Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin (SHB) (or Steinbeis University) is a private German university of applied sciences founded in 1998. The university is based in Berlin and has supplementary campuses in Baden-Württemberg. The university mainly offers extra-occupational study courses in economics. It offers Bachelor's, Master's, and doctorate programs. The university is wholly owned by the Steinbeis Foundation.

Deutsche Grammophon (German: [ˈdɔʏtʃə ɡʁamoˈfoːn]; DGG) is a German classical music record label that was the precursor of the corporation PolyGram. Headquartered in Berlin Friedrichshain, it is now part of Universal Music Group (UMG) since its merger with the UMG family of labels in 1999. It is the oldest surviving established record company.

Berlin-Rummelsburg station is a station in the suburb of Rummelsburg in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin. The station is located on the Berlin–Frankfurt (Oder) railway (“Lower Silesian–Markish Railway”) and is served by line S3 of the Berlin S-Bahn. It is not to be confused with Berlin-Rummelsburg Betriebsbahnhof, which lies further east and was formerly a freight yard and is now used for the maintenance of long-distance trains. Berlin-Rummelsburg Betriebsbahnhof S-Bahn station is also in the precinct of that station.

The Schrotkugelturm (Lead shot tower) is the landmark of the Berlin neighbourhood Victoriastadt. The name derives from the former use as shot tower. In 1939 the production of shot balls in this tower was discontinued.

The Treptowers is a complex of buildings with a distinctive high-rise in the Alt-Treptow district of Berlin, Germany. Completed in 1998, the complex is located on the Spree River. The name "Treptowers" is a portmanteau word from Treptow and the English word "tower".

Molecule Man is a series of aluminium sculptures, designed by American artist Jonathan Borofsky, installed at various locations around the world, including Germany and the United States. Borofsky made the first Molecule Man sculptures for locations in Los Angeles in 1977 and 1978. They were installed later in 1981 and 1983 (in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, respectively).The sculpture model depicts three human form silhouettes with hundreds of holes, leaning toward each other. According to Borofsky, the holes represent "the molecules of all human beings coming together to create our existence."A related sculpture is Borofsky's Hammering Man.

Klingende Blume is an outdoor sculpture by Achim Kühn, installed at Treptower Park in Berlin, Germany.

Treptower Park is a railway station in the Alt-Treptow locality of Berlin. It is served by the S-Bahn lines , , , and and so represents an important interchange point on the Berlin S-Bahn network. The station consists of two island platforms, enabling cross-platform interchange between lines running in the same direction. It is located next to the park of the same name.

Samariterstraße is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the . It is located underneath Frankfurter Allee, at the intersection with Samariterstraße in the district of Friedrichshain. It was opened as part of the then-extant Line E of the Berlin U-Bahn on 21 December 1930. As the station remains almost in its original condition, it is now protected as a historic building.

Rigaer Straße is a street in Friedrichshain, Berlin that runs from Bersarinplatz in the west to the railway station Frankfurter Allee in the east. The street is named after the Latvian capital Riga. Many of the houses on the street are protected as historic buildings, although some of the older houses have turned into squats. Famous residents of Rigaer Straße include German author Theodor Plievier, who, around 1924, lived at number 68.

The Frankfurter Allee is one of the oldest roads of Berlin, the capital city of Germany. It extends the Karl-Marx-Allee from Frankfurter Tor in the direction of the city of Frankfurt (Oder). It is part of Bundesstraße 1 and has a length of 3.6 kilometres (2.2 mi). Line of the city's U-Bahn runs beneath the length of Frankfurter Allee. The U-Bahn stations of Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Frankfurter Allee, Magdalenenstraße and Lichtenberg are all under or adjacent to the street. Frankfurter Allee and Lichtenberg stations are also served by the city's S-Bahn.

Treptower Park (pronounced [tʁɛptoːɐ], with a silent w) is a park alongside the river Spree in Alt-Treptow, in the district of Treptow-Köpenick, south of central Berlin.
