Quartier DIX30 (also simply known as Dix 30 in French, and Distrande in English) is a commercial lifestyle centre located in Brossard, Quebec. It is considered Canada's first lifestyle centre and occupies an area of 2,746,063 sq ft (255,117.6 m2) in the L section of Brossard. Quartier DIX30 was designed to emulate an urban or downtown shopping experience with boutiques and to meet the needs of suburban dwellers living on the South Shore of Montreal. Its name (meaning "TEN 30 District" in English) refers to its location: at the west corner of the intersection between Autoroute 10 and Autoroute 30. Quartier DIX30 is served by Réseau de transport de Longueuil buses and light metro station Du Quartier.

Du Quartier station is a Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station in the city of Brossard, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by CDPQ Infra and serves as a station on the central (southern) branch of the REM. The opening for regular service was on 31 July 2023. It is immediately across from the Quartier DIX30, a lifestyle center, located on the southern side of Quebec Autoroute 10, just to the southeast of Boulevard du Quartier overpass. It is connected to a large future transit-oriented development of around 4,000 people and 5,000 jobs.

Brossard-Chevrier Park and Ride is an Exo public transit (Exo) bus terminal with an incentive parking lot located in Brossard, Quebec, Canada. It is served by bus 90 of the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) and is located at 4700 rue Lapinière in the C section of Brossard at the crossing of rue Lapinière and the CN railway tracks. It connects to Autoroute 10 nearby via a reserved bus lane accessed through a tunnel. Park-n-Ride service began on September 8, 1998. It has 1974 free parking spaces, 15 bike racks and 24 reserved handicapped parking spaces. Until April 7, 2008 service was restricted to Monday-Friday until 22:30. As of April 7, 2008 service has been extended to 01:00 and weekends. It can be accessed via exit 9 or 11 from Autoroute 10 and exit 10 from Autoroute 30.

Brossard—La Prairie was a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada, that was represented in the House of Commons of Canada from 1997 to 2015. As of 2011, its population is 128,001.

The South Shore (French: Rive-Sud) is the general term for the suburbs of Montreal, Quebec located on the southern shore of the Saint Lawrence River opposite the Island of Montreal. The South Shore is located within the Quebec administrative region of Montérégie. The largest city on the South Shore area is Longueuil.

Brossard (, French: [bʁɔsaʁ], locally [bʁɔsɑːʁ, bʁɔsɑɔ̯ʁ]) is a municipality in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada and is part of the Greater Montreal area. According to the 2021 census, Brossard's population was 91,525. It shares powers with the urban agglomeration of Longueuil and was a borough of the municipality of Longueuil from 2002 to 2006. According to the website of the city of Brossard, the municipality was named in honour of the Brossard family (the surname derives from a word meaning "brushwood"), a prominent settler family of the area whose presence was first attested in 1766. A member of this family, Georges-Henri Brossard, had been mayor of the predecessor parish municipality of La Prairie-de-la-Madeleine since 1944 and became the first mayor of Brossard. Other names that were considered included Maisonneuve (which was also considered as a possible name for the Champlain Bridge), La Vérendrye, Marquetteville, or Forgetville. The latter name, in honour of the recently deceased Mgr. Anastase Forget, bishop of Saint-Jean; however, Premier Maurice Duplessis intervened, to avoid the connotations of the English word "forget," and the name Brossard was ultimately chosen.

Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur (also known as Notre-Dame) was a small municipality in southwestern Quebec, Canada, three kilometers (2 miles) from the southern shore of the Saint Lawrence River. It was a suburb of Montreal until it was annexed to the city of Brossard in 1978. The boundaries of Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur were fairly simple as the municipality had the exact shape of a rectangle. Today, its former location corresponds to the western part of the A section of Brossard; which is bordered by Alain street to the northwest, Grande-Allée Boulevard to the northeast, Baillargeon street to the southeast and Lapinière Boulevard to the southwest.

Saint-Hubert ( -⁠ HEW-bərt, French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t‿ybɛʁ] , locally [sẽɪ̯̃t͡s‿ybaɛ̯ʁ]) is a borough in the city of Longueuil, located in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada. It had been a separate city prior to January 1, 2002, when it along with several other neighbouring south shore municipalities were merged into Longueuil. Saint-Hubert had a population of 78,336 in 2006. The area of the borough is 65.98 km2 (25.48 sq mi). Longueuil's city hall is now located in Saint-Hubert. Saint-Hubert is located about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from downtown Montreal. The borough has a wide array of commercial, industrial and agricultural enterprises. The aerospace industry is arguably the most important of these enterprises. Pratt & Whitney Canada designs and manufactures jet engines at a plant near Saint-Hubert Airport. The Canadian Space Agency has its head office in the borough. The École nationale d'aérotechnique, a school that teaches aeronautics is located in the borough and operated by Collège Édouard-Montpetit.

Panama station is a Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station in the city of Brossard, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by CDPQ Infra and serves as a station on the South Shore branch of the REM. The station opened on 31 July 2023.The station replaced the Panama bus terminus and functions as a large transit hub for the cities of Longueuil and Brossard. This station is equipped with a bus terminal as well as a 304-space parking lot.

Parc écologique des Sansonnets or Parc Sansonnets (English: Ecological Park of the Starlings) is a forested natural reserve located in Brossard, Quebec. As a rare example of a mature deciduous forest in the suburbs of Montreal, it covers 14.1 acres (57,000 m2) in the S section of Brossard and is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Saguenay Avenue and Pelletier Boulevard (adjacent to the residential streets of Sorel and Suède and Saint-Laurent Primary School). Numerous footpaths start from these major streets to provide access to the inner parts of this park. This park was officially recognized by the city of Brossard as a natural reserve on September 14, 1981. It was named after a species of bird that is common to this area: l'étourneau sansonnet (common starling or Sturnus vulgaris). The dominant tree in this forest is the northern red oak. Red maple is also abundant. Two species uncommon in Quebec are present: shagbark hickory in the tree canopy and mayapple in the understory. Poison ivy also occurs in the understory, along with various species of moss and mushroom. The soil is an imperfectly drained loamy sand podzol, mapped as Saint-Damase series.

Parc de la Cité, is a large park in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 6205 Davis Boulevard in the borough of Saint-Hubert.

René-Veillet Park, located at #1050 Parklane Street in the heart of the Greenfield Park borough of Longueuil, in Quebec, Canada has a set of amenities for sports and other types of recreation. The plans for the Parklane Cottage (now renamed "Centre sportif René-Veillet") were designed in 1973. The park was developed in 1974-75, as well as the recreation center. The offices of the Greenfield Park Recreation Department were previously located in the former Arena on Empire Street. At the opening of the Recreation Center, the recreation department was relocated to Parklane Park. After Parc Pierre Laporte, Rene Veillet Park is the second largest in Greenfield Park.
