Butterfield House (New York City)

The Quad Cinema is New York City's first small four-screen multiplex theater. Located at 34 West 13th Street in Greenwich Village, it was opened by entrepreneur Maurice Kanbar, along with his younger brother Elliott S. Kanbar in October 1972. It has been described as "one of the oldest independent cinemas in the city" and "a vibrant center for art house films."

The General Winfield Scott House is a historic rowhouse at 24 West 12th Street in the Greenwich Village area of Lower Manhattan in New York City. Built in 1851–52, the house was home to General and unsuccessful Whig Presidential candidate Winfield Scott (1786–1866) from 1853 to 1855. Best known as the leader of the United States Army during the Mexican–American War, Scott had a significant effect on the Army for about half a century. The building was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1973.

Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò, located at 24 West 12th Street in Manhattan, is the home of the Department of Italian Studies at New York University.

The Adam and Sophie Gimbel Design Library was the visual arts library of The New School university. Used primarily by students in the Parsons of Design division of the New School, it was located in the Sheila Johnson Design Center, in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City.

The AI Now Institute at NYU (AI Now) is an American research institute studying the social implications of artificial intelligence. AI Now was founded by Kate Crawford and Meredith Whittaker in 2017 after a symposium hosted by the White House under Barack Obama. It is located at New York University. AI Now is partnered with organizations such as the New York University Tandon School of Engineering, New York University Center for Data Science, Partnership on AI, and the ACLU. AI Now has produced annual reports that examine the social implications of artificial intelligence.

Dauber & Pine was a bookshop on Book Row in New York City, at 66 Fifth Avenue. The shop opened in 1922, at 83 Fourth Avenue. Its founders were Samuel Dauber (1882–1965) and Nathan S. Pine (1892–1982). That year, Dauber left another shop called Stammer's Bookstore and briefly conducted business from 1351 Prospect Avenue in the Bronx. The shop moved to its longtime Fifth Avenue location in 1923. It became known as "Dauber & Pine" in 1925. At the shop, Pine was responsible for new books; Dauber was the antiquarian book dealer. Charles P. Everitt manned the Americana desk. The shop issued many catalogs, 100 between 1923 and 1931 alone. Its 100th catalog included an early letter by Herman Melville to a Dr. William Sprague. In 1926, Dauber discovered an early edition of "The Murders in the Rue Morgue", the first printed outside Graham's Magazine, in a collection of pamphlets. Murray, Samuel's son, took over on Murray's retirement. Pine retired in 1982. The shop closed in 1983, after The New School for Social Research delivered an eviction notice to further its expansion in the area. When it closed, the store's specialties were literature, history, and philosophy. It was a member of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America.

The Forbes Galleries, housed within the Forbes Building on Fifth Avenue between West 12th and 13th Streets in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, United States, was the home of Malcolm Forbes' collection, which the Forbes family continued to exhibit following his death.The galleries closed in November 2014.The collection stemmed from Forbes' lifelong collection of toys, most of which have since been auctioned off. Among the museum's notable exhibits over time included "Olympic Gold", a collection of medals and other collectibles from some of the world's most accomplished Olympians, a number of Faberge Eggs, an armada of 500 ships and 12,000 toy soldiers and one of the original Monopoly boards.The museum was more popular with visitors than it was with New Yorkers.

11 West 11th Street is a townhouse in the Greenwich Village of Manhattan in New York City. The house sits on the north side of West 11th Street and adjacent to the First Presbyterian Church on Fifth Avenue. The home was built in 1831 by Charles M. Graham in the Federal style. Over the last two centuries, the townhouse has undergone various expansions and uses, including its use as a hotel, as residences, and as a nursery school.

The First Presbyterian Church, known as "Old First", is a church located at 48 Fifth Avenue between West 11th and 12th Streets in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1844–1846, and designed by Joseph C. Wells in the Gothic Revival style. The south transept of the building was added in 1893–1894, and was designed by the firm of McKim, Mead & White. The church complex, which includes a parish house – now referred to as the "South Wing" – on West 11th Street and a church house on West 12th Street designed by Edgar Tafel, is located within the Greenwich Village Historic District.

Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment is a graduate school at The New School within The Schools of Public Engagement that offers degrees in environmental policy and sustainability studies, nonprofit management, organizational change management, public policy and urban policy, as well as a PhD. program in public and urban policy and three graduate certificates.

School of Jazz and Contemporary Music at The New School is the second conservatory of The New School university. It is located on West 13th Street in New York City's Greenwich Village neighborhood. It was known as The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music before it was rebranded as School of Jazz and Contemporary Music and becoming part of College of Performing Arts at The New School in 2016.

The Raymond Fogelman Social Sciences and Humanities Library is the flagship library of The New School university. It is located at 55 West 13th Street, in New York City's Greenwich Village.
