Ambelokipi (Greek: Αμπελόκηποι, Ampelokipoi) is a station on Line 3 of the Athens Metro. Located at Alexandras Ave. and Panormou Ave., it is close not only to Kifissias Ave., but also to some important buildings of Athens, such as the Hellenic Police Headquarters, the Hellenic Supreme Court (Άρειος Πάγος) and the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium of Panathinaikos FC.

The Attica General Police Directorate (Greek: Γενική Αστυνομική Διεύθυνση Αττικής, commonly used in the abbreviation ΓΑΔΑ, GADA) is an administrative unit of the Hellenic Police. Its headquarters are in Athens. It has been described as Athens' equivalent of Scotland Yard. In 2012, activists protesting against the Golden Dawn party alleged that they were tortured at its headquarters.

Athens Towers (Greek: Πύργος Αθηνών), is a complex of two buildings situated in Athens, Greece. Athens Tower 1 is 103 m (338 ft) and 28 storeys high, making it the tallest building in Greece, while Athens Tower 2 has 15 storeys and a height of 65 m (213 ft) being the 8th tallest in Greece.Construction began in 1968 and was completed in 1971 during the dictatorship. At the time of its completion it was the second tallest building in Southeast Europe. It is located in the district of Ampelokipi on 2 Mesogeion Avenue. It is used by many companies such as Interamerican and Alpha Bank. The architect of Athens Tower is Ioannis Vikelas, who also designed the main building of the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art. Its architects were Ioannis Vikelas and Ioannis Kympritis. Despite the criticism it has received due to its design and high height, the Tower of Athens is today considered to be one of the landmarks of Athens.

Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium (Greek: Γήπεδο Απόστολος Νικολαΐδης), commonly known as Leoforos Alexandras Stadium or Leoforos Stadium, is a football stadium and multi-sport center in Athens, Greece. It was inaugurated in 1922 and is the oldest football stadium in Greece currently active. It is the traditional athletic center of Panathinaikos A.C. and has been the home ground of Panathinaikos FC for the most part of the club's existence. The stadium is named after the historic club's president, official and athlete Apostolos Nikolaidis. It is situated in the Ambelokipi district of Athens, east of the Lycabettus Hill and on Alexandras Avenue 160, by which name it is most commonly known (Leoforos Alexandras or simply Leoforos, Leoforos meaning Avenue). The stadium's record attendance was recorded in 1967, when 29,665 spectators watched the Cup Winners Cup game between Panathinaikos and FC Bayern Munich. It also houses several other facilities under its stands, including an indoor hall, a small swimming pool, a boxing ring, an indoor shooting range, the club's offices as well as various other facilities.

President Hotel Athens is a hotel located in Ampelokipi, Athens. It is the tallest hotel in Greece with a height of 68 m and has 22 floors. Construction started in 1974 and ended in 1978. The hotel building has an area of 34,280 sq. m. It was designed by the famous Greek architect Ioannis Vikelas and it was completely renovated in 2004. On the 21st floor of the hotel there is a restaurant and bar as well as a swimming pool. Many events also happen, usually DJ gigs. The hotel also offers Breakfast Buffets, Lunch and Dinner. The hotel has a total of 517 rooms and 918 beds. It is the leading 4-star hotel of Athens regarding the room occupancy rate, with a total of 68% for 2018.

The Supreme Civil and Criminal Court of Greece (Greek: Άρειος Πάγος, Areopagus) is the supreme court of Greece for civil and criminal law. In Greece, the decisions of the Supreme Court are final. However, since Greece is a member state of the Council of Europe, cases ruled on by the Greek high court can be appealed to the European Court of Human Rights. If the Supreme Court decides that a lower court violated the law or principles of legal process, it can order the rehearing of a case by the lower court. The court consists of the president and the attorney-general, ten vice-presidents, sixty five areopagites and seventeen deputy attorneys-general. The members of the Supreme Court are tenured until they reach the mandatory retirement age of 67, as mandated by the Greek constitution.

Ampelokipoi or Ampelokipi (Greek: Αμπελόκηποι, pronounced [am.beˈlo.ci.pi]), meaning 'vineyards', is a large, central district of the city of Athens. Ampelokipoi is in the center of Athens, near Zografou, Goudi, Psychiko and Pagkrati. The area is famous for hosting Panathinaikos's home ground since it was inaugurated in 1922. Two metro stations are located in the district: the Ambelokipi station and the Panormou station.

The Athens Concert Hall (Greek: Μέγαρον Μουσικής Αθηνών, Mégaron Mousikis Athinon) is a concert hall located on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue in Athens, Greece. The Hall was inaugurated in 1991 with two halls. Since then it has been augmented with two more halls and now has a total of four: two large and two smaller ones. The Hall has optimal facilities for opera performances, and some operas are presented every season. The Megaro Moussikis station of the Athens Metro is just outside the Hall, on Line 3. The design of the 8,000 square meters floor was performed by Christopher Alexander; the process of designing and laying the floor and its result are described in his work The Nature of Order: An Essay on the Art of Building and the Nature of the Universe.

The Lilian Voudouri Music Library of Greece is a library located in Greece that specializes in music and was created under an initiative of the Friends of Music Society. The library opened to the public in February 1997. The library’s collection is primarily made up of western European music, going back to ancient Greek music. The collection also includes material on world music, jazz, ancient Greek art, theater, dance, literature, philosophy, and fine art. The library's collection includes books, audio recordings, musical scores, microforms, journals, concert programs, CD-ROMs, and databases.

The Alexandra General Hospital is a General hospital in central Athens, Greece. It was established in 1954, initially as a Maternity Hospital and later as a Maternity & Obstetrics - Gynecological Hospital. It is located at Vassilisis Sofias avenue in the center of Athens. It is named after Princess Alexandra, the daughter of King George I, who became the Grand Duchess of Russia before dying during labour.

Bate (Ancient Greek: Βατή) was a deme of ancient Attica. The deme housed a large part of the Eteobutadae family, a religious clan claiming descent from the hero Bute and named the priests of Poseidon and the priestess of Athena. Its site is tentatively located at modern Ampelokipoi, Athens, northeast of the Acropolis.
