John Jay High School is a public high school in the Northside Independent School District of San Antonio, Texas, United States, which generally serves the northwest portion of the city.

Texas Biomed is funded by government and corporate grants and contracts, and donations from the public.

Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, formerly known as Wilford Hall Medical Center, is a U.S. Air Force medical treatment facility located on the grounds of San Antonio's Lackland Air Force Base. Operated by the 59th Medical Wing, Wilford Hall is the Defense Department's largest outpatient ambulatory surgical center, providing the full spectrum of primary care, specialty care, and outpatient surgery. The medical facility is named after former Air Force physician, Maj. Gen. Wilford F. Hall, a visionary pioneer whose contributions were instrumental in the development of aeromedical evacuation. In US Air Force lineage terms, the Wilford Hall Medical Center was consolidated with the 59th Tactical Fighter Wing on 1 July 1993 and became the 59th Medical Wing.On Sept. 15, 2011, Wilford Hall Medical Center was renamed Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center as part of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission actions.

The NSA/CSS Texas Cryptologic Center (TCC), also known as the Texas Cryptology Center, Texas Cryptographic Center or NSA Texas, is a satellite campus at the Medina Annex, Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, operated by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). It is adjacent to the former Medina National Stockpile Site. TCC conducts signals intelligence, cyberwarfare operations and cybersecurity operations.

Lackland Air Force Base (IATA: SKF, ICAO: KSKF, FAA LID: SKF) is a United States Air Force (USAF) base located in Bexar County, Texas. The base is under the jurisdiction of the 802d Mission Support Group, Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and an enclave of the city of San Antonio. It is the only site for USAF and United States Space Force enlisted Basic Military Training (BMT). Lackland AFB is part of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), an amalgamation of Fort Sam Houston, Randolph AFB and Lackland AFB, which were merged on 1 October 2010. JBSA was established in accordance with congressional legislation implementing the recommendations of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission. The legislation ordered the consolidation of the three facilities which were adjoining, but separate military installations, into a single joint base – one of 12 joint bases formed in the United States as a result of the law.

The Military Working Dog Teams National Monument is a monument to military working dogs located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas. The monument represents handlers, dogs, and veterinary support, from all military service branches (Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard) that have made up the Military Working Dog program since World War II. The monument grounds include a 3,000 square feet granite plaza, granite pedestals, granite history wall, granite benches and water fountain. The granite pedestals have large bronze statues of dogs and handlers. The monument was dedicated on October 28, 2013.

Virginia Allred Stacey Junior-Senior High School, also known as Stacey High School, is a public high school located on Lackland Air Force Base in the city of San Antonio, Texas (USA), and is classified as 2A by the UIL. This school is part of the Lackland Independent School District, which is geographically located within the boundaries of Lackland AFB, in southwestern San Antonio. In 2017, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency, with a 3-Star Distinction Designation for Academic Achievements in ELA/Reading, Science, and Top 25% Closing Performance Gaps.

The USAF Airman Heritage Museum is an aviation field museum and heritage collection of the United States Air Force located at Lackland AFB near San Antonio, Texas. The museum, along with the Security Forces Exhibit Annex, are part of the Airman Heritage Training Complex, run by the Air Education and Training Command. Its mission is to preserve and honor the history and heritage of enlisted airmen.

Lackland Air Force Base CDP is a census-designated place (CDP) covering the permanent residential population of the Lackland Air Force Base in Bexar County, Texas, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 9,467.

Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium (informally Wolff Stadium) is a stadium in San Antonio, Texas, United States. It is primarily used for baseball, and is the home field of the San Antonio Missions Minor League Baseball team of the Texas League. The UTSA Roadrunners baseball team also plays some home games at the stadium. The stadium is named for Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, who is a former Texas legislator and San Antonio councilman and mayor. The Wolff is located about 8 miles (13 km) to the west of Downtown San Antonio. It was opened on April 18, 1994, (as the San Antonio Municipal Stadium) and has 6,200 fixed seats and a grass berm in left field that can seat about 3,000. The stadium features 14 luxury suites, a 500-person picnic area down the right field line, and an all-you-can-eat-and-drink fiesta deck that can be rented for groups of 25 to 200 people. The dimensions (from home plate to the outfield wall) are: 310 feet (94 m) to left field, 402 feet (123 m) to center field, and 340 feet (100 m) to right field.

John Paul Stevens High School is one of nineteen public high schools in the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas, USA. The campus is located near SeaWorld San Antonio. As with all Northside ISD schools, the school is named for a United States Supreme Court justice, in this case John Paul Stevens, who attended the school's dedication in 2005. In 2017, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.As of Fall 2017, the enrollment at Stevens is capped at 3,000, and middle schools that would normally feed into Stevens now feed into Earl Warren High School and William Howard Taft High School (areas outside of Loop 1604 off Potranco and Military Roads).
