Permata Sapura Tower (or initially known as KLCC Lot 91, Malay: Menara Permata Sapura) is a skyscraper located at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The skyscraper has a height of 252.5 metres (828 feet) with 53 floors. The construction of the skyscraper was completed in 2020 and is currently among the tallest skyscrapers in Malaysia.Construction of the skyscraper was initially proposed in 2011, when Sapura Resources, a Malaysian property developer, announced a joint-venture with KLCC Property Holdings to develop a plot of land 7,605 m2 (81,860 sq ft) in area. The construction originally involves a complex of a 46-storey skyscraper, a convention centre and retail podiums on a plot of land known as Lot 91. 80 percent of the project was funded by Maybank, Public Bank Berhad and RHB Bank worth RM1.08 billion (US$258.2 million).Total floor area for the skyscraper is estimated at 110,072.73 m2 (1,184,813.0 sq ft).

ExxonMobil Tower (Malay: Menara ExxonMobil) is a skyscraper located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building currently is the headquarters of ExxonMobil Malaysia. The 126 m (413 ft), 30-storey tower is a rectangular shaped building, with a virtually column free interior. For aesthetics, the north and south elevations are set-back at level 5, while the north elevation facing the public park is further set-back at levels 22 and 26. The soft landscaping at Menara ExxonMobil also includes a semi-private garden which leads into the 20-hectare KLCC Park.

The Tradewinds Square Tower is a proposed megatall skyscraper located along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building is currently in planning stage with Tradewinds Corporation Berhad as the developer. It will stand at a height of 608 m (1,995 ft) and will have 150 floors. It was expected to be completed in 2022, but construction was halted in 2018.The whole integrated development was previously known as Tradewinds Centre, before being renamed to Tradewinds Square. The development will be built on the former Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel and Kompleks Antarabangsa site which were demolished in 2013. The company estimated that the RM6 billion ($1.37 billion USD) project would have taken seven years to complete, with construction expected to commence in early 2013. The development built up area is about 420,000 m2 (4,500,000 sq ft) which sits on a 7-acre freehold site between Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Perak. It will comprise Grade A corporate offices, serviced apartments, a 6-star hotel, and a retail podium.In 2016, the plot ratio for the development was increased to 16.

Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) is a multipurpose development area in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. KLCC refers to the area within and surrounding the KLCC Park but the term has also been widely used by buildings nearby to the vicinity. It is located around Jalan Ampang, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Binjai, Jalan Kia Peng and Jalan Pinang. There are also hotels within walking distance such as G Tower, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. Designed to be a city within a city, the 100-acre site hosts the tallest twin buildings in the world, a shopping mall, office buildings and several hotels. A public park and a mosque have also been built in the area and are open to everyone. Areas within KLCC is cooled via district cooling located on the property. The whole precinct was developed by KLCC Property Holdings Berhad (KLCCP) of the KLCC Group of Companies, a property investment arm of PETRONAS.

Petronas Tower 3, also known as Carigali Tower, is a 60-story, 267-meter-tall skyscraper in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is Malaysia's eighth tallest building. It also features a 20 m (66 ft) crown on the top of the tower. The building features a 6-level extension to the Suria KLCC shopping mall, while the rest of the floors above are solely made up of office spaces. It is the headquarters of Petronas Carigali, the E&P subsidiary of Petronas and some of the local subsidiaries of Multinational Corporations such as Microsoft Malaysia. Along with the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and the Binjai On The Park condominiums, the development of Lot C falls under Phase 2 of the KLCC project. Its development cost is reported at RM1 billion.The Marini’s on 57 is located on the 57th floor of the building. It has a dedicated private lift that takes visitors directly to the rooftop bar and restaurant.

It is a voluntary organisation with tax-exempt status.Since its founding in 1985, Badan Warisan Malaysia have been involved in building conservation projects throughout Malaysia including Suffolk House in Penang, Stadium Merdeka, Gedung Raja Abdullah and Masjid DiRaja Sultan Suleiman in Klang, Bangunan Sulaiman and Rumah Penghulu Abu Seman in Kuala Lumpur, No. 8 Heeren Street in Melaka's UNESCO World Heritage Site, Rumah Kutai in Kuala Kangsar, Istana Tunku Long in Kuala Terengganu and Istana Jahar in Kota Bahru. The secretariat for Badan Warisan Malaysia is located at No.2, Jalan Stonor in Kuala Lumpur, in a colonial bungalow which was restored and adapted in 1995 as a Heritage Centre with exhibition, seminar, and meeting facilities.Also located at No. 2 Jalan Stonor is the Chen Voon Fee Resource Centre (CVFRC). This is a closed-access specialised library and information centre which houses a collection of documents, books, periodicals, articles, measured drawings, slides, newspaper cuttings and photographs covering a range of topics from architecture, heritage sites, history and culture and legislation related to heritage in Malaysia and the region. The CVFRC is open to the public and supported by the Chen Voon Fee Charitable Trust Fund. The Petronas Philharmonic Hall (Malay: Dewan Filharmonik Petronas) is Malaysia's first concert hall built specifically for classical music. It is the home of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO), and has hosted many of the world's leading orchestras such as New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, BBC Symphony and Vienna Symphony.The concert hall was designed by Cesar Pelli based on the inspiration from the traditional shoebox shape of the 19th century European classical music halls. It has the capacity to accommodate for 920 seats which includes box seats, corporate suites and a royal suite. The stage floor is designed for flexibility, has an approximate area of 297m2, and can be extended to 369m2. The orchestra pit was designed to accommodate up to 45 musicians but can accommodate more with the existing stage extension.

Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, also known as FSP KLCC Tower and Four Seasons KLCC is a 74-story, 343-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia. It is Malaysia's fourth tallest building. It features a 23 m (75 ft) high crown made out of steel at the top of the tower, making the tower reaches the height of 343 m (1,125 ft). It is located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building was developed by Ipoh-born Singapore tycoon, Ong Beng Seng, partnering Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir and the Sultan of Selangor under Venus Assets Sdn Bhd. It is currently the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia, the fourth tallest in the world, and the fourth tallest building in Malaysia.

Maxis Tower (Malay: Menara Maxis) is a 49-storey, 212 m (696 ft) office skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The tower serves as headquarters of Maxis Communications and Tanjong Plc Group of Companies. Maxis Tower was developed by KLCC Properties Holdings Berhad (KLCCP) under Phase 1 of the KLCC project. The building is owned by Impian Klasik Sdn Bhd, in which Tanjong holds a 67% stake and KLCCP holds a 33% stake. Maxis Tower is situated in the northwest corner of the KLCC development, adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers. As with its neighbouring twin towers, Maxis Tower features an aluminium and glass cladding facade.

8 Conlay is a mixed-use commercial and residential complex at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The complex is composed of two structures: Kempinski Hotel and Residences, a supertall skyscraper with a height of 308 m (1,010 ft) and 72 storeys, and YOO8 Residences, a twin-skyscraper sub-complex with a 277 m (909 ft) and a 260 m (850 ft) tall skyscraper. All three structures are managed by Kempinski Hotels SA.Construction of the complex commenced on 2015. YOO8 Residences A topped out on 2021. Construction of the complex is expected to be complete by 2022.
