Solløkka is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located at the north end of the Lahellefjorden, just across the fjord from the village of Lahelle. The village sits about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) to the southeast of the village of Helgerød and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) east of the city of Sandefjord. Solløkka is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Solløkka, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 331.Solløkka has a boat harbor and a 70-metre (230 ft) long sandy beach area plus it also has a number of cabins and vacation homes and a campground (“Solløkka camping og leirsted”).

Langøya is an island in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The 0.55-square-kilometre (140-acre; 55 ha) island is located in the Tønsbergfjorden, just outside the village of Skravestad. The island is accessible through a bridge that connects to the road Sandsveien. The island was named for its long shape. The 1.5-kilometre (0.93 mi) long island has an area of 550 decares (0.55 km2; 140 acres). It consists of farm fields, hills, and forests.It is a car-free island consisting of meadows, knolls, salt meadows, small bays, and forests. It became a landscape conservation area in 2006. It is known for its wide variety of rare wildflowers including species such as sea thrift, alternate-leaved golden-saxifrage, cowslip, greater yellow-rattle, sticky catchfly, and many others.

Lahellefjord or Lahellefjorden is a minor fjord-arm off the main Tønsbergfjorden in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The 5-kilometre (3.1 mi) long fjord stretches from Natholmen island to its base at the village of Lahelle. The fjord is one of four fjords located along the Sandefjord coast.Islands and islets within the fjord include Natholmen (by its mouth), Faraholmen, Trondskjær, Rauern, Marøyskjæra, and Møyern.

Veierland is a populated, car-free island in Færder Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The 4.4-square-kilometre (1.7 sq mi) island is located in the Tønsbergfjorden, between the mainland (to the west), the island of Tjøme (to the east), and the island of Nøtterøy (to the northeast). Veierland Church was established in 1905. Historically, there was a Veierland School, however this closed in 2013. Veierland is primarily a summer vacation community. The island has a 17-kilometre (11 mi) shoreline with many popular swimming beaches including Kjølholmen, Hverveodden, and Kongshavn. Places for accommodation and eateries are open during the summer months.Veierland has been inhabited as long as Vestfold county. The island has a permanent year-round population of about 150 people, however, the island experiences significant summer tourism. Over 450 vacation homes can be found on the island. The island has no bridge or road connections. Veierland is connected to the mainland by 9-17 daily ferries from Tenvik on the island of Nøtterøy via the Jutøya AS. During the summer months there are also ferries from Engø peninsula in Sandefjord Municipality. Convenience stores, a golf course, and restaurants are operated on the island during summers, although most services are closed outside the tourist season. The island is primarily car-free, but residents may acquire permits for vehicles such as tractors, golf carts, mopeds, and ATVs. Besides its boat harbors, beaches, and cabin communities, the island remains densely forested with much agricultural activity.

Natholmen or Nattholmen is an island in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The island is located in the Tønsbergfjorden at the entrance to the Lahellefjorden. The 0.22-square-kilometre (22 ha; 54-acre) island is situated about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the east of the town of Sandefjord. The island was only accessible by boat until a bridge was installed in 1920 connecting the island to the mainland. The inhabited island is the home to Knattholmen Campground (Knattholmen leirsted), which is the oldest campground in Norway.On 12 August 1923 the YWCA-YMCA (Norwegian: KFUK-KFUM) established the campground on the island. The campground is called Knattholmen, which may have been the original name given to the island.: 219 The island was the largest island in the municipality of Sandefjord prior to the 2017 merger with Andebu and Stokke. It is 900 metres (3,000 ft) long from north to south, and 400 metres (1,300 ft) wide at its widest from east to west. It is located between the Lahellefjord and the Tønsbergfjord. It is 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) east of the centre of the city of Sandefjord, and immediately south of the Årø peninsula. The island is a gated community that is connected to the mainland by a private bridge. However, there is a parking lot by the gate, which can be accessed by pedestrians. There is also a public bus route to the island (route 163). Attractions on the island include Sandbukta ("sand bay"), which is a beach on its eastern side. It is also a common destination for recreational activities such as camping, paddling, sea trout fishing, hiking, and sailing. It has surrounding views of the Tønsbergfjord and the nearby Stauper islands. A former customs station on the island, known as Blåsen, has also become a landmark. The island hosts annual summer camps for the Queer Youth Festival and the YWCA-YMCA Guides and Scouts of Norway.

Helgerød is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) to the north of the villages of Solløkka and Lahelle, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) to the northeast of the village of Freberg, and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the east of the city of Sandefjord. Helgerød is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Helgerød, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 206.Helgerød was originally the name of a farm. The name derives from either Helgaruð (from the male name Helgi) or Helguruð (from the female name Helga). A sports hall known as Helgerødhallen was established by Helgerød elementary school in 1986. A nearby park was constructed in 2007 and includes a BMX bike trail, ball pond, and skatepark. Two handball fields were built here in 2008.

