Leconfield House is a building in Mayfair, London. It was the headquarters of the Security Service (MI5) from 1945 to 1976.

Chesterfield House was a grand London townhouse built between 1747 and 1752 by Philip Stanhope, 4th Earl of Chesterfield (1694–1773), statesman and man of letters. The exterior was in the Palladian style, the interior Baroque. It stood in Mayfair on the north side of Curzon Street, between South Audley Street and what is now Chesterfield Street. It was demolished in 1937 and on its site now stands an eponymous block of flats. The French travel writer Pierre-Jean Grosley in his 1770 book Londres (translated as Tour to London) considered the house to be equal to the hotel particuliers of the nobility in Paris.

Crockfords (also known as Crockfords Club or Crockfords Casino) is a casino in London located on Curzon Street. The casino is located near and based on the former gentlemen's club in London called Crockford's. In September 1999, Kerry Packer reportedly lost £11 million ($16.5 million) at Crockfords overtaking the previous British record loss at the time of £8 million by Greek millionaire Frank Saracakis, which also occurred at Crockfords.In 2012, poker player Phil Ivey, won £7.7 million after beating the casino in a session of punto banco baccarat, but was refused payment due to allegations of edge sorting. Ivey admitted to edge sorting, considering it a legitimate strategy and later sued the casino, but the court ruled in favor of Crockfords, stating Ivey was "cheating under civil law". Ivey appealed this ruling, but lost his appeal in October 2017 in the UK Supreme Court.

The Embassy of Qatar at 1 South Audley Street in Mayfair, London is the diplomatic mission of Qatar in the United Kingdom. The embassy is housed in a Grade II listed three storey house designed by the architect Frederick Pepys Cockerell and completed after his death by George Aitchison.The exterior of the house is richly decorated with a terracotta frieze depicting putti.Qatar also maintains a Cultural and Military Section at 21 Hertford Street, Mayfair and a Health Section at 30 Collingham Gardens, South Kensington.In 2013 there was a protest outside the embassy against the alleged mistreatment of migrant workers in Qatar.

Galvin at Windows is a restaurant located on the top floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane restaurant. Launched in May 2006 by Chef Patron Chris Galvin as the second restaurant from the Galvin Brothers, the restaurant was awarded its Michelin Star in 2007 and maintained it until 2020 when they lost the single star.The restaurant offers seasonally inspired modern French haute cuisine with regularly changing menus which take in a wide range on influences, not least Head Chef Joo Won's Korean heritage, while retaining its focus on classical French techniques. It also offers traditional Sunday lunches and hosts regular wine dinners and tastings which draw on global cuisines and bring experts in the field to the restaurant on a regular basis. The senior team at Galvin at Windows remained consistent from launch to December 2019, a remarkable feat for a London restaurant. Original General Manager Fred Sirieix - who is also a writer, broadcaster and charity activist - left in December 2019. Head Chef Joo still leads the kitchen. The bar at Galvin at Windows offers a wide range of premium wines, spirits and classic cocktails while also having a seasonally changing menu of special drinks and a light, more relaxed food menu. The restaurant is known for its panoramic views onto Hyde Park facing west and across central London to the north and south, while the bar looks across central London to the north, east and south.

Londonderry House was an aristocratic townhouse situated on Park Lane in the Mayfair district of London, England. The mansion served as the London residence of the Marquesses of Londonderry. It remained their home until 1962. In that year Londonderry House was sold by the Trustees of the 7th Marquess of Londonderry's Will Trusts to a developer who built the "Londonderry Hotel" on the site, not (as is sometimes, erroneously, stated) the Hilton. The Hilton Hotel is on the other side of the street, and had already been opened. COMO Metropolitan London now occupies the site of Londonderry House.

In 1880, the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers was established at 38 Hertford Street, as the Society of Painter-Etchers, for the promotion of original etching as a creative art form. This building was later the London studios of Radio Luxembourg, from 1952 until 1990. The University Women's Club, originally the University Club for Ladies, is a British private members club founded in 1883. As the popular gentlemen's clubs did not accept any women as members, its creation was intended to provide an equivalent club accessible to women. By its own definition, it is a club for "graduate and professional women of varied backgrounds and interests". Members include lawyers, scientists, writers and musicians, as well as businesswomen. The club house is located at 2 Audley Square, on South Audley Street, Mayfair, London.

On 5 September 1975 a bomb exploded in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, London, killing two people and injuring 63.
