Fire Station No. 2 is a fire station located at 2701 S Tacoma Avenue in Tacoma, Washington. The Art Deco building was designed by architect Salas E. Nelson and built by Knoell Brothers in 1907. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 2, 1986 as part of the thematic resource, "Historic Fire Stations of Tacoma, Washington".

South 25th Street station is a light rail station on the Link's T Line in Tacoma, Washington, United States. The station officially opened for service on August 22, 2003, is located at the edge of downtown, and it serves several area parking garages, allowing commuters to ride for free to nearby destinations.The station consists of a single side platform on the south side of the street, and facilitates transfers to buses on Pacific Avenue. It is located near the Brewery District. Artwork at this station consists mainly of large fishing lures on the roof of the station platform that move in the wind. This is to reflect the fishing lure manufacture that used to take place in the area.

Lincoln High School is a historic high school located in the south central sector of Tacoma, Washington, adjacent to Lincoln Park. Part of Tacoma Public Schools, it was named for Abraham Lincoln, the sixteenth President of the United States. The school was founded in 1913 and built according to an architectural design by Frederick Heath. It celebrated its Centennial Jubilee in 2014.

Don Pugnetti Park is a 0.5-acre (0.20 ha) public park in Tacoma, Washington, in the United States. Located at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and South 21st Street in downtown Tacoma, the park is named after Donald A. Pugnetti and is owned by the Washington State Department of Transportation. It has landscaping and seating, and is maintained by the City of Tacoma.The park has been the site of an Occupy Wall Street encampment (2011 to 2012) and other demonstrations. In 2020, protesters gathered there to protest the murder of George Floyd.

The East 34th Street Bridge is a concrete open-spandrel bridge in Tacoma, Washington. The bridge was built in 1937 to replace a wood bridge that had previously spanned the gulch. The bridge is constructed of two rib arches, that are supported by 24-foot (7 m) support legs, with spandrel columns between the arches and the bridge's 485-foot (148 m) deck. The concrete railings on the deck are adorned with urn-shaped lampposts.The bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The station officially opened for service on August 22, 2003, and serves the University of Washington, Tacoma, a variety of museums, government buildings, and apartment complexes.The station is named after the nearby and much larger Tacoma Union Station, which now serves as a courthouse. It is located near the University of Washington, Tacoma campus, Museum of Glass, Washington State History Museum, and Tacoma Art Museum. Union Station also serves as the main entryway to the Tall Ships Festival on the nearby Thea Foss Waterway.Artwork at the station reflects the area's American Indian culture, and the manufacturing and shipbuilding that took place in the vicinity (including in many of the buildings used by UW Tacoma). The Washington State History Museum is a history museum located in downtown Tacoma, Washington, United States. It is operated by the Washington State Historical Society under the official approval of the Washington State Legislature. The museum opened on August 10, 1996, at a building adjacent to historic Union Station that cost $42 million to construct.The museum maintains three permanent exhibits. One is about the history of Washington state and its relation to the Pacific Northwest, featuring artifacts from women's suffrage, industrialization, Native American tribes and items such as Clovis points. The uppermost floor of the museum contains the History Lab, where visitors can explore and learn about history in a more hands-on fashion with multiple interactive exhibits. The top floor is also home to the state's largest permanent model train layout, which covers 1,700 sq ft (160 m2) and recreates scenes from Tacoma's Union Station (which is located next to the museum) and other regional railroads. The museum hosts an annual Model Train Festival in December.
