Muban Setthakit (Thai: หมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจ) is a housing estate in the area of Bang Khae Nuea Subdistrict, Bang Khae District, Bangkok, regarded as one of the largest and oldest housing estates and communities in the Thonburi side (area on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok). The housing estate was established in late 1960 at the same time as founding of nearby Assumption College Thonburi. They were built on the land of Thangai Suwannathat, Democrat MP for Thonburi Province and real estate investor. He donated his family's land to build a school and divided the land into blocks to build housing for low-income people, hence the name "Setthakit" in Thai, meaning 'economy'. It is the first housing estate in Thailand. Muban Setthakit in the 1960s was regarded as a recreation place for people in the suburbs of Thonburi, because in addition to being a residence was also developed into a large lake that can go pedal boat cycling. Replica of the ancient towns was also built to serve as a filming location for movies. They are named after different towns in the Nanzhao Realm were Nakhon Lung and Nakhon Pa, thus making this place a tourist destination by default. Suwannathat named them "Bangkok Noi Recreation Centre". Nowadays, the lake still has some left (some have been reclaimed to make roads and traffic circles), but the replica ancient towns are no more. They had become a wasteland and the spirit house, only the stories remain. Nakhon Lung Road, a narrow street in the form of soi (alley) was named after the town's replica. Traveling to Muban Setthakit in the pre-1973, there was only one bus route that arrived, namely line 41 (Muban Setthakit–Sanam Luang). But after the Phra Pinklao Bridge was opened that connects the Bangkok core and the Thonburi side, the bus arrive here have been changed to line 91 (Muban Setthakit–Sanam Luang) until the present. In the 2011 flooding, Muban Setthakit were one of the most severely affected areas.

Nong Khang Phlu (Thai: หนองค้างพลู, pronounced [nɔ̌ːŋ kʰáːŋ pʰlūː]) is a khwaeng (subdistrict) of Nong Khaem District, in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2020, it had a total population of 75,725 people.

Thonburi Market (Thai: ตลาดธนบุรี, RTGS: Talat Thon Buri, pronounced [tā.làːt tʰōn bū.rīː]), also informally and colloquially known as Sanam Luang Song (สนามหลวง 2, pronounced [sā.nǎːm lǔa̯ŋ sɔ̌ːŋ]), is a market in Thailand. Located at 195/1, Mu 1 Thawi Watthana Road (formerly named Liap Khlong Thawi Wattana Road), Thawi Watthana Subdistrict, Thawi Watthana District, Bangkok 10170. It's the largest market in Thonburi side.

Bang Khae Nuea (Thai: บางแคเหนือ, pronounced [bāːŋ kʰɛ̄ː nɯ̌a̯]; lit: "north Bang Khae") is a khwaeng (sub-district) of Bang Khae District, Bangkok.

Thonburi Stadium (Thai: สนามกีฬาธนบุรี) is a multi-purpose stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Thonburi United The stadium holds 1,500 people.

Lak Song station (Thai: สถานีหลักสอง, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː làk sɔ̌ːŋ]; code BL38) is an elevated MRT Blue Line station opened on 21 September 2019. Station served as a western terminus of the line. The station is located on Phet–Kanchana Junction where Phet Kasem Road intersects Kanchanaphisek Road.

Thonburi University, previously named Thonburi College of Technology is located at 248 Phetkasem 110 Nongkhaengphlu, Nong Khaem District, Bangkok, Thailand. It was founded in 1998 in memory of Supachai Yamchuti, the founder of Mubankru Technological College. Mubankru Technological College was established in 1969 for offering a Diploma in Vocational Education (Por-Wor-Sor) program and is located on the same street as Thonburi University. The organisation structure body and the administration system of Thonburi University and Mubankru School were coordinated within a short period of time. Mubankru School of Technology became a prominent school then Ajarn Supachai Yamchuti wished to extend the educational branches of Mubankru. Gradually a branch of Mubankru was established in Lamphun Province in the northern part of Thailand. Ajarn Supachai aimed to further establish the foundation for higher education. With this aim in mind, Thonburi University was set up, with the main objective of imparting higher educational degree programs. Now the University has bachelor's degree Programs as well as master's degree Programs.The bachelor's degree Programs consists of the courses such as electrical, mechanical, industrial, business administration, business computer, information technology, management and accounting. The dream of the founder and organizer of Thonburi College of Technology was realized when the college was accepted as a fulfilled University on January 16, 2007. It offers master's degree program in Business Administration (MBA) in Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O), Industrial Management (I.M) and Marketing Management (M.M.).

