The Belgrade Fair (Serbian: Београдски сајам, romanized: Beogradski sajam) is a large complex of three large domes and a dozen of smaller halls which is the location of the major trade fairs in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. It is located in the municipality of Savski Venac, on the right bank of the Sava river. One of the most recognizable landmarks of Belgrade, it is colloquially referred to only as Sajam.

Old Railroad Bridge (Serbian: Стари железнички мост, romanized: Stari železnički most) is a bridge over the Sava river in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It was the first railway bridge in Belgrade and today is one of two across the Sava, and three in general. It is not operational since the summer of 2018.

The Belgrade Fair – Hall 1, is Belgrade Fair's largest exhibition space. The hall opened to the public in 1957. It was the world's largest dome between 1957 and 1965 and is Europe's largest dome.

FEFA (Serbian: ФЕФА / FEFA), officially Metropolitan University - FEFA (Serbian: Универзитет Метрополитан - ФЕФА / Univerzitet Metropolitan - FEFA), formerly known as Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration as a part of Singidunum University is a faculty in Novi Beograd, Belgrade, Serbia. It has been founded in 2001, and while de facto remaining independent, it was initially a member of Singidunum University and now is a member of the Metropolitan University. This higher education institution received its accreditation certificate in 2008, as first economics and management school in the country to do so under rules established by new Law on Higher Education, renewing these certificates in 2014 and 2017.

The Mokroluški Creek (Serbian: Мокролушки поток / Mokroluški potok, "Mokri Lug Creek") is a stream in north-central Serbia, which forms a 15-kilometre-long (9 mi) former right tributary to the Sava river. During its entire course, it runs through the urban section of Belgrade. It is one of the 40 rivers, streams and creeks that flow or used to flow through Belgrade, but the majority of them are conducted underground into the city sewage system which is also the case with Mokroluški potok.

Senjak (Serbian Cyrillic: Сењак, pronounced [sêɲaːk]) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. Located in Savski Venac, one of the three municipalities that constitute the very center of the city, it is an affluent neighborhood containing embassies, diplomatic residences, and mansions. Senjak is generally considered one of the wealthiest parts of Belgrade.

Topčidersko Brdo (Serbian Cyrillic: Топчидерско Брдо; pronounced [tǒp.tʃi.der.skoː br̩̂.do]) is an urban neighborhood and former municipality of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Savski Venac.

The house of King Petar I Karađorđević is located in Belgrade, on the territory of the city municipality of Savski venac. When King Petar I Karađorđević after five years returned from the First World War, in 1919, the old court was destroyed in war, so it was important to find the house in which the king was supposed to live. The merchant Đorđe Pavlović's was chosen, and in that house King Petar I spent the last two years of his life. King Petar I moved into that house on Senjak, on 24 September 1919, and lived in it until 16 August 1921. He died in this house. This house represents the immovable cultural property as the cultural monument.

Crowne Plaza Belgrade is a four-star hotel located in New Belgrade, Serbia. With its 387 rooms and 29 suites, it is the biggest hotel in the city in terms of capacity. Opened in 1979 after being built with state funds provided through the Generaleksport (Genex) foreign trade company led at the time by the state-appointed CEO Miki Savićević, the hotel originally operated as Hotel Beograd InterContinental, part of the InterContinental chain. As Genex fell on hard times throughout the 1990s and especially in the 2000s, it failed to honour the hotel's franchising terms, which led to the loss of the franchising license in 2006. Afterwards, the hotel re-branded as Hotel International CG for a brief period followed by Continental Hotel Belgrade, in both instances without a foreign brand affiliation, before getting sold to Miroslav Mišković's Delta Holding conglomerate in 2008. Mišković kept the existing setup until striking a deal with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) about using their Crowne Plaza brand. The hotel closed in July 2012 to undergo a major renovation effort before re-opening as Crowne Plaza in December 2013.

The Ada Bridge (Serbian Cyrillic: Мост на Ади, romanized: Most na Adi) is a cable-stayed bridge over the Sava river in Belgrade, Serbia. The bridge crosses the tip of Ada Ciganlija island, connecting the municipalities of Čukarica and New Belgrade. The bridge pylon is located on the tip of the island, which has been reinforced with large amounts of concrete and has been slightly enlarged to provide stronger foundations. Construction began in 2008, and the bridge opened on 1 January 2012. Adjoining roads were completed in 2013.Immediately after the design has been announced, it polarized both the professionals and politicians. Those who were in favor of the bridge claimed it is the most beautiful and the most functional of all Belgrade bridges, while those against it called it a megalomaniacal, too expensive and unnecessary. Still, since its opening in 2012, the bridge became one of the symbols of the city and "inescapable décor in music videos and movies", but also in video cards, commercials, etc. It is referred to as the "most representative bridge in the capital".

The BIGZ building (Serbian: Зграда БИГЗ-а, romanized: Zgrada BIGZ-a) is a building located in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Designed by Dragiša Brašovan, it is one of the most representative architectural landmarks of Serbian modern architecture. A monumental building, with its position, volume and aesthetics, it dominates the entrance in the southern section of Belgrade.It has been protected since 1992. In recent times it represents a significant cultural, artistic and social spot.
