Sede do BankBoston (formerly Edifício Itaú Bank, at Itaú Fidelité Marginal Pinheiros) is a 35-story skyscraper in São Paulo, Brazil. The structure is a great office skyscraper located in Brooklin, near the Marginal Pinheiros, São Paulo, Brazil. Inaugurated in 2002, it is 145 meters in height and has 35 floors, making it one of the largest in the country and one of the more modern high-rises in Latin America. In 2006, the building was sold to Banco Itaú, prior to which time BankBoston company had merged with Fleet Bank, and ceased to exist as a separate entity. Today, some people call it an Edifício Itaú Bank.

The Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge, commonly known as "Ponte Estaiada", is a cable-stayed bridge in São Paulo, Brazil over the Pinheiros River, opened in May 2008. The bridge is 138 metres (453 ft) tall, and connects Marginal Pinheiros to Jornalista Roberto Marinho Avenue in the south area of the city. It is named after Octavio Frias de Oliveira.

Chucri Zaidan will be a monorail station of Line 17-Gold of ViaMobilidade, which is currently under construction, and will connect Line 9-Emerald to Congonhas Airport. Chucri Zaidan station will be placed in the crossing of Avenida Jornalista Roberto Marinho with Avenida Doutor Chucri Zaidan, which will attend TV studios of TV Globo and ETEC Jornalista Roberto Marinho.

Morumbi is a train station on CPTM Line 9-Emerald, located in the limits of district of Santo Amaro. It will be connected to ViaMobilidade Line 17-Gold, scheduled to 2nd semester of 2022.

The United Nations Business Center (Portuguese: Centro Empresarial Nações Unidas) is a commercial complex located in the city of São Paulo, in the Brooklin Novo neighborhood in the district of Santo Amaro. It is located between the Marginal Pinheiros and Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue, with the main entrance along Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue. It has 277,446.18 square metres (2,986,405.8 sq ft) of building area, including shopping center and the West, North, and East Towers. Started in 1989, the project was completed around the year 2000, due to economic problems. The North Tower, the tallest of the complex, is one of the largest buildings in Brazil, with a height of 158 metres (518 ft) and 152,000 square metres (1,640,000 sq ft) of constructed area. Currently, the tower is home to several multinational companies, including, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Monsanto, Towers Watson, and GVT Global Village Telecom. The East Tower had to be redesigned internally to accommodate a luxury hotel, the Hilton – Morumbi. The West Tower is used for offices The South Tower has 18 floors Plaza I has 17 floors The complex has an underground connection with the business complex nearby, the World Trade Center São Paulo. On November 8, 2008, the complex hosted the G20 meeting.

Vila Cordeiro will be a monorail station of Line 17-Gold of ViaMobilidade, which is currently under construction, and will connect Line 9-Emerald to Congonhas Airport. Vila Cordeiro station will be placed in the crossing of Avenida Jornalista Roberto Marinho with Rua Godói Colaço.

Brooklin is a metro station on Line 5 (Lilac) of the São Paulo Metro in the Campo Belo district of São Paulo, Brazil.

Borba Gato is a metro station on Line 5 (Lilac) of the São Paulo Metro in the Santo Amaro district of São Paulo, Brazil.

The Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue (in Portuguese: Avenida Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini) is an important arterial route in the city of São Paulo, which concentrates in its extent and nearby offices of companies linked to advanced service providers. The boulevard is part of the city area known as "West Zone of São Paulo", an area of economic expansion that follows the trajectory of the city throughout the twentieth century. The construction of the avenue, however, occurred only in the 1970s and was accompanied by controversy, having been considered by some urban planning scholars as a "social disaster", because the arrival of large companies drove out the low-income people who lived there.The highway is called Funchal Street in the section before the Engineer Ari Torres Bridge and Doctor Chucri Zaidan Avenue in the stretch after the José Bonifácio Coutinho Nogueira Viaduct.

Campo Belo is a station of São Paulo Metro. It opened on 8 April 2019.It is operated by ViaMobilidade and belongs to Line 5-Lilac, which connected with the metropolitain network of São Paulo on September 2018 with the opening of stations Chácara Klabin, which connects to Line 2-Green, and Santa Cruz, which connects to Line 1-Blue. It was the last station to be delivered in the expansion plan of the line. The station will also, in the future, have a connection with Line 17 (São Paulo Metro) when opened. According to the Metro original plans, the station should be named "Água Espraiada-Campo Belo", but, because of the change of name of Brooklin station of Line 5-Lilac, the station lost the sufix "Campo Belo". Later, it switched to Campo Belo, as both Brooklin and Campo Belo are located in the same borough. On 26 March 2019, it was informed that the station opening could happen on 10 April.On 5 April, it was confirmed the opening of the station to 8 April, two days before what was announced before. During the first 5 days, it worked in a reduced time, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on 13 April it began working in full time.
