Sava City or Savograd (Serbian: Савоград) is a commercial and residential complex in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. With the neighboring architectural landmarks, it forms the first elite residential-business area in the city.

Sava Centar (Serbian: Сава центар) is an international congress, cultural and business centre of various multi-functional activities located in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is the largest audience hall in the country and entire former Yugoslavia and one of the biggest in Europe. It has been host to numerous large-scale events and performances. In April 2021, the building was declared a cultural monument.

Hyatt Regency Belgrade is a modern 5-star hotel located in New Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia. It is part of international hotel group Hyatt Regency. Located across the street from Ušće Tower and Ušće Shopping Center, it is close to both the city centre and Sava Center, and fifteen minutes from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.

The Ušće Towers (Serbian Cyrillic: Пословни центар Ушће, romanized: Poslovni centar Ušće) are two 25-story mixed-use skyscrapers located at Mihajlo Pupin Boulevard in the New Belgrade municipality of Belgrade, Serbia. The first tower, 98 meters tall, was the tallest building in Serbia until 1979 and construction of Genex Tower, and the second-tallest freestanding structure, after the Avala Tower. Construction of the second tower, designed as a twin of the first, began in 2018 and it was opened in June 2020. Built in 1964, the first Ušće Tower glass building overlooks the confluence (ušće in Serbo-Croatian) of Danube and Sava rivers from the New Belgrade side. It was originally used as the headquarters of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, which broke apart in 1990. Ušće was frequently leased out to commercial interests until 21 April 1999, when it was severely damaged by successive NATO air-strikes as part of the 1999 NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. Beginning in 2003, the tower was reconstructed, including a 2-floor increase (103,9m / 340,9 ft in total) in height, with the addition of a 26m antenna, which in strict architectural terms does not count as structural height, however, in structural height would actually be 103,9 m. The reconstructed tower is now being rented out to tenants.

Park Republika Srpska (Serbian Cyrillic: Парк Република Српска) is a park in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in the municipality of New Belgrade.

Old Railroad Bridge (Serbian: Стари железнички мост, romanized: Stari železnički most) is a bridge over the Sava river in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It was the first railway bridge in Belgrade and today is one of two across the Sava, and three in general. It is not operational since the summer of 2018.

Ušće (Serbian Cyrillic: Ушће; pronounced [ûːʃt͡ɕe]) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Novi Beograd. Ušće is located on the mouth of the Sava river into the Danube, thus the name (ušće is Serbian for confluence). It occupies Novi Beograd's Blocks 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on the Sava's left and the Danube's right bank, covering a tip of land that overlooks the islands of Little War Island and Great War Island to the north and the old core of Belgrade, the fortress of Kalemegdan to the west. Ušće borders the neighborhoods of Staro Sajmište and Savograd on the south. As a compact grassy and forested area it stretches along the bank of the Danube into the Block 10, to the Zemun municipality and the Hotel Jugoslavija and the ENJUB shopping mall. Spanning over 0.52 square kilometres (0.20 sq mi), Park Ušće is the largest official park area in Belgrade.

Victoria Group (Serbian Cyrillic: Викторија Група) is a Serbian holding company with the headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia. It is a majority owner by Netherlands-based ADM Europe. Victoria Group has a total of 15 companies within its holding, which performs a variety of services, mainly agribusiness and wholesale.

New Railway Bridge (Serbian: Нови железнички мост, romanized: Novi železnički most) is a cable-stayed bridge over the Sava river in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Opened in 1979, it was the second railway bridge over the Sava in Belgrade after the Old Railway Bridge in 1884, and fifth in the row of six bridges which span the river in the urban section of the city. It was the first railway bridge in Europe to use cable-stayed girder system, as this type of bridges was used only for the motorways until that point.

Staro Sajmište (Serbian Cyrillic: Старо Сајмиште, romanized: Old Fairground) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of New Belgrade, and it was the site of the World War II Sajmište concentration camp from 1941 to 1944, when the area was under control of the Nazi puppet state Independent State of Croatia.

The Škoda Tower (Serbian: Шкодин торањ / Škodin toranj) was a steel construction for exhibition parachuting within the Sajmište complex in Belgrade, the capital of Kingdom of Yugoslavia (today Serbia). During its existence from June 1938 to November 1945, it was the tallest structure in Belgrade with the height of 74 metres (243 ft), and was advertised as the tallest facility of its kind in both Europe and the world. It took almost 30 years before another structure in Belgrade surpassed this height, until the 101 metres (331 ft) tall Beograđanka building was completed in 1974.
