Dull (Scottish Gaelic: Dul, pronounced [t̪ul̪ˠ]) is a village in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is paired with Boring, Oregon. Bland, New South Wales, Australia, is also a member of the League of Extraordinary Communities established by Boring and Dull in 2013.

Loch Tummel (Scottish Gaelic: Loch Teimheil) is a long, narrow loch, seven kilometres (4+1⁄2 miles) northwest of Pitlochry in the council area of Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is fed and drained by the River Tummel, which flows into the River Tay about 13 km (8 mi) south-east of the Clunie Dam at the loch's eastern end.The loch is traversed by roads to both north and south. Along the northern side the road is numbered as the B8019, and runs from the Pass of Killiecrankie on the A9 in the east to Tummel Bridge at the head of the loch. The road on the southern side is unclassified, and meets the A9 further south, near to Pitlochry.The loch gives its name to the Loch Tummel National Scenic Area (NSA), one of 40 such areas in Scotland, which are defined so as to identify areas of exceptional scenery and to ensure its protection by restricting certain forms of development. The Loch Tummel Lyon NSA covers 9,013 hectares (22,272 acres), all of which lies within Perth and Kinross. The NSA covers the hills surrounding the loch, and extends along the River Tummel to also take in the area surrounding the Pass of Killiecrankie on the River Garry.

The Tummel hydro-electric power scheme is an interconnected network of dams, power stations, aqueducts and electric power transmission in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. Roughly bounded by Dalwhinnie in the north, Rannoch Moor in the west and Pitlochry in the east it comprises a water catchment area of around 1,800 square kilometres (690 square miles) and primary water storage at Loch Ericht, Loch Errochty, Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, in Perth and Kinross. Water, depending on where it originates and the path it takes, may pass through as many as five of the schemes nine power stations as it progresses from north-west to south-east. The scheme was constructed in the 1940s and 50s incorporating some earlier sites. It is managed by SSE plc.

Farragon Hill (782 m) is a peak in the foothills of the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies above the town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire. The hill is the highest point in the area of rough moorland that lies between Aberfeldy and Loch Tummel.

Creag Odhar is a rocky mountain peak in the southern Highlands of Scotland, in Perthshire north of Aberfeldy. The name is Gaelic, from creag, meaning "crag" or "peak", and odhar, meaning "gray". It rises 523 metres (1,716 ft) above sea level.

Castle Menzies in Scotland is the ancestral seat of the Clan Menzies and the Menzies Baronets. It is located a little to the west of the small village of Weem, near Aberfeldy in the Highlands of Perthshire, close to the former site of Weem Castle, destroyed c. 1502.

Comrie Castle is a ruined castle about 15 miles north (as the crow flies, rather over 30 by road) of Comrie, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. The castle is located on the River Lyon. The castle was originally the seat of the Menzies family. Partially destroyed by fire in 1487, the seat of the Menzies family moved to Weem Castle. Rebuilt in the sixteenth century, as a L-plan tower house, the castle was last occupied in 1748 and became ruinous. It is now protected as a scheduled monument.

The Harpswell Cattle Pound is a stone enclosure in Harpswell, Maine, United States. It was used to hold stray animals until they could be reunited with their owners. It was kept locked until the owner paid for the animal's release and it was determined that the animal had not caused any damage to local farmland. It was built in 1793, and its remains are still visible as of 2023. Located on Harpswell Neck Road, the pound was one of the first built in New England.A bronze plaque, donated by the Brunswick Rotary Club, was added to the site in 2023.

Croft Moraig Stone Circle (also Croftmoraig) is a prehistoric stone circle situated four miles southwest of Aberfeldy, Scotland (grid reference NN79754726). It is a scheduled monument.

Weem Castle is a former castle near Weem, Scotland. The castle was located near Castle Menzies. The castle became the seat of the Menzies family after Comrie Castle was partially destroyed by fire in 1487. Weem Castle was destroyed in 1502 by Nigel Stewart of Garth in a dispute over the lands of Fothergill. The stone and timber were used in the construction of Castle Menzies.

Weem (Scottish Gaelic: Baile a' Chlachain) is a village on the B846 near Aberfeldy in Perthshire, Scotland. The name Weem is derived from the Gaelic uamh, meaning 'cave'. Nearby is Castle Menzies. One of Scotland's best-preserved 16th-century castles, Castle Menzies is the seat of Clan Menzies. Looked after by a private preservation trust, the Castle and grounds are open to visitors in summer (entrance charge).The Old Parish Church of Weem, of medieval origin, contains the funerary monuments of the Menzies family from the 16th century, and the heraldic hatchments carried at their funerals. Loch Bhac (Bhaic or Vach) is a fine freshwater trout loch, located in the west part of the Allean Forest, and east part of Tay Forest park, and slightly north of Loch Tummel, within Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Loch Bhac sits on a south-west to north-east orientation.