Bang Chueak Nang (Thai: บางเชือกหนัง, pronounced [bāːŋ t͡ɕʰɯ̂a̯k nǎŋ]) is one of the six khwaengs (subdistricts) of Taling Chan District in Bangkok's Thonburi side. The subdistrict contained 12 administrative villages.

High Performance Training Center (Thai: ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพกีฬาฟุตบอล), is the Football Association of Thailand national football centre based in Bangkokthonburi University, Thawi Watthana, Bangkok, Thailand. It was launched by the Football Association of Thailand on 4 April 2017 with the aim of developing Thailand's most promising young footballers. The goal for Football Association of Thailand is to create an ideal football player from the youth level to gain and understanding of how to play in the truth way, have the mind, knowledge, physical basis, the ability in high standard. Football Association of Thailand significant partnerships with three partner organizations include Ekkono Method Soccer Services, Bangkokthonburi University and Police General Hospital to take charge of the technique and create the concept of playing football in the style of Thailand's Way to the youth footballer along with sending coaches to oversee the four youth teams (U14, U16, U19 and U21).The center was officially opened by Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA and Salman Bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, president of AFC on 28 November 2017.

Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market (Thai: ตลาดน้ำคลองลัดมะยม, pronounced [tā.làːt náːm kʰlɔ̄ːŋ lát mā.jōm]) is a floating market of Taling Chan District, Bangkok apart from Taling Chan and Wat Saphan Floating Markets. It is located on Bang Ramat Rd, Bang Ramat Subdistrict, Taling Chan District in Thonburi side, the market founded by Chuan Chuchan, a local farmer with the development of plantations and communities of villagers into new market and attraction since November 2004.Highlights of this market were variety of Thai food such as grilled seafood, kai yang (Thai grilled chicken), som tam (papaya spicy sour salad), larb (Lao meat salad), pork satay, barbeque pork ribs and Thai sweets which many are rare dishes namely khanom khai pla (fish roe sweet), khanom ko (southern Thai sweet), khanom nim nuan (Rayong local sweet), etc. by customers who sit at low tables all along the khlong (canal). In addition to food this market is also divided into six zones, selling many types of interesting goods, including clothes, handicrafts, local products, antiques, kid toys, home decorations, ornamental plants, fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fish spa therapy. Moreover, visitors can take a boat from here to connect to the other two floating markets of Taling Chan, with can see the scenery on both sides of the khlong as well.Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market is operated only on Saturdays–Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Can be reached in addition to boating along the khlong, also take a songthaew (Thai-style minibus) from Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital for an eight baht fare.

Khlong Khwang (Thai: คลองขวาง, pronounced [kʰlɔ̄ːŋ kʰwǎːŋ]) is a khwaeng (sub-district) of Phasi Charoen District, Thonburi side of Bangkok.

Nong Khaem (Thai: หนองแขม, pronounced [nɔ̌ːŋ kʰɛ̌ːm]) is one of the 50 districts (khet) of Bangkok, Thailand. The district is bounded by other Bangkok districts (from north clockwise): Thawi Watthana, Bang Khae, Bang Bon of Bangkok, Krathum Baen of Samut Sakhon province, Sam Phran and Phutthamonthon of Nakhon Pathom province. Nong Khaem is Bangkok's westernmost district.
