Green Mountain (King County, Washington)

Mount Teneriffe is a mountain located in King County of Washington state. The mountain is 1,459 meters high and is located at the western edge of the Cascade Range on land managed by Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Its nearest higher peak is Green Mountain, 1.18 miles (1.90 km) to the northeast. The mountain takes its name from the island of Tenerife in Spain.

Moolock Mountain is a 4,965-foot-elevation (1,513-meter) summit located in King County of Washington state. It is situated at the western edge of the Cascade Range, on land managed by Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Moolock Mountain is more notable for its large, steep rise above local terrain than for its absolute elevation. The nearest higher neighbor is line parent Bessemer Mountain, 1.8 mi (2.9 km) to the northeast, and Green Mountain is 2.5 miles to the southwest. Precipitation runoff from this mountain drains into tributaries of the North and Middle Forks of the Snoqualmie River. This unofficially named peak rises immediately southeast above Lake Moolock, which is officially named. Moolock, or moolack, is a Chinook Jargon word meaning "elk."

Fantastic Falls is a waterfall on the North fork of the Snoqualmie River in the U.S. state of Washington. At 35 feet (11 m), is the largest of several small (none taller than 10 feet (3.0 m)) waterfalls in the Ernie's Grove area.

Mailbox Peak is a 4,841-foot-elevation (1,476 m) mountain located in King County of Washington state. It is set west of the crest of the Cascade Range, on land managed by Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Mailbox Peak is situated seven miles east of North Bend, and one mile northeast above the Washington State Fire Training Academy. Precipitation runoff from the south side of the mountain drains into the South Fork Snoqualmie River, whereas the north side drains to the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie. The summit lies along a ridge containing Dirtybox Peak, its topographical parent, and Dirty Harry's Peak. Topographic relief is significant as the northwest aspect rises nearly 4,100 feet (1,200 meters) above the Middle Fork in 1.25 mile. The popular Mailbox Peak Trail gains 4,100 feet of elevation over 5.5 miles. Prior to 2014 when the new trail was completed, climbing Mailbox Peak involved 4,000 feet gain in only 2.6 miles along an unmaintained route that was used for conditioning for major climbs, and recruits from the Fire Training Academy would celebrate graduation by carrying a fire hydrant to the summit. The peak is named for a mailbox at the top which functions as the summit register, but this toponym has not been officially adopted by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names.

The Washington State Fire Training Academy is a firefighting training center near North Bend, Washington, United States. It is operated by the Washington State Patrol and includes classrooms, dormitories, and several simulation centers. The facility opened in 1984.

Mount Si (pronounced ; Lushootseed: q̓əlbc, CULB-ts) is a mountain in the northwest United States, east of Seattle, Washington. It lies on the western margin of the Cascade Range just above the coastal plains around Puget Sound, and towers over the nearby town of North Bend. Mount Si and neighboring mountain Little Si were named after local homesteader Josiah "Uncle Si" Merritt. The mountain became nationally familiar in the early 1990s with the television series Twin Peaks, which was filmed in North Bend. Only about a 45-minute drive from Seattle, the mountain is a favorite outdoor destination for residents of Puget Sound. Between 80,000 and 100,000 hikers visit the mountain annually. The land is owned by the state of Washington and has been designated a Natural Resources Conservation Area.The four-mile-long (6.5 km) Mount Si trail vertically climbs 3,500 feet (1,070 m) to the summit ridge. Its summit is reached by an exposed scramble, class 3, up the north side of the summit block, which is known as the "Haystack".The peak can be accessed by two trails. The Old Mount Si trail is accessed by the Little Si parking lot and the Boulder Garden Loop. It is 0.6 miles (0.97 km) shorter, 270 feet (82 m) steeper in elevation gain, and less crowded than the main trail. The Mount Si trail is accessed by the Mount Si parking lot.

Bessemer Mountain is more notable for its large, steep rise above local terrain than for its absolute elevation. Topographic relief is significant as the south aspect rises over 4,200 feet (1,300 meters) above Middle Fork Snoqualmie River in two miles. Precipitation runoff from this mountain drains into tributaries of the Snoqualmie River.

Camp North Bend, also known as Camp Waskowitz, is a 9+1⁄2 acre complex of wood-frame buildings. Constructed by and for the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in 1935, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. It is the only intact example of CCC work camp design and construction in King County, Washington. The site is now used by Highline School District for an outdoor school program focused on environmental education.

Precipitation runoff from Little Comrade drains into tributaries of the Snoqualmie River.

Olallie State Park is a public recreation area featuring multiple waterfalls located five miles (8.0 km) southeast of North Bend, Washington. The state park spans a 3.5-mile (5.6 km) stretch along the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. The most prominent feature of the park is 135-foot-high (41 m) Twin Falls.

Riverpoint is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in east King County, Washington, United States. As of the 2020 census, it had a population of 774. At the 2010 census, the area was listed as the Tanner CDP and had a population of 1,018 over a larger area.In 2010, the Tanner CDP ranked 46th out of 522 communities in the state of Washington for per capita income.
