Riešė

Didžioji Riešė (Lithuanian pronunciation: [dʲɪ'd͡ʒʲɪoːjɪ rʲɪe'ʃʲeː]) is a village and administrative centre of Riešė eldership, Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. It is located only about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) north-west of Vilnius city municipality, on the road Vilnius–Molėtai. At the 2011 census, the village had a population of 2,520. That was an increase from the 2001 census which recorded the population of 1,142.

Bendoriai is an old village in Avižieniai Eldership, Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. It is located just north of Vilnius, on the old road Vilnius–Ukmergė, intergrown with Klevinė. At the 2021 census, the village had a population of 943, an increase compared to 2011 census, when 764 inhabitants were counted. That was 345% increase compared to 1989 census which recorded the population of 212 inhabitants. The only in Lithuania wooden memorial for Soviet soldiers is situated in Bendoriai. There is a horse farm in the village. Bendoriai belongs to the suburban belt of Vilnius, which faces unprecedented growth during the last 20 years. New houses are being built in the village for newcomer residents from Vilnius. Vilnius city bus number 87 connects the area with the capital city.

Kalinas (Polish: Kalin) is a village in Vilnius District Municipality, Riešė Eldership. It is located 2 kilometers northeast of Didžioji Riešė, by the Riešė river.

Raudondvaris is a village in Vilnius District Municipality, in Riešė Eldership. It is situated 15 kilometers north of Vilnius, near Lake Raudondvaris. The village houses an 18th/19th-century manor treasury, tower and park.

Klevinė is a village in Avižieniai Eldership, Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. It is located just north of Vilnius, on the old road Vilnius–Ukmergė, intergrown with Bendoriai. At the 2021 census, the village had a population of 931, an increase, compared to 2011 census, which recorded 426 inhabitants. That was an increase from the 2001 census which recorded the population of only 14. This means, that in 20 years, the number of population of Klevinė grew 6650% or on average – 333% a year. Klevinė belongs to the suburban belt of Vilnius, which faces unprecedented growth during the last two decades. Rows of semi-detached houses as well as stand-alone houses are being built in the village for newcomer residents from Vilnius.

Bukiškis (or Bukiškės) is a village in Avižieniai Eldership, Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. According to the 2021 census, it had population of 1,154, an increase from 922, recorded by 2011 census and from 822 in 2001, 930 in 1989.

Neris Regional Park was established in 1992 and covers about 10,000 hectares in Lithuania. Its territory lies within the Vilnius district municipality, the Trakai district municipality, and the Elektrėnai municipality. Portions of the park are privately owned. 87% of the territory is covered in forests. The park is divided into zones, including 11 restricted nature reserves and a cultural reserve. The most heavily wooded of Lithuania's regional parks, it includes one of the largest and oldest surviving stands of oak trees in the country.

Avižieniai [avʲɪ'ʒʲɪenʲɪai] is a village in Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania, 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) west of the A2 Vilnius-Panevėžys highway. The village had a population of 2,125 as of 2011, which grew to 2,318 inhabitants in 2021 (according to the national census results) and is a centre of Avižieniai Eldership. During the Soviet period, a gardening farm (specialized kolkhoz) was formed in Avižieniai, which territorially also covered what is now Fabijoniškės and Pašilaičiai microdistricts in Vilnius. Avižieniai is famous for its manufacturing: motor vehicle bus manufacturer – ALTAS komercinis transportas with more than 200 employees, smaller steel furniture factory and other industry.

Jeruzalė ("Jerusalem" in Lithuanian) is a neighborhood of Vilnius under the administration of the Verkiai eldersip (lt:Verkių seniūnija). It is located just north of the Vilnius city center, neighboring with Santariškės, Verkiai, Baltupiai, and Visoriai,approximately bordered by the Mokslininkų ("Scientists") street in the north, Iron Wolf street in the west, Ateities street in the south, and the Jeruzalė street in the east.
