Dongsi Shitiao station (simplified Chinese: 东四十条站; traditional Chinese: 東四十條站; pinyin: Dōngsì Shítiáo zhàn), is a station on Line 2 of the Beijing Subway.

The Workers' Gymnasium (official name) is an indoor arena located west of the Workers' Stadium in Beijing, China. It was inaugurated in 1961 for the 26th World Table Tennis Championships. It hosted the boxing events at the 2008 Summer Olympics and the Judo events at the 2008 Summer Paralympics. It is one of 11 Beijing-based venues to be renovated and upgraded for the Olympics. The arena has a seating capacity of 13,000.

The People's Literature Publishing House (simplified Chinese: 人民文学出版社; traditional Chinese: 人民文學出版社; pinyin: Rénmín Wénxué Chūbǎnshè) is a large-scale publishing house in China. It was established in March 1951, and was attached to the China Publishing Group (Chinese: 中国出版集团公司). It is known for scholarly publications, editions of classical Chinese literature, dictionaries, and high-quality paperbacks. Its head office is at Chaoyangmen 116, Beijing. Its current director is Pan Kaixiong (Chinese: 潘凯雄) and the editor-in-chief is Guan Shiguang (Chinese: 管士光).

The Nandouya Mosque (Chinese: 南豆芽清真寺; pinyin: Nándòuyá Qīngzhēnsì) is a mosque in Dongcheng District, Beijing, China.

BN Vocational School is a private, tuition-free vocational school in Beijing, China. The school was established in September 2005. It was founded by Yao Li. BN Vocational is the first tuition-free, not-for-profit, vocational secondary school in China.

Guo Li Zhuang (Chinese: 鍋裏壯店; pinyin: Guō Li Zhuàng Diàn; lit. 'the strength inside the pot') is a restaurant brand that specializes in dishes prepared from the genitals (penises and testicles) of male animals from a wide variety of species such as horses, oxen, donkeys, dogs, deer, goats, sheep, and snakes. The first restaurant was opened by the Guo family in the Chinatown of Atlanta, Georgia in 1956 on the occasion of the birth of Jason Guo, the eldest son in the 7th generation of the Guo family. The first Guo Li Zhuang restaurant in Beijing was opened in November 2006. Since then, restaurants have been opened in several locations in Beijing. The name of the restaurant is derived from homophones of the family name of its founder (Guo), the family name of his wife (Li), as well as the nickname of his son (Zhuang) and literally means "the strength inside the pot". The dishes are supposed to include medicinal secrets passed down in the Guo family and are often given poetic names such as "The Essence of the Golden Buddha," "Phoenix Rising," "Jasmine Flowers with 1,000 Layers", "Look for the Treasure in the Desert Sand", "Head crowned with a Jade Bracelet", and "Dragon in the Flame of Desire".Beyond genitals, the restaurant also carries such curious (and rare) delicacies as stewed deer face, sheep foetus in brown garlic sauce, and peacock claws.

The State Council Information Office (SCIO; Chinese: 国务院新闻办公室; pinyin: Guówùyuàn Xīnwén Bàngōngshì; lit. 'State Council News Office') is the chief information office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and an external name of the Central Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party. Historically, SCIO was the external name of the Office of External Propaganda (OEP) of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) under an arrangement termed "one institution with two names." The Workers' Stadium is a football stadium in Beijing, China. It opened in 2023 on the site of the original stadium, which was demolished in 2020. The stadium is the home of Chinese Super League club Beijing Guoan. Workers' Stadium is owned by the governing body of Chinese football, the Football Association (the CFA).

The original Workers' Stadium (simplified Chinese: 工人体育场; traditional Chinese: 工人體育場; pinyin: Gōngrén Tǐyùchǎng), often abbreviated as Gongti or Gong Ti (simplified Chinese: 工体; traditional Chinese: 工體; pinyin: Gōng Tǐ), was a multi-purpose stadium in Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. The stadium was built in 1959, and was renovated in 2004 (the concrete structure strengthened, a new rotating display screen and energy-saving devices installed). The stadium was closed for a complete rebuild in 2020 and reopened on 15 April 2023 as a new stadium built on the original site. It had a capacity of 65,094 and covered a land area of 350,000 square metres (3,800,000 sq ft). It was one of the Ten Great Buildings constructed in 1959 for the tenth anniversary of the People's Republic of China.

The New Beijing Poly Plaza is a building complex in Beijing, China. Completed in 2007 for the China Poly Group Corporation, it houses the company headquarters, other office space, retail, restaurants, and the Poly Museum. The New Beijing Poly Plaza sits northeast of the Forbidden City on the 2nd Ring Road, near the Beijing Subway entrance of Exit D of Dongsi Shitiao Station of Line 2. Its large atrium looks out onto a major highway intersection and across the road to the earlier China Poly Headquarters.

Dongzhimen (simplified Chinese: 东直门; traditional Chinese: 東直門; pinyin: Dōngzhímén; lit. 'East Straight Gate') was a gate in the old Beijing city fortifications. It is now a commercial center and transportation node in Beijing.

Chaoyang Men Station (simplified Chinese: 朝阳门站; traditional Chinese: 朝陽門站; pinyin: Cháoyángmén Zhàn) is an interchange station on Line 2 and Line 6 of the Beijing Subway named for Chaoyangmen, an old gate in Beijing's city wall.
