Lifehouse International Church is a Pentecostal church part of the Australian Christian Churches and ARC Churches, mainly in Asia. It has churches located in Tokyo, Tachikawa, Yokohama, Atsugi, Yokosuka, Osaka, Kobe, Sendai, Sapporo Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Bali, Hong Kong, Taipei, Honolulu, and more The Churches senior pastors, Rod and Viv Plummer, began the church in 2002 in Tokyo with a team of 10 Australians and one Japanese couple.The Church's latest album "No Limit" reached number 1 in the iTunes "Gospel" category in Japan.

The Tōgō Shrine (東郷神社 Tōgō-jinja) was established in 1940 and dedicated to Gensui (or 'Marshal-Admiral') the Marquis Tōgō Heihachirō shortly after his death. This shrine was destroyed by the Bombing of Tokyo, but was rebuilt in 1964. It is located in Harajuku, Tokyo, Japan. There, the Marquis Tōgō Heihachirō is celebrated as a shinto kami. A small museum and a bookshop dedicated to the Marquis Tōgō are located within the grounds of the shrine. The shrine is located near the intersection of Takeshita Street and Meiji Avenue and is accessible from Harajuku Station. The physical remains of the Gensui (or Grand Admiral) himself are interred at Tama Cemetery in Tokyo. According to The Telegraph, the Tōgō Shrine took possession in 2005 of Admiral Tōgō's original battle flag raised at the Battle of Tsushima; the flag had been in Britain since 1911.

Ura-Harajuku (裏原宿) is a district in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Ura-Harajuku, or Ura-Hara, is the common name given to the network of smaller Harajuku backstreets spreading perpendicular to Omotesando, corresponding on official maps of Shibuya ward as Jingūmae 3 chōme and 4 chōme. Ura-Harajuku contrasts with the main vehicle thoroughfares and retail offerings of Harajuku being mostly pedestrianized and showcasing smaller independent shops and dining options. Cat Street, following the course of the main Shibuya River tributary, is the principal route through this district spreading from Sendagaya in the north towards Shibuya in the south.

Located directly across from the exit of JR East's Harajuku Station, Takeshita Street is very popular with young teenagers, particularly those visiting Tokyo on school trips, or local young people shopping for small "cute" goods at weekends.

Esaki was a former Michelin 3-star sushi restaurant located in the Hills Aoyama building in Shibuya. It is owned and operated by sushi chef Shintaro Esaki. Since September 2018, it has relocated near Southern Yatsugatake Volcanic Group and away from Tokyo.

Athleta is a Brazilian-origin Japanese sports equipment brand focused on association football products. The firm manufactures and supplies kit uniforms, balls, and boots. The Watari Museum of Contemporary Art (ワタリウム美術館), commonly referred to as Watari-um, is a museum of contemporary art located in Shibuya, Tokyo. Founded by Shizuko Watari and opened in 1990, the museum is near Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. The institution promotes conceptual art and other non-commercial artists in Japan. It began as a commercial venue known as the Galerie Watari, which showcased a range of artists such as Sol LeWitt and Nam June Paik, as well as famous pop artists Andy Warhol and Keith Haring.The Watari-um became noted for its exhibitions of international and Japanese artists, while also reflecting on the position of Japanese art in the international context. The museum also organizes lectures, learning workshops for children, and small project room exhibitions.
