The Elder Museum of Science and Technology (Spanish: Museo Elder de la Ciencia y la Tecnología) is a museum in Las Palmas, the capital city of Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands.

Woermann Tower also Torre Woermann is a mixed-use tower in Las Palmas on Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. Completed in 2005, the tower was designed by Abalos & Herreros in collaboration with Joaquin Casariego and Elsa Guerra, and built by Ferrovial Inmobiliaria, the company also built around the same time one of the two Torres de Santa Cruz, in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The Woermann Tower forms part of a complex which includes a public square, constructed using Portuguese stone with the artist Albert Oehlen, and a seven-storey block to the south, containing retail units and offices.The ground floor contains a main entrance area and retail units whilst the first floor contains a library. The floors above contain apartments, usually four or five per floor. The floor slabs are separated by 3.6 m (12 ft), offering views over the Atlantic Ocean through the 2,000 m2 (21,528 sq ft) glass facade. The facade is protected from the sun by solar fins running horizontally around the building, with vegetable motifs etched into the glass. Yellow colour inserts were placed in the windows in strategic locations on the facade.

The Poema del Mar is an aquarium located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. It was inaugurated on December 17, 2017. The Gran Canaria Town Council and the Government of the Canary Islands have considered it of strategic interest to the region by reinforcing the promotion of the archipelago as an international travel destination. It is owned by the Loro Parque Group.

Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria (Royal Gran Canaria Yacht Club in English) is a private yacht club located in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). The club has around 6,000 members and their families.

Las Palmas Naval Base, also known as Arsenal of Las Palmas, is a military base and arsenal of the Spanish Navy located in the city of Las Palmas, Spain. It is the largest military base of the Spanish Navy on the African continent.

Estadio Insular was a multi-use stadium in Las Palmas, Spain. It was initially used as the stadium of UD Las Palmas matches before Estadio Gran Canaria opened in 2003. The stadium held 21,000 people and was built in 1945. Estadio Insular was closed in 2003 and partially demolished in 2014.

Port of Las Palmas (also called La Luz Port) (Spanish: Puerto de Las Palmas or Puerto de La Luz) is port for fishing, commercial, passenger and sports boats in the city of Las Palmas in the north-east of Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. For five centuries, the Port of Las Palmas has been the traditional base for scale and supplying ships on their way through the Middle Atlantic.

Centro Insular de Deportes is an indoor arena in Las Palmas, Spain. It was the home arena of the Spanish ACB League professional basketball team Gran Canaria until 2014. The arena holds 5,200 people.

La Isleta Lighthouse (Spanish: Faro de La Isleta) is an active 19th century lighthouse on the Spanish island of Gran Canaria in the Canary islands. The lighthouse has been constructed on the rocky peninsula of La Isleta, which overlooks the Port of Las Palmas to the north of the city of Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria. Situated at the north-eastern tip of the island, the La Isleta light marks the approaches to the port and lies midway between the Sardina lighthouse to the east and the Punta de Melenara lighthouse of Telde to the south.

The Palacete Rodríguez Quegles is a mansion, or small palace, in Las Palmas, capital of Gran Canaria island, in the Canary Islands of Spain. It was built around 1901 as an elaborate residence for a wealthy businessman, then in 1972 sold to the city of Las Palmas for use as a music conservatory. The restored building is now a cultural center.
