Single Shot Kitchen and Saloon, or simply Single Shot, is a restaurant on Seattle's Capitol Hill, in the U.S. state of Washington. The restaurant opened in 2014, and has garnered a generally positive reception for its menu of American, New American, and Pacific Northwest cuisine.

Dedicated in 1974, the park is named after Tashkent, Uzbekistan.According to Curbed, "This little park bisects an apartment-filled block in Capitol Hill. In the middle of the day it has some sunny spots, but it's best for relaxing in the shade, with both a decently-sized lawn and a wide selection of seating options."

The Drinkmore Cafe is a coffee shop on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Washington. Opened on April 1, 2000, as the Bit Star, it was reported by InfoWorld to be the first commercial business to offer free wireless internet Wi-Fi services. Although few had the equipment necessary to take advantage of this, free wireless internet became a major component of the small coffee shop business model across America. Owned and run by software executive and Seattle mayoral candidate Scott Kennedy, The Drinkmore was the headquarters of Seattle Wireless and was the Howard Dean meetup spot during his 2004 presidential campaign. The original location, a 1905 warehouse at the corner of Bellevue Avenue East and Thomas Street, was demolished by the property owner to make way for new condominiums.

Saint Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral is a cathedral of the Orthodox Church of America in the Cascade neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States.Founded in 1895, the cathedral's multi-ethnic congregation has its roots in an Orthodox mission to Alaska in the 18th Century. The present church dates from 1941. The church's patron saint is Saint Spyridon.

The Capitol Hill Branch is a branch of the Seattle Public Library in the Capitol Hill, Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, US. The original library, located at Harvard Avenue and Republican Street, opened in 1954 and was named the Susan J. Henry Branch at the request of its benefactor. The Henry Branch was demolished in 2001 and the modern Capitol Hill Branch was opened at the same location in 2003.
