Amadora railway station

The Roman villa of Quinta da Bolacha (Portuguese: Vila Romana de Quinta da Bolacha) is a Roman villa in the civil parish of Falagueira-Venda Nova, municipality of Amadora, with an occupation dating from the 3rd and 4th century. It is commonly associated with the nearby Roman aqueduct, as well as the agricultural activities and Chalcedony mining occurring in the district.

Estádio José Gomes, informally known as Estádio da Reboleira, after its location, is the stadium of the Portuguese football team C.F. Estrela da Amadora and it has a capacity of 9,288.

Reboleira station is the northern terminus on the Blue Line of the Lisbon Metro.

Sorefame (an abbreviation of Sociedades Reunidas de Fabricações Metálicas) was a Portuguese manufacturer of railway rolling stock and industrial equipment, such as dam gates equipment. The company was established in 1943. In the 1990s the company was split into a rolling stock company Nova Sorefame and a dam equipment company Hidrosorefame; Hidrosorefame was acquired by Alstom, the rolling stock business became part of ABB's rail transport division, later Adtranz, and in 2001 part of Bombardier transportation; it was closed in 2005.

The Necropolis of Carenque (Portuguese: Necrópole de Carenque) is an archaeological site consisting of three well-preserved late Neolithic collective sepulchres or tombs, dating back to about 3000 BCE, which are dug into smooth limestone outcrops. Queluz-Belas Station (Portuguese: Estação Ferroviária de Queluz-Belas) is a railway station located in the city of Queluz, Portugal. It is served by the Sintra and Azambuja Lines. It is operated by Lisbon CP and managed by Infraestruturas de Portugal.

The Pousada of D. Maria is part of the Pousadas de Portugal network of lodgings, housed in the historical servants quarters/annex of the Queluz National Palace, located in the civil parish of Queluz in the municipality of Sintra in the Portuguese sub-region of Greater Lisbon. Built in the Baroque-style, its five-stage bell tower provides an ecclesiastical appearance to the structure, due to surmounted floral finials. In age, it is contemporary with the main palace, dating from the mid-18th century. The tower is visible from many parts of the palace and from certain vantage points appears to be part of the palace itself.
