's first candy shop. Construction cost US$300,000 in 1892, equivalent to $8,300,000 in 2021. During construction, masons reportedly drank beer instead of the usual coffee.

The Hamilton Building is a historic office building in downtown Portland, Oregon. It went through a renovation in 1977, and was listed on National Register of Historic Places in March of that year. It is the neighbor of the Dekum Building, a fellow NRHP listing on Third Avenue. The building, completed in 1893, is an anomaly among its contemporaries. While many buildings built during the late 19th century were often ornate, the Hamilton building has little decoration. It is said that architects Whidden & Lewis designed a ground-breaking building, built decades ahead of later (and similar) trends in commercial architecture. Decoration comes in the form of granite-clad cast iron entry columns and cable mouldings, set against a Japanese-brick facade.The Hamilton Building is 6 stories tall, and is named after Hamilton Corbett, son of Henry W. Corbett. It is also the first building in Portland designed in the Classical Revival style.

The Sherlock Building, also previously known as the Forbes and Breeden Building, is a building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.In 2010, the Sherlock Building was purchased for $6.8 million by the Church of Scientology, with plans to turn it into the headquarters for its Portland chapter. The Church had previously purchased the nearby Stevens Building, but had decided that it would not be suitable without costly renovations.

The Jack London Revue is a jazz club in Portland, Oregon, United States. The venue is beneath the Rialto Poolroom Bar and Cafe at the intersection of Southwest Fourth Avenue and Southwest Alder Street in downtown Portland. The Jack London Revue opened on May 27, 2017, shortly after Jimmy Mak's closed, and replacing the Jack London Bar. The venue is owned by Frank Faillace and Manish Patel. It has a seating capacity of 220, as of June 2017.

Cameron's Books and Magazines, or simply Cameron's, was Portland, Oregon's oldest used bookstore and one of the largest vintage magazine dealers in the United States The business opened in 1938.Originally slated to close in November 2019, owner Crystal Zingsheim announced in April 2021 that the store was closing for good on April 24, 2021. The final day of business was April 24, 2021, as planned.The Portland government intervened to prevent eviction of Zingsheim from the venue, which would have led to loss of the remaining unsold stock. With assistance from the local government and several local organizations, remaining stock of books and periodicals were relocated to the upper floors of the Portland Union Station, where Zingsheim set up a non-profit organization dedicated to distribution of materials to schools and schools. The material has also provided period style and content for historical accuracy in portraying the past.

The ground floor is occupied by the popular Rialto Poolroom Bar and Cafe and an off-track betting parlor which was sold to new owners in December 2016.
