The Roy Vue is an apartment building in Seattle, United States. Constructed in 1924 on a design by Charles Haynes, the three-story structure is built in what has been described as a "semi-gothic" style, surrounding a large, landscaped courtyard of 5,000 square feet (460 m2). Its red brick facade is ornamented by several typically Tudor elements such as parapeted gables.In 2018 plans were announced to demolish the interior of the building and build-over the signature courtyard.

Opened on April 1, 2000, as the Bit Star, it was reported by InfoWorld to be the first commercial business to offer free wireless internet Wi-Fi services. Although few had the equipment necessary to take advantage of this, free wireless internet became a major component of the small coffee shop business model across America. Owned and run by software executive and Seattle mayoral candidate Scott Kennedy, The Drinkmore was the headquarters of Seattle Wireless and was the Howard Dean meetup spot during his 2004 presidential campaign. The original location, a 1905 warehouse at the corner of Bellevue Avenue East and Thomas Street, was demolished by the property owner to make way for new condominiums.

It is notable for the architectural styles displayed by homes there: Victorian, neoclassical, neo-Georgian, and Colonial. Most were built between 1900 and 1910. The wave of construction by the Seattle wealthy began with Horace C. Henry's 1901 mansion.

The Blackstone Apartments are located at 222 Summit Ave East in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The apartment complex was designed and owned by J.S. Long and built by the Long Building Company in 1927. The Long Building Company was known for designing and building many of the Bungalow-style homes, particularly in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle under the guidance of Stanley Long. The building consists of 26 units with a mixture of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-room suites; it has a brick exterior with a great deal of mahogany woodwork in the interiors and built-ins throughout the units, and was originally fitted with Monarch electric stoves and Frigidaires. The complex was "regarded as one of the most modern units of its kind in the city" when it was completed.