Sundås battery (Norwegian: Sundås batteri) is a defunct coastal artillery site located at Sundåsen in Sandefjord Municipality (historically part of Stokke Municipality) in Vestfold county, Norway. The fortifications were constructed in 1899 during turbulent times with Sweden during the Union between Sweden and Norway. It was part of the newly established Norwegian Coastal Artillery (Kystartilleriet). The fort was erected to keep potential enemies from entering the Tønsberg area by sea, and was also meant to protect the Marine harbor in the village of Melsomvik. Work on the fort began in 1897, and the forts at both Håøya Island and Sundåsen were completed in 1899. Trenches, commando posts, fencing, concrete gun pits, and other remains from the fort can still be seen at Sundås. The fort lies by the Tønsbergfjorden with surrounding views of Færder Lighthouse and islands such as Håøya, Tjøme, Veierland, and Nøtterøy. The cannons were dismantled by German occupational forces in 1942 during the German occupation of Norway and moved to other fortifications elsewhere in Norway. After the war, the battery reverted to the Norwegian Armed Forces who managed the property until 1962 when an agreement for maintenance and management was made with the municipality in return for public access. In 2005, the area was sold off to Stokke municipality.The fortifications were originally constructed to protect the marine harbor in Melsomvik from a potential Swedish invasion. Views from the fort include the Tønsbergfjord, the Swedish coastline in the east, and the Skrim mountains in the west.

Lahelle is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located at the innermost part of the 5-kilometre (3.1 mi) long Lahellefjorden. It is also located at the northern end of the Østerøya peninsula. The village is about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) to the east of the centre of the city of Sandefjord, about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) southwest of the village of Solløkka, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) south of the village of Helgerød, and about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) east of the village of Gokstad. Lahelle is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Lahelle, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 208.The oldest remaining house at Lahelle is dated to 1853. The area is now made up of a mixture of homes and vacation homes. There are several piers here along with sandy beaches.

Veierland Church (Norwegian: Veierland kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Færder Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located in the village of Veierland (on the island of Veierland). It is one of the churches for the Nøtterøy parish which is part of the Tønsberg domprosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The white, wooden church was built in a long church design in 1905 using plans drawn up by an unknown architect. The church seats about 150 people.

Skjellvika is a lagoon and one of the most visited beaches in Sandefjord municipality, Vestfold og Telemark, Norway. It has the most shallow waters of any beach in town, furthermore, it has one of the city’s purest sea water quality. It is situated at East Island. It lies by the Lahellefjord and is owned and maintained by the municipality of Sandefjord. It lies one kilometer south of Lahelle. The oceans off Skjellvika are used for ice-fishing during winter months.Skjellvika is home to a convenience store, diving boards, floating platforms, numerous sloping rocks, and a mountainside pier which follows the ocean. It is considered a child-friendly beach with its shallow waters. It is located 5.5 km (3.1 mi.) from the Sandefjord city center.The nearby area is home to numerous seaside cabins and vacation homes.There are several nearby hiking trails, including a 9 km (5.5 mi.) trail to Tønsberg Barrell, which sits at the southern tip of East Island. The trip can be made shorter by stopping at Flautangen Beach, which is 4.5 km (2.8 mi.) from Skjellvika. Tønsberg Barrel has been named the most beautiful place in Sandefjord.Numerous islets can be found nearby, including Møyern, Natholmen, Fornet, and Marøyskjæra. The beach was purchased and acquired by the city in the early 1940s through the work of Mayor Frithjof Holtedahl.

Hafallen is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the Mefjorden in the northern part of Østerøya peninsula. It is located about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the southeast of the centre of the city of Sandefjord, about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) north of the village of Strand, and about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) south of the village of Lahelle. Hafallen is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Hafallen, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 136.

Torp Station (Norwegian: Torp stasjon), also known as Sandefjord Airport Station (Sandefjord Lufthavn stasjon), is on the Vestfold Line in Sandefjord, Norway. It is served with regional trains operated by Vy. Located close to Sandefjord Airport, Torp, the station is served by a free four-minute shuttle bus service from the station to the airport. The trains operate northwards via towns in Vestfold to Drammen and Oslo and onwards via Oslo Airport, Gardermoen to towns in Hedmark and Oppland. Southwards, the trains serve Sandefjord, Larvik and Grenland. The station opened as Raastad, later Råstad, in 1881. It had a single building, designed by Balthazar Lange. It was upgraded with a passing loop in 1910, but this was removed in 1971, and the station was closed in 1978. In 2008, the station reopened to serve the airport. The station is owned by the Norwegian National Rail Administration.
