Norte 45 (Spanish: Estación Norte 45) is a station on Line 6 of the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Colonia Pueblo Salinas neighborhood.The logo for this station is a compass rose and the station takes its name from a nearby street that runs from northeast to southwest (somewhat unusual for streets in Mexico City that typically run either north–south or east–west). The station opened on 21 December 1983.From 23 April to 16 June 2020, the station was temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Mexico.

Instituto del Petróleo is located between Politécnico and Autobuses del Norte stations on Line 5, and between Vallejo and Lindavista stations on Line 6. It serves the colonias (neighborhoods) of Valle del Tepeyac, San Bartolo Atepehuacan, and Nueva Industrial. The station's pictogram depicts an oil derrick, and its name is on account of its proximity to the Mexican Petroleum Institute headquarters. Instituto del Petróleo station opened on 30 August 1982 with service on Line 5 northward toward Politécnico. West service on Line 6 toward El Rosario started on 21 December 1983. In the station, there is a collection of sculptures titled Petróleo, made of oil drums and created by Mexican artist Ernesto Paulsen Camba. In 2019, the station had an overall average daily ridership of 9,309 passengers.

It is an at-grade station with two side platforms that serves as the northern terminus of Line 5 (the Yellow line). It is followed by Instituto del Petróleo station. Politécnico station serves the colonias (neighborhoods) of Industrial Vallejo and Nueva Industrial Vallejo. The station's pictogram features the logo of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), a public university in Mexico City, and its name is on account of its proximity to the main campus. Politécnico station was opened on 30 August 1982, on the first day of the Politécnico–Pantitlán service. The station is partially accessible and there is also a mural inside titled La técnica al servicio de la patria by José Luis Elías Jáuregui. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 34,586 passengers, making it the 28th busiest station in the network and the second busiest of the line, after Pantitlán.

Fortuna is a commuter railway station serving the Ferrocarril Suburbano, a suburban rail that connects the State of Mexico with Mexico City. The station is located in the municipality of Azcapotzalco in the northern part of Mexico City.

The High School of Computer Sciences (in Spanish: Escuela Superior de Cómputo or ESCOM) is a High school of the National Polytechnic Institute located in Mexico City, Mexico. Its students pursue the bachelor's degree in computer engineering with one major: computer systems. The curriculum is designed to last for five years. The school has a faculty mostly with postgraduate studies, and there is a growing number of teachers with doctoral studies.

Planetario Luis Enrique Erro is a planetarium located in Mexico City, owned and operated by the National Polytechnic Institute. It was the first planetarium in Mexico open to the public and is one of the oldest in Latin America. It was opened in 1967 and operated for over 39 years with a planetarium projector model Mark 4. It was reopened to the public on 15 January 2007 after renovation and modernization costing about 43 million pesos. Its innovations include a stellar dome and new digital projection systems Digistar 3 provided by E&S through Ecosistemas de México, audio, acoustics and lighting.

The National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico (Spanish: Instituto Politécnico Nacional de México; Spanish pronunciation: [instiˈtuto poliˈtekniko nasjoˈnal] (listen)), abbreviated IPN, is one of the largest public universities in Mexico with 171,581 students at the high school, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It is the second-best university in Mexico in the technical and engineering domain according to the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2018. It was founded on 1 January 1936 during the administration of President Lázaro Cárdenas del Río.The institute consists of 98 academic units offering 293 courses of study. It includes 78 technical careers, 80 undergraduate and 135 postgraduate programs. Its main campus, called 'Unidad Profesional Adolfo López Mateos' or 'Zacatenco', is on approximately 530 acres (2.1 km2) north of Mexico City.The IPN is based primarily in Mexico City, but with several research institutes and facilities distributed over 22 states.

It is an at-grade station with two side platforms, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Instituto del Petróleo and La Raza stations. Autobuses del Norte station serves the colonias (neighborhoods) of Ampliación Panamericana and Capultitlan. The station's pictogram features the front of an intercity bus, and its name is on account of its proximity to Mexico City's Northern Bus Terminal. Autobuses del Norte station was opened on 30 August 1982, on the first day of the Politécnico–Pantitlán service. The station is partially accessible. In 2019, the station had an average daily ridership of 22,685 passengers, making it the 68th busiest station in the network and the third busiest of the line.

Estadio Wilfrido Massieu is an outdoor stadium located north of Mexico City, within the "Adolfo Lopez Mateos" campus of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN). It was built in 1959 and has a capacity of 15,000 spectators. The stadium is the home field of the IPN's college football teams: the Águilas Blancas and Burros Blancos .The stadium was primarily used for American football until 2000, when it was vetoed from American football events by damages in its structure. However, in 2015 it was announced that the stadium will again host American football matches.Currently, the stadium is also used by the Mayas of the Liga de Fútbol Americano Profesional.

Lindavista is a metro station along Line 6 of the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Gustavo A. Madero borough. In 2019, the station had an average ridership of 17,878 passengers per day.
