KH Tower

The Tradewinds Square Tower is a proposed megatall skyscraper located along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building is currently in planning stage with Tradewinds Corporation Berhad as the developer. It will stand at a height of 608 m (1,995 ft) and will have 150 floors. It was expected to be completed in 2022, but construction was halted in 2018.The whole integrated development was previously known as Tradewinds Centre, before being renamed to Tradewinds Square. The development will be built on the former Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel and Kompleks Antarabangsa site which were demolished in 2013. The company estimated that the RM6 billion ($1.37 billion USD) project would have taken seven years to complete, with construction expected to commence in early 2013. The development built up area is about 420,000 m2 (4,500,000 sq ft) which sits on a 7-acre freehold site between Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Perak. It will comprise Grade A corporate offices, serviced apartments, a 6-star hotel, and a retail podium.In 2016, the plot ratio for the development was increased to 16.

Vortex Towers, or Vortex Hotel Suites & Residences is a 58-storey, 235 m (771 ft) tall residential skyscraper located at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Construction of the skyscraper began in 2014 and was completed in 2016. The construction project was developed by Monoland Corporation, a Malaysian-based property developer that was previously involved in other skyscraper projects in Penang, notably 8 Gurney. The development consists of 248 apartment units.

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur (Chinese: 吉隆坡香格里拉大酒店) is a luxury hotel located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. The hotel has 662 rooms and suites. Construction was completed on 19 September 1984 with the opening held on 20 April 1985. The hotel was the third to open in the chain, following Shangri-La Hotel Singapore in April 1971 and Shangri-La Hotel Hangzhou in November 1984. It comprises 662 guestrooms and suites, all with panoramic views of the city or gardens. It was voted the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur by public vote at the Kuala Lumpur Mayor's Tourism Awards 2014.

The convention centre was the 2015 recipient of the AIPC innovation award.During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was used as a mass vaccination centre.

Permata Sapura Tower (or initially known as KLCC Lot 91, Malay: Menara Permata Sapura) is a skyscraper located at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The skyscraper has a height of 252.5 metres (828 feet) with 53 floors. The construction of the skyscraper was completed in 2020 and is currently among the tallest skyscrapers in Malaysia.Construction of the skyscraper was initially proposed in 2011, when Sapura Resources, a Malaysian property developer, announced a joint-venture with KLCC Property Holdings to develop a plot of land 7,605 m2 (81,860 sq ft) in area. The construction originally involves a complex of a 46-storey skyscraper, a convention centre and retail podiums on a plot of land known as Lot 91. 80 percent of the project was funded by Maybank, Public Bank Berhad and RHB Bank worth RM1.08 billion (US$258.2 million).Total floor area for the skyscraper is estimated at 110,072.73 m2 (1,184,813.0 sq ft).

Kuala Lumpur Tower, also known as KL Tower is a 15-story, 421-meter-tall telecommunication tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the world's 7th tallest tower, also, Malaysia and Southeast Asia's tallest tower. Its construction was completed on 1 March 1995. It features an antenna that increases its height to 421 metres (1,381 feet). The roof of the pod is at 335 metres (1,099 feet). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners with a panoramic view of the city. Races are held annually, where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower also acts as the Islamic falak observatory to observe the crescent moon which marks the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Syawal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha. The tower is the highest viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur that is open to the public.

Bukit Bintang (Malay [ˈbu.ket̚ ˈbin.taŋ]; stylised as Bintang Walk or Starhill, the latter being a translation of the Malay name) is the shopping and entertainment district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It encompasses Jalan Bukit Bintang (Bukit Bintang Road in English) and its immediate surrounding areas. The area has long been Kuala Lumpur's most prominent retail belt that is home to many landmark shopping centres, al-fresco cafés, bars, night markets, food street, mamak stalls as well as hawker-type eateries. This area is popular among tourists and locals, especially among the youths. In June 2021, the local municipal and authority, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), has created a Shibuya-style pedestrian crossing at the junction of Bukit Bintang, located in front of the iconic 'Mekdi' Bukit Bintang outlet, just below the KL Monorail Line. This is done to increase the walkability in the area.

Petronas Tower 3, also known as Carigali Tower, is a 60-story, 267-meter-tall skyscraper in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is Malaysia's eighth tallest building. It also features a 20 m (66 ft) crown on the top of the tower. The building features a 6-level extension to the Suria KLCC shopping mall, while the rest of the floors above are solely made up of office spaces. It is the headquarters of Petronas Carigali, the E&P subsidiary of Petronas and some of the local subsidiaries of Multinational Corporations such as Microsoft Malaysia. Along with the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and the Binjai On The Park condominiums, the development of Lot C falls under Phase 2 of the KLCC project. Its development cost is reported at RM1 billion.The Marini’s on 57 is located on the 57th floor of the building. It has a dedicated private lift that takes visitors directly to the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The Bukit Bintang MRT station, or otherwise due to sponsorship reasons, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur-Bukit Bintang MRT station (working name: Bukit Bintang Sentral station) is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) underground station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Construction started around 2012 and opened on 17 July 2017. It served as one of the stations on the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Kajang Line, formerly known as Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line. The station has 5 walkways and entrances that is connected to iconic buildings and malls in the Bukit Bintang locality, including Pavilion KL, Starhill Gallery and Fahrenheit 88 shopping malls. The main theme of the MRT station is Dynamic Pulse of Colour.This MRT station, despite its name, is not integrated and not to be confused with the separate Bukit Bintang Monorail station, which is serviced by the KL Monorail line instead. Paid zone-to-paid zone integration was once proposed but not constructed at the moment.

Fahrenheit 88 is a shopping centre in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Fahrenheit 88 building (previously known as KL Plaza) reopened in August 2010 after extensive renovation. Management and leasing of the shopping centre are handled by the same company that manages the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping centre.
